Dies ist ein neues (2006 erbaut), gut gepflegt, geringere Dichte Wohnung mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten und 3 schnellen Aufzügen. Es verfügt über 2 Swimmingpools (1 beheizt ist), nicht mehr als 4 1/2 Meter tief, ideal für Kinder, sowie einen Whirlpool für Gäste 12 Jahre alt oder älter.
Das Hotel liegt am ruhigen Ende des Strandes. Es bietet einen fantastischen Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko und der Lower Grand Lagoon. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einem offenen Grundriss, 9 Fuß Decken und einem großen Glas-Schiebetüren im Wohnbereich mit Blick auf die weißen Strände und das smaragdgrüne Wasser eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen und angenehmen Urlaub. Heres what my wife had to say- We had to book this last minute to save us from a disaster of another booking. I was ready to go home at that point. Mr. Garcia and his wife not only took the time to get the condo ready for us a bit early, but was the most kind man in ensuring we would be confortable staying at his condo after what we had gone through. This condo was beautiful! Clean and confortable, stocked with towels and toys, with an amazing view! Mr. G truly saved our family vacation. 10/10 would recommend and book with him again. Wonderful place, wonderful people!

Condo was extremely clean and great for our family. Very spacious for our party of 4. Views were amazing from the balcony. Highly recommend renting from owners when staying at this condo. We love the ease of being at the beach and highly recommend the food at Schooners restaurant next door.

We decided last minute to book a much needed vacation, we have stayed at Seychelles two other times before so we’re looking there exclusively. The Garcias were awesome hosts. They met us at check-in with the necessary information…plus unexpected items a bottle of wine and a couple of beers for the adults, bottles of water and Jelly Belly’s for our daughter. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Property owner met us upon arrival. Very kind and welcomed us. He showed us around and even had water and a bottle of wine waiting for us. He also called to check on us midweek. Cleanest condo i’ve ever stayed in and i’ve been coming to PCB for years. Highly recommend.

Truly amazing place. Very clean and well kept. We were met at check in and given all of the necessary info and a guided tour of the property. I've never stayed somewhere that made me feel as welcome as this. Without a doubt, this will be our go to place from this point on.

Wonderful time at Seychelles!
I visited here with my daughter and four grandchildren. We loved the condo- it is beautiful and the facility is right on the beach. The owner is so friendly and gracious, we all enjoyed meeting him. We definitely want to stay here again!

We really enjoyed the Condo it was clean and we were met by Chon when we arrived we were allowed to check in 2 hours early ..the view was breathtaking and 4th of July was amazing from our condo ..Thank you for your hospitality .Tom and Stella Moll…

Only complaints are the shower in the hallway is pretty slippery and both of my kids fell, one busting his lip; the panel on the washer/dryer falls off easily, but the owner was quick to come by and fix it; and the wifi is password protected. I asked a few times for the password, but was never given it. Everything else was nice though.

It was wonderful! So clean! It smelt amazing as so as we walked it. The Property manager walked thru the condo with us when we arrived . He was so nice and accommodating.
