A centralize location near the amenities, cafe and shopping area. About 9 mins drives to Seminyak Village. There is mineral water dispenser- hot & cold which gives the convenience.

The property is a stunning oasis. the staff were amazing and their friendly cat bobo. close to shops, restaurants and spas. very clean with great wifi.

if anything was noisy at night, but not a big deal for us.

The property was amazing, it made our honeymoon in Bali so special! We loved the private pool and all the rooms were so clean and lovely!

The villa was modern, well equipped and a short walk from the beach. Made the maid was attentive and answered all of our queries.

It was extremely noisy at night with music from the clubs blasting out, neighbouring dogs barking throughout the night and scooters using the alley way as a race track. None of us had a night's sleep during our week's stay and had to resort to ear plugs and sleeping in the lounge. We also had an issue with cockroaches in our daughters bedroom.

Made the caretaker was exceptional always there when you needed something. Always with a smile.

Rooms were attended on a daily basis very clean

it was amazing - Made who is the live in house keeper is amazing. She helped us out a lot. Her and her other colleague she works with kept the place really clean. Her colleague was awesome too (forgot her name) the property is great overall. It loses Sun in the arvo so be sure to utilise the pool during the middle of the day! The driver is the best too - Agus. Location is good if you want to be close to some pubs and clubs. Short scooter or walk from the beach and ATMs.

the only small thing is that we found there were a few mozzis in the upstairs master even in the net. We bought some mozzi spray and doused the entire place. It would be good if they did that before the guests arrive. or get the electronic mozzi things that keep them away.
