Dies ist ein fantastisches vier Schlafzimmer dreieinhalb Badehaus am besten Kanal am Fluss. Sie sind in den Keys, müssen sich aber nicht mit dem Gate und begrenzten Parkplätzen auseinandersetzen. Wir sind vor dem Tor gegenüber von Circle K. Setzen Sie Ihr Boot ein, parken Sie das Auto und haben Sie einfach Spaß! Ihre eigene 50 'private Anlegestelle. Brauchen Sie Kaffee oder Eis, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Circle K! Das Haus hat einen Master mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Badezimmer und Directv. Die zwei "Gästezimmer" haben Doppelbetten und teilen sich ein Jack-Jill-Bad. Das vierte Schlafzimmer verfügt über Doppel-Etagenbetten und ein weiteres Badezimmer. Our annual company party was a hit at this property! Everyone enjoyed their stay and the location was very convenient. The house was clean and the patio/ dock area was good. The beds and bathrooms were perfect! Our host was on spot with any questions and available through text at all times. 2 fridges was a plus!

All the comforts and conveniences of home! Great big house- we felt so cozy and right at home. Perfect for all ages. The driveway was plenty big enough for our cars, bait and trailer! we loved eating on the patio and the big dock below to keep our boat in the water and play there too! We will be back!!! I rented this home for my group of friends coming out to Another Dam Race. This house has a dock on the water. It was perfect for our crew. We’ll stay here again next year!

Nice property and very responsive property manager. My husband and I, daughter and her husband and our 4 grand daughters ranging from 1-7 years old stayed there for 3 nights and it worked out perfectly. Definitely, recommend it! Property has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Nice big great room with plenty of seating and we enjoyed the balcony on the canal.

It was nice having our boat on the dock, room for our trailer at the house, and the house is very comfortable and clean.

We're coming back!
This was our first time at the Keys and Steve helped it turn out perfectly! The Keys feel like Venice.. but within driving distance, and like a houseboat ..but on land! Our 8 relatives enjoyed the 4 cute and clean bedrooms with really 4 bathrooms....(half bath) (a must for 5 women) The house had everything for a long weekend, even kabob sticks! The parking really is a gem for trailers and simply easy to come and go, without gates and zero hassles and a dash to Circle K. We rented wave runners and brought our kayaks and had a blast. FYI the local cell service with ATT was limited but Steve's Wifi helped with texting. We will be back!

Parker Oasis on the river.
Excellent communication with the property owner. The accommodations are second to none with a private dock just out of the back door. Ample parking in the front of the 3 car garage to park a long bed truck and trailer I look forward to staying again.

Great Stay in the Keyes!
Our group went for my husband’s 40th birthday! This place was great! We had 4 couples. Everyone had their own space and the house overall is very roomy! The parking for the home was super beneficial being that we all had our own cars and a couple of boat trailers.. In addition, several trips were conveniently made to Circle K right across the street for ice, etc. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic
Wonderful home on the Keys. Tall ceilings give this home a great, open feel. Very nice dock and patio. Everything was top shelf. Great communication with owner. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Perfect spot on the river
Traveled to Parker, AZ for our first trip on the river. Our accommodations for the stay were great. House was much bigger and nicer than we expected. Location was great since we are on the outside of Moovala Keys and did not have to navigate our SUV and Trailer inside. It's also a convenient walk to the Circle K which comes in handy. The keys are a great way to spend a weekend on the river. Easy access to the river but also gives you a chance to enjoy the river from your dock with a little less of the weekend craziness. Our host was fantastic and helpful thoughout our trip. Highly recommend this place for your next trip to the river.

The Keys
I’ve been going to the keys since 2012. Staying in over 9 different homes. Never stayed outside the gate, but this might be my favorite house just for its location, and parking situation. That’s not even talking about how nice the house was. Steve the owner thanks again you were on top of my only question I had out there on my trip. It’s a great location!!

Amazing Place in and out of the Keys
We have stayed in various properties in the keys and this is the warmest and best located house in and out of the keys. In meaning the back of the house is connected to the water in the keys. Out meaning the front of the house is not within the gate of the keys, so no hassel of key pad and nowhere to park inside the keys. Plenty of car and BOAT parking in the front. This will be the property we will always rent!!

Perfect getaway
We loved our stay here. Had everything we needed, all the amenities, plenty of room for everyone, great master suite with a hot tub, cold A/C, great patio, great dock. The owner was very helpful if we had any questions. We’ve been to the keys quite a few times and this house is one of my favorites now. We will definitely come back

Clean, well appointed and in a great location.
We had zero issues throughout the process and stay. The owner was very easy to work with and was accommodating. The location in the keys was perfect with tons of parking for boats and toys along with the accompanying trucks and trailers. The house came with everything needed for day to day living. I don’t remember staying in a rental with more utensils and dinnerware. Absolutely no complaints.

Great Home away from home
Home was perfect fit for our families. The off the road access made it so early to come in park and load up. House was beautiful. wWell kept all necessities available. Easy access with great deck. the neighbor was extreamly friendly. We couldn't ask for a nice place to end each day. The Circle K across the street was wonderful for easy access to ice and nessesities. We had a wonder time and hope to be able to come back year after year.

Better than expected!
The house was very clean and we were happy to have lots of room to enjoy our family. It was very convenient to be able to walk down to the gas station/market. The driveway space was great!
Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the fridge looked new, clean and clear for use.
I most definitely would love to rent this house again next year!
