We stayed at Sharon and Kris's condo for 2 weeks in March 2024 while our house in Eastham was under construction. The condo was perfect! Everything you need. Only a 5 minute walk to Commercial St. About the same to the Stop and Shop, Mac's, Dog Park and Chach's. The space feels very large. There are high ceilings and lots of windows and skylights, so it's very sunny. There is a nice patio. The owners (I worked with Sharon) were very responsive and generous. There are 2 parking spots which is pretty unheard of in PTown. I can't wait to stay here again!

All the comforts of home in a great location! Condo has everything you need for the perfect get away, in a very walkable location to Commercial St and easy access to the Stop & Shop and the dog park. Sharon is fantastic to work with!

Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Dog friendly. Kitchen is large and well-equipped. Beautiful, landscaped patio for eating meals and playing games and/or just hanging out.

Everything about this place was fantastic. Lovely private patio with amazing sunshine. Best stocked kitchen ever, with amazing light pouring in from that patio area. Living room with towering ceiling and amazing light. Comfortable bedroom and bed. Incredible location-easy walking distance to downtown P Town. Hosts are relaxed and lovely to communicate with. My wife and I will come back over and over again!

This sweet condo is well laid-out, and furnished and appointed with everything you might need for a Ptown getaway. It was cozy on the rainy off-season days, and bright with sun on the warmer days. It's remarkably quiet and peaceful, with just a short 5-10 minute walk to most Commercial Street destinations. We didn't need to use our car at all, even the larger grocery store is close by. The multi-level layout with kitchen half level down and bedroom a level up makes it feel much larger than it is and gives you plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the summer.

The condo was one of the best we have stayed in. Convenient location but enough off the beaten path to be peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Cute little condo with 1 bedroom and two bathrooms on three levels. The unit is all electric. This condo is the most well furnished place that we have stayed in, so far. Cups, saucers, bowls, pans... you name it and it was there. There were plenty of wall outlets to power electronic devices too. The kitchen and small bathroom is downstairs along with access to the patio. The queen size bed was upstairs along with the ensuite bathroom. There was a place for two other people to sleep in the living room, though we did not use those. There was a nice outdoor patio area with a table, chairs, and a gas grill, we did not use those either, too cold out. There was also a wood stove in the living area. Everything was nice. Downtown Provincetown (Commercial Street) is about a 10 to 15 minute easy walk for us older people.

Spacious, comfy inside and pretty patio and small yard. Nice and quiet. Easy, short walk to the center of town. Would suggest a new wooden cutting board and sharper knives for cutting vegetables.

Love staying here as it was very tucked away in the woods but a super quick walk into town. Great backyard space too!

2 parking spaces, clean and roomy, fully stocked, quick walk to the Pier and main drag. I'd stay again.

Great location, off the Main Street, but close and walkable to everything. Condo has everything one needs in a rental. Pet friendly! Easy communication with the owners. Will rent again sometime.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely weekend getaway with our dogs. The place was clean and cozy. It was a little less than 10 minute walk from commerical street. There were dog bowls downstairs Incase you forgot your own. There is parking on site. We enjoyed our stay

Exceptional experience

Excellent stay!

Unit 2 is a split-level, spacious and comfortable (not fancy) unit in a great location (5-minute walk to Commmercial St. as well as the Stop n Shop). The kitchen/extra bath and patio are 6 steps down from the main living area, and the bedroom and full bath are about 8 steps up. Comfortably furnished including everything you’d need in the large kitchen. There’s a trundle bed in the living room. The a/c is wonderful from 3 mini-split units, and WiFi is very strong. Very quiet and lush backyard, with a large newer Weber BBQ. Sharon is great to deal with as well. No bike rack though so had to lock bikes to the front step railing. We had a wonderful 2 weeks here and hope to return someday.

We had a fantastic time at this rental. The layout makes for a very spacious feel. We rented at the end of July and the cooling system in this house is amazing. A lot of the times, we barely needed to keep the AC running because the house stayed cool. Great sunlight coming into the kitchen. Super clean and comfortable. Quiet location at a dead-end street with a short 10 minute walk into town. We had a great time and will return again!

The location is absolutely perfect. Can be out of the busy town and into the woods in a short walk. Very quiet and cozy location. Layout of house is great. Even better is it’s dog friendly!

This is a very well equipped condo…has everything you need..and in a great location for walking to either the east or west end. It might be helpful to alert folks that there are three levels…perhaps it was in the description…not a problem for us but could be for some…overall highly recommend for future renters

Stayed here with my sister, large dog, 2 friends and enjoyed a long overdue girls' getaway. My sister and I stayed here in 2017 and anticipated that we would enjoy the same wonderful experience as we did then; we were not disappointed. The condo is tucked away on a quiet dead end street, but only a 5 minute walk to Commercial St. The condo offers every amenity listed including 2 parking spaces for LARGE vehicles, private patio for morning coffee and afternoon drinks, and is IMPECCABLY clean. The owners are great to work with; they respond to messages quickly and are courteous. Hoping we can visit again next year; would recommend staying here without any reservation. Laurie

Loved this charming home with every possible comfort on a quiet street just 5 mins from everything in central Provincetown. Especially appreciated our off season stay - just a perfect retreat from work with easy access to the best of Provincetown and nearby beaches. Lots on Commercial St still closed in late March but restaurants available for take out plus we had an amazing igloo outdoor meal at Liz’ Cafe just 7 min walk from this rental. Loved our stay!

I've stayed here once before. It's a great place close to everything. The wood burning stove is really handy during the winter months. Large kitchen, full laundry and great outside space. 2 Bathrooms and plenty of space for 3 adults. I would definitely recommend.
