Diese wunderschöne Einheit wurde gerade von oben nach unten renoviert - mit allen neuen Möbeln und Geräten! Es gibt zwei Balkone, von denen einer eine Aussicht auf das Meer hat und das andere hat eine West-Aussicht und beide Balkone haben neue Terrassenmöbel. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen 55 "Flachbildschirm. Die Küche hat alle neuen Geräte, Schränke und Granit. Es ist sehr gut mit allen Utensilien und Kochgeschirr ausgestattet, die Sie benötigen. Es gibt auch eine Theke mit drei Barhockern und einen Esstisch für sechs Personen.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, während das Gästezimmer zwei große Betten hat - alle neuen Matratzen und Bettwäsche. Es gibt einen 49 "Flatscreen im Hauptschlafzimmer und einen 42" Flatscreen im Gästezimmer. Das Master-Bad hat eine neue Dusche und Waschtisch, und beide Badezimmer haben Haartrockner. I loved the corner condo because it lets in so much natural light. We could see the ocean from one of our balconies which was fine by us since we spent most days down by the ocean. Our daughter and granddaughter came with us and they love to cook. The kitchen had everything they needed. The pool was a nice size and it had a roped off section so the little ones didn’t go in the deep end. It’s nice to be able to walk right on the beach. The condo suppled everything we needed for the beach as well. We were able to see two rocket launches right on the beach by the condo. That was really cool! The BK Adventure bioluminescent raft trip was just minutes away as well. Great place and great location! We loved Cocoa Beach! We will be back!

This property had it all. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beach chairs and accessories were great. This condo has everything you could imagine, and I would highly recommend this unit.

Condo was the perfect location for us. Able to enjoy beach time while attending grandson’s baseball games. Lots of extras provided by owner to enhance our stay. Condo was well maintained and clean. Two balconies was a plus!

The condo was very clean beautiful and very well stocked. The location was great also. Mike got back with me very quickly to answer all my questions. I did think it was beachfront and it was not. The complex is but the condo isn’t 😊

The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished and close to everything. Went to Epcot for a day, only about an hour away. Visited the Kennedy Space Center and did a little fishing at Jetty Park and of course, enjoyed the beach.
We even got to see 2 launches from Cape Canaveral, the 2nd one we were right on the beach by the condo!

The condo was perfect! It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. It has everything to make traveling easy and enjoyable, especially at the beach! The hosts were wonderful and the complex itself is well kept with a heated pool and easy beach access. By far, one of the best places we have stayed! We hope to visit again!

Loved this condo by the beach. Everything you needed was supplied and the beds were very comfy. The pool has to be the warmest I've been in and open late. Within walking distance of Coca Beach downtown, highly recommend.

Mike and Alina’s condo was perfect for our family of 5. The interior is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the short walk to the private beach. We even got to see a rocket launch from the beach during our stay. Excellent all around! Communication was great. Thank you!

This charming unit was spacious with lots of closet space and comfy beds. It had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and fun. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Perfectly stocked kitchen, chairs for the beach, bodyboards for kids, and all appliances worked with no issues. The only issue is the amount of construction currently happening around the area. Of course, this is nothing the owners can control and soon enough will be over with. Our trip was great. This rental is even nicer in person if you can believe that!!! Beautifully decorated with SO many extra special touches that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Linens and towels are luxurious. The kitchen is stocked so well you will think you are at home. It’s great that the owners also provide access to coolers, beach chairs, beach toys, stroller, etc. It was so nice to not have to drag so much with us.
The end unit is on the parking lot end and has two awesome balconies. From the larger one you can see a very nice slice of the ocean from one end. Palm trees tops are at that level so it’s like being in a tropical treehouse! We spent lots of time out there.
Also, there was a SpaceX Falcon launch one evening while we were there. We went down to the beach in front of the building and had a great view of this. (May have been able to see it somewhat from the condo, but beach is probably better)
Lots of restaurants to chose from close by. All we went to were within 1-5 miles.

This property is all that it appears to be online. Lots of space, great balconies, nice pool and right on the beach. We were able to relax and regroup and enjoy our family time. Lots of towels and beach items to use as well as easy access to a beautiful beach area. We were able to watch a satellite launch right from the balcony. Great experience - would highly recommend to others.

We booked at the last minute trying to get close to Titusville for the ARTEMIS I launch attempts. Condo was wonderful and had everything we needed for a great trip! We will certainly look to book again for future launches or just time at the beach!

This condo was absolutely everything we needed plus some! I was amazed at how well it was stocked!
We stayed in Cocoa Beach while watching our daughter play in the USSSA All American Games. The condo had a 5 gallon bucket in the laundry room which aided in soaking her uniforms, and I also found an athletic ice pack in the freezer that aided in a pulled muscle.
Several other guests nearby commented on how nice our unit was compared to theirs. They all mentioned the open kitchen and upgraded features.
I am very picky on rooms and this one exceeded my expectations.
After checkout, we realized that we forgot an important item in the nightstand. After a quick call to Mike, he had us back in the room to retrieve our item in no time. Such a relief!
If we travel back to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely rebook this unit.

Favorite Florida Condo!
We have stayed in Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area multiple times now and this unit has been by far our favorite unit! The unit was exactly as pictured/described and had so many homey-touches, including a wonderful Christmas tree. The kitchen was stocked nicely and so were the beach accessories! It was so nice to have chairs for all four of us and an umbrella that actually worked well! The coolers were a great addition as well! The beachy decor was fabulous and having two balconies was fantastic. Hands down our favorite location! Will definitely come back!

Great stay
We enjoyed the condo very much. Mike and Alina were very helpful and prompt at answering my questions. They even had the place ready earlier than expected so we were able to check in and go to the beach earlier. Parking is free and easy to find. Room is very clean, pretty and cozy with beautiful ocean themed furniture and deco. The kitchen has almost everything we needed for cooking breakfasts, (though it'd be great if there's more garbage bags available since we felt it's better to do take outs instead of dining in). The host provided a few bottled water in the fridge which we really appreciate. Wifi is very good except in one of the bedrooms. Though the view is mostly parking lot from the two balconies, you do get to see a slice of the ocean - however the beach is so close that it wasn't a problem for us. Weather wasn't super cooperative for us, but we got to enjoy the beach and ocean a little bit - which is really close and quiet, with long stretches of warm shallow water that's safe for kids to play and the sand is soooo soft. They provide plenty of boogie boards and beach chairs so we didn't have to rent or buy any. The beds are very comfortable and i loved our bed which was a true king bed. The only thing i would suggest to change is the couch since you could feel the springs poking a bit when sitting there (all other furnitures are very comfy and sleek). And the cleaning lady forgot to clean the coffee machine from previous guests (or the guest before). We found a few nice restaurants nearby and really loved the Q's and Cracker Island grille. Overall, it is a lovely experience for us and we enjoyed our stay there very much!
