Superb location. Better than being "on the mountain". Chair lift is walking distance, and the amenities downtown with access to shuttles provides MANY amenities Room was terrific for 3 adult couples. Top-end access to rental skis or bikes inside the building!

When we booked our stay, the condo looked so cute and I thought there was no way it was as cute as the pictures showed. When we arrived it was even better!It was stocked with everything we could need, the management company was wonderful and incredibly responsive. They kept us informed and offered tons of information about the area. If I return, I hope this unit will be available to book again, as it will be my first choice.

This condo was fantastic. Incredibly clean and roomy. Room sizes were amazingly large. Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room was so nice to come home to after a long day on the slopes. Appliances, cabinets and decorative finishes were all top quality. We loved the large roomy deck for drinks at sunset. The hightop fire table out there was the perfect touch. Location was fantastic, very easy to get to and very convenient to ski resorts. The restaurants located in the building, were fantastic and we walked to a couple that were within five minutes, that were equally great.There were four of us staying there on our vacation and we were all equally impressed. Would definitely give this place five out of five stars. We can’t wait to go back. Brian was very helpful and providing instruction, and always returned our calls immediately when we had a question, which was only once, concerning the shuttle schedule.

Location was great, walking distance to grocery, liquor stores etc. Small easy walk to ski lifts at beaver creek and/0r shuttle to vail.We have stayed at numerous VRBO type accommodations on ski vacations and this property would be at or near the top. When we walked in the door, we were knocked out by how much larger it was than what it appeared in pictures. Everything is first rate including the furnishing, kitchen ware and bedding. The location is excellent. It's just a short walk to the gondola and bus stop for skiing. Dinner and the City Market are all convenient too. We can't say enough nice things about Brian, the property manager. He clearly wants your stay to be enjoyable. I hope we can stay here again the next time we're in Avon.

This condo was very clean and well furnished for our group of 6 to spend a week skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail. Its within close walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Avon and only a 5 min walk to the bus stop to head to Beaver Creek village. The Avon recreation center is also only a 5 min walk away which offers a great fitness facility and indoor pool.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or experience! The condo is beautifully decorated and spotless, had everything you would need, and the location is unbeatable. The shuttle to BC Village and Vail is right outside the building, which was very convenient! Brian was an incredible host allowing us to check in and out early due to weather, extremely responsive, and even went out of his way to mail back something we accidentally left behind. We had a great trip and will definitely stay here again next time!

Excellent place and location. Only thing I would recommend, is changing the master suite mattress, and install privacy door locks in rooms (at least the cheapest with buttons).

The place was perfect for us. We were a family of four. Great for entertaining given the the large kitchen and living room . We stayed here mostly due to the this large open concept area and it did not disappoint. Very conveniently located in the heart of Avon. There were no negatives on our stay. We would stay here again if we come back to Beaver.

The apartment has been recently renovated and very spacious. There were 2 Master bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and a 3rd bathroom off the living area. The unit does not have it's own washer and dryer but the laundry room was on the same floor easy to use. There is also a very large terrace. We were not able to use the outdoor heaters because there didn't seem to be any Propane. We never felt the need to take the shuttle since the Riverfront Gondola is an easy walk even in Ski boots.

Comfortable Modern Condo
Condo has a modern open feel. Wide open space and kitchen, bedrooms are on opposites sides for better privacy with ensuite baths and third full bath off the living room. Lots of storage and nice view of mountains. Building is quiet, easy parking in garage and another space available outdoors. 5 minute walk to Riverfront Gondola. Good communications from management company. Would have preferred a washer and dryer in unit - apparently there is a laundry room in the building. Still, overall a great place.

Condo is updated and kitchen well equipped. Huge balcony has gas grill, gas heater and gas fire pit along with sectional sofa. Firewood included, as well. Unit has a high-end modern flair. Building has ski rental shop, beer/wine store, Italian and Chinese restaurants. No ski lockers, pool, hot tub or gym on site. Overall, great unit and location!

Everything exceeded my expectations. The condo was super clean, very spacious and so well equipped! Extra blankets, towels, toiletries, you name it! There wasn't a single thing missing. The location was great. A very short walk to the shuttle and a few minute drive to restaurants and groceries. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was just as described
Very clean and comfortable, near to vail 15min driving, 3 full bathrooms, 2 rooms with king bed, 1 sofabed in the living room and 1 single sofa bed inside 1 of the room, the living room and kitchen was just perfect and the balcony had everything, grill, sofas and tables to spend time!
We are very thankful of having the opportunity to stay in this amazing apartment

True to the listing. Provided excellent space indoors and out. Especially enjoyed the deck with fire pit and heat lamp at end of each day. Convenient to Beaver Creek gondola and eco bus to Vail. If anything to knitpick about it would be to oil the squeaky bathroom door In master bedroom. If returning to same slopes, will definitely book this condo again

Wonderful stay at this property, it has everything you need (except hair conditioner for us ladies that have longer hair). Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, wood burning fireplace and great location to walk to the gondola and many restaurants in the building. Parking was easy and communication with manager was top notch. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stay in this unit for 2 1/2 months. This well appointed condo had everything we needed and more. From the cookware to everything you could need in a kitchen, fireplace, spacious bedrooms, and huge balcony with a gas grill. This became our home away from home. Best testimonial, we hated to leave!

Perfect perfect perfect!!
We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. We had everything we needed. We easily made it to and from Beaver Creek ski hill and used the restaurant bus to get back and forth when we wanted to go to the mountain for dinner. There are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance too. Brian (the property manager) was extremely helpful and kind. We had to move to another unit during our stay (because this one had been rented by someone else) and had just as good an experience. I will definitely be back and thank you for such a great stay!

Beautiful, convenient location. However, the mountain closed due to Corona Virus concerns and we packed up and came home. Waiting for my refund to be issued.

The condo is beautiful and very spacious. Lots of storage and very well equipped. Loved the wood burning fireplace. Easy walk to ski shuttle. Convenient to shops and restaurants. The management was easy to work with and was very helpful with questions. Would definitely stay here again.
