The facilities and staff at the Chandra Bali Villas were exceptional. They were so polite and courteous and made it an easy decision to return there later this year.

The location is amazing. Right in the Heart of Seminyak. An easy walk to shops and locations such as Ku De Ta. Minnds. e the whole team were amazing, so kind couldnt be more helpful. Arranged for a Chef to come to our villa and prepare a seafood BBQ, it was incredible. Very clean, super comfy beds, we loved our stay :)

There wasn't much not to like! only things i would point out is living area is open, so you need mosquito spray and bathrooms were also outdoor. We didn't mind this at all though it was lovely.

We absolutely enjoyed the stay at Chandra. At the beginning it was a bit difficult to locate and we also reached quite late, but from the following day once we knew where we were and got comfortable it was just amazing. The staff are just super friendly and genuinely there to help and be available as and when needed. The breakfast cooked in our villa daily was fantastic not to mention the adorable staff who just made us feel like at home. I cannot fault or pick anything out at all

At the beginning we thought bathrooms were not clean however later came to realize it was just the nature of the water in Bali that makes things look a little rusty. Our overall experience was so good and really nothing that we didnt like.

We loved the Villa, it exceeded all our expectations, it had everything that we possibly needed including all that we needed for our 17 month old grandson . We loved the friendly and excellent service provided by Minnie and her wonderful Team. It made our holiday a truly memorable experience.

Breakfast option was good value, cooked in the villa. Location was quiet and a 10 minute walk to main street. There is the "Local Cafe" very close serving coffee and breakfast. Very comfortable beds and linens. Great WiFi. Great and very helpful staff with great service. Free local area one way shuttle from villa was a fantastic service.

The Villa #7 needed some maintenance to bring it up to standard eg new deck around pool, ponds not full and filtering, which probably contributed to mosquitos, bathrooms needed a refresh with new silicone and mirrors. The pool water was a bit cloudy even though the pool was monitored/tested daily and topped up with chlorine.

The villa was fine but the kitchen and pantry were very tired and in need of a refurb.

The staff were lovely and hospitable. We travelled with our 9 month old daughter and they provided all the assistance we required when requested. Can’t praise them enough. Overall great time

Beautiful villa with outstanding service. Every morning we had multiple people making up the villa, cleaning the pool and preparing your breakfast. Really makes you feel like royalty. Also very close to shopping and nightlife in Seminyak. Ability to walk to most places. Would definitely stay there again when in Bali.
