Enjoyed staying at this property.

We stayed at Troy and Dianna’s property for 10 days February 2023. We are a family of three couples plus an infant. The hosts were super friendly, thoughtful and helpful, responding quickly to any questions we had both before and during our stay. The home was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed plus more. Washer/dryer, plenty of towels, booster seat with tray for the baby, toilet paper, dish soap, coffee, …. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, and loved using the hot tub every night. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards for use on beach days which we really appreciated. The drive to the beach and shops was about 5 minutes. “Our” Maui home was in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. We could not have asked for anything more. We had a truly wonderful stay! Delightful stay in Kihei. Loved the pool and the hot tub. Excellent location to take advantage of great beaches. Easy access to all that was. important to us. Super clean. Well-organized kitchen. Loved watching the sun go down with Pina coladas at the pool

We loved our time at the house. It was beautiful with everything we needed. Very comfortable and easy to navigate. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I highly recommend this house. The hosts were easy to work with and accommodating.

I was skeptical of renting through any rental agency but renting this house through VRBO was the best decision I could have made for our party of 7. Troy and Diana were perfect hosts and the house was everything that was advertised.... warm and inviting, very clean, great location, unbelievable views- especially sunsets, well appointed- really could not think of anything else that they could have provided. This is the perfect place to stay in Maui.... after our many adventures, we would return to a beautiful, quiet, peaceful environment with a pool, fire-pit, and spacious patio to relax! We liked it so much that we are talking about returning in the near future.... plus we are going to recommend this property to everyone we know!! Thanks Troy and Diana:)

Our family of 4 had a wonderful Maui vacation, with Troy and Dianna's property being an excellent base for our trip. The location of the house was perfect, with easy access to all that Maui has to offer. The house itself was very clean and the pool and hot tub were definitely a highlight. Also, Troy and Dianna were very responsive and caring. One thing I am going to mention, that I like to know about a property in advance, is that I would not categorize this property as upscale or luxurious at least compared to other properties we have rented. It is very nice, but aspects are a bit dated such as the carpeting and the living room furniture (while other aspects have been updated). Also, there is now a fence at the back of the property behind the pool.

Our stay was a dream! The location is perfect, a 30 minute drive to practically anywhere on the island. The home is neat, modern, comfy, and unique. It was such a joy having the pool and the incredible view while still feeling private and secluded. Troy and Dianna were incredible! They were very communicative, helpful, and kind with great recommendations when we were setting out on the Road to Hana. We'll be back again for sure!

This is the most fantastic property we have stayed at! I am always apprehensive basing a home on photos and expecting it to be as nice as it looks in the photos. Normally it's never as nice....but this house...WOW. It was everything we hoped for and more!! How that is possible?! I am not even sure because I have a very high standards + expectations & this experience exceeded all of them! The owners were very responsive and welcoming. The house was clean clean clean and ready for us. The location is perfect & minutes to everything. The yard and pool was very private and well cared for. The primary bedroom...spacious, the most comfy bed & bedding w/backyard access. And let's talk about the ensuite. Relax in the giant deep tub or get extra clean with the 17 shower heads in the shower area. {But be warned...you will never be able to go back to a regular shower again...looks like we are doing a remodel now. My husband walked by & saw I was writing a review & said to "MAKE SURE to mention that badass shower!"} We are a family of 5 and there was more than enough room to hang out and also spread out. There were pool and beach accessories (chairs, floaties, etc). This was especially nice. I will 100% be back to stay at this house! I have sent it to several of my friends looking to take a trip to Maui. I highly recommend this property!!!!

The house was well laid out and the décor was welcoming and relaxing. The backyard had areas for lounge by the pool and enjoying the view of the mountains and ocean. Troy was welcoming and friendly. We had a fabulous trip and would recommend this property to others.

This was a Christmas gift for my kids and grandkids. When part of the description of their vacation in Hawaii is describing how nice the hosts are and how great the house is, you know it was a perfect choice. Friendly from start to finish. And a bonus, they could whale watch from the patio. An added bonus that will remain in their memories forever.

I don't leave many reviews for things, but this house was truly an oasis from life stress. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive to the beach. But really, who needs the beach when you can just relax in the sun next to the pool. It was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! You cannot go wrong with this home. And the owners were so lovely and respectful. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

We had the most wonderful stay here! The kitchen is VERY well outfitted for cooking. They thought of everything! The pool and hot tub were game changers! Comfortable beds. Nice neighborhood, close to shopping and dining, but very private. Great sunrises, great views of the ocean. Owners were onsite, and quick to answer questions or give us anything we need! We would stay here again and again and again!

My family came together in Maui The house was perfect for that. The back yard was so nice they could have spent their whole time there.

Our stay could not have been better. The location, the pool/hot tub, amenities you name it, it's all excellent. Troy & Dianna were great hosts. The communication before our stay and during our visit was always timely. Sunrise & sunset views from the pool deck were amazing. I can't recommend this beautiful spot enough. If this is available for your travel dates book it. . . .Now!

Troy and Dianna's home was clean, comfortable and located near many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed their outside area:the pool, grill and firepit. They were responsive to our questions and always easily accessible.

We chose this property for its central location to wedding festivities. Had three generations including an 87 year old grandmother in our group. Comfortable house easily accommodated our party of five. Kitchen very well stocked. Beds extremely comfortable. Views incredible. A/C powerful. Pool and spa/hot tub fun for everyone. Loved waking up to bird song. Owner Troy very responsive to any requests.

Great communication with owner. Pool is a big plus. Recommend update to entertainment system so streaming available. Maui is magical and a house to stay in is ideal

I would highly recommend this rental. The property is well maintained (pool hot tub repaired while we were there), conveniently located (close to Wailea beaches - best on Maui), extremely comfortable, scenic (views of ocean perhaps under appreciated on-line), and accommodating/friendly/informative hosts. I’d stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything from reservation to check out was smooth and easy. The house was well stocked and we appreciated the use of the cooler (also had all sorts of pool toys, chairs, etc). We loved the pool and couldn't have asked for a better stay while in Maui.

Two families easily shared this house. The pool area is definitely the highlight with a clean perfect pool and hot tub with spectacular views of the mountains and sea. Outdoor of dining and grilling were a perfect end of the day. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the property to explore the island. The inside of the house is comfortable and clean with an excellent stocked kitchen. Spa bathroom was sun too. Dianna and Troy are lovely hosts and couldn’t be nicer. Wish we had more time!

Thank you to hosts Troy and Dianna for sharing your wonderful house! We have rented beach houses and condos all over the US and abroad and have never stayed in one so clean and so well equipped. We love to cook and the kitchen was first rate and had everything we could want or need, with a great outdoor grill too. All the beach gear we needed for roaming the island was there too, clean, in good repair and organized under a shelter by the pool. And the pool - big and temp just right for playing all day, we loved having the tiki torches lit to swim after sunset! Most of all, Troy and Dianna who own and maintain the home, are the BEST. Anything we needed, they were prompt to respond and take care of, and just delightful people, who love and care about the home and the island, so fun to talk to and get to know. Troy shared with us that as travelers, they try to think of anything they might want to have in a rental, and to be sure it is provided. Dianna told us she wants anyone who stays to feel like they are the first/only people who have ever used the place. They really hit the mark, we want to go back again ASAP!

The house is located in a great spot short driving distance to beaches and shopping center. The house is really well stocked for a rental. The pool is huge! We were super comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

This place and the owner....is everything you could EVER want in a property!!!! Was my wife and kids and I cannot say enough good things about how setup this place is and how awesome Troy and his wife are. From days before to the moment we checked in to the sad sad minutes before we took off. You could not ask for more of an accommodative place. Troy the owner is their flat out FOR YOU!!! Anything!!! He is right there to help. THE VERY BEST FAMILY PROPERTY YOU COULD ASK FOR!!!! A+!!!!!!

My spouse and our 4 kids (aged 11-18) loved our week long vacation at this beautiful property! The pool and hot tub were perfect and the living area was so clean and comfortable! The owners have stocked the house with everything you could possibly need, from boogie boards to laundry soap, pool towels and every kitchen tool and gadget you could think of! We spent most evenings watching movies from their huge selection of DVDs. The location is ideal, close to many amazing beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely come back and I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to lovely Maui!

Can’t say enough good things about this vacation. It’s everything you would expect from the photos and Troy was awesome. My kids loved talking to him as well. As mentioned, they are on property and you would never know. Very convenient location to public beaches and shopping. Whole experience was better than expected and we are definitely coming to come back again!
