Cape Cod on the Colorado River- Waterfront House in Moovalya Keys
Das Haus befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage an Kanälen, die zum Colorado River führen. Es ist schön gelegen, direkt am Hauptkanal, so dass man leicht zum Fluss kommt. Die Kanäle sind 5 Meilen pro Stunde, die für das sichere Festmachen Ihrer Boote und PWCs sorgt. Es sorgt auch für sicheres Schwimmen oder Schwimmen auf Flößen. Das Haus hat einen eigenen 50 'Dock direkt vor dem Haus. Es gibt 2 Ebenen der Terrasse. Die Hauptterrasse befindet sich auf Wasserstand. Die zweite Terrasse ist aus dem zweiten Stock. Der Blick aus dem zweiten Stock geht in Richtung der Berge und der großen Wasserfläche des Hauptkanals, wo es gabelt. Das Haus ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und bietet so den Vorteil, dass es an den heißesten Tagen des Tages im Schatten des Nachmittags liegt. Sonnenanbeter können jedoch trotzdem auf der oberen Terrasse die Sonne genießen. Dieses Haus befindet sich direkt gegenüber von meinem anderen Haus (The Pointe) und eignet sich hervorragend für größere Gruppen.

We are return renters who love that this rental has five bedrooms so everyone can spread out a bit. It is very convenient for the boat too. We will be back!

It was a perfect spot for our family. I celebrated my son‘s 18th birthday and it was 120° out there so it made it very nice to have the water right outside and back to cool off and a nice air-conditioned home. It had everything we needed and owner Kathy was wonderful on communication.

This has been the best upkept home we have rented in the past 6 years. Dock was in good condition, steps into the canal. Perfect for tying up tubes and kayaks! House had a great layout for 10 people. Location is just 2 canals in the the river, but at the end of a canal, so easy out and in. Grass in the canals was long this year, but not terrible. House had plenty of required items to cook there and not have to go out. We had a great time!

Stayed here with friends for wife's birthday. We all had a great time. Sitting out on the patio, mere steps from the clear, clean canal was great. If we had a boat it would have been spectaular, but we only had unicorn floaties, so it was still great. Kitchen had what you needed, we BBQ'd every night.

This was one of the best houses I have ever stayed at in the keys! Kathy was awesome if I needed to ask her a question she was ready and able to answer me immediately for anything. I really appreciated everything that she did, and is so organized that it made my trip for my friends and family one of the best I’ve had in Parker..

We absolutely love staying in the Keys and this house was perfect for our group! The dock fit all of our toys, the overall space inside the house was great for all the kids and adults. Kathy was amazing to communicate with and always quick to reply to any email and questions.

Perfect set up for a stay at the river. The family loved being able to float right off the deck. We all slept great every night. Beds were comfy! Super spacious and seating for all 10 of us! We will definitely rent again!

Had lots of fun at this cool house. 2 families with 3 couples and 4 children fit nicely. No access to a washer and dryer is a bit of a bummer, but really who wants to do laundry on vacation right?

We rented this house 16 years ago and It's still almost exactly the same. Great home for our needs this year. Kathy is easy to work with and check in and check out are a breeze! If you know the Keys you know its a pretty cool place. We've been vacationing there since we were kids and I'm 47 now.

Very nicely appointed property
This was the perfect property for us. Lots of room. Nicely appointed kitchen, with everything needed to cook feasts. Comfortable out door furnishings that encouraged lounging. The location was marvelous. Gated community for safety. Dock right next to the house for the boat. Access to the river was quick and easy. The property owner was communicative and very easy to work with . We will definitely look for this property again when we next stay in Parker.

Slightly Disappointed
The open floorplan and private dock were amazing. We had plenty of room and my adult kids got their own rooms. I expected the place to be cleaner and in better working condition than it was on the inside for what we paid, but it was not so bad that we couldn't enjoy ourselves.

An amazing weekend
Property was very clean and easily accessible. Plenty of room for all our family (9), everyone had their own bedroom. Everything was in working order which is a great plus. Fun was had by everyone.

Amazing Location in the Keys!
The property was super spacious, and sleeping arrangements were definitely comfortable for 10 people, easily. The owner was easy to get ahold of when needed. We also rented her second property across the canal, which was super convenient for our large group. Overall, the house was nice and the location was amazing. Parker is a hidden gem in AZ!

Magnificent location, perfect relaxing location
This was our second stay here and both times went perfectly.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was well stocked from towels to pans. Great location if you have a boat. Easy access from the river. Even if you don’t have a boat it’s a fun location.. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
