This is a 5 star accommodation. I will look them up anytime I travel to the Anaheim/LA area. I will recommend this to anybody I know is headed that way. Every aspect of the stay was excellent. Check in, communication, and accommodations.

House is definitely large enough for all 15 guests. The pool is awesome and quick drive to Disneyland with no traffic.

Clean, cute, well kept house near Disneyland! We enjoyed our stay! Pictures of rooms were accurate but the entrance of the cars room is only accessible from the outside. Our cheer team of 15 was very comfortable. Also, the pool pictured is next door with a gate in between the backyards. It did say we share it but so we just stayed on our side of the fence :) We had a hot tub on our side. Communication was great!! Very kind and answered questions very quickly! Would definitely stay here again 😊!

House perfect for large family and plenty to keep kids busy. Hosts very helpful and quick to respond to requests

Checking in was easy, the house was very clean, and well stocked with toiletries and other items, which was awesome. Our big family fit comfortably and enjoyed all the themed rooms. The pool with slide and splash pad was an added bonus, and we loved coming back from Disneyland and doing a quick dip before turning in for the night. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved how the pool was separate from the backyard area so kids were safe and could play! The rooms were great. The beds comfortable and the location was perfect for a trip to Disney!

The property really was as described. The location is conveniently close to grocery stores, Starbucks, gas stations and if you're going to Disneyland it's a hop and skip away. The city policy was a bit much but I understand why Anaheim has it and enforces it. If you're going to stress about that then I would suggest you look elsewhere, otherwise if you're traveling with a large party, this property is perfect!

We were so happy with this house. It had plenty of space for our family of 11 from age 7 up to grandparents, it was a perfect fit! We were pleasantly surprised our first night there, we stepped out onto the back patio and had a wonderful view of the fireworks from Disneyland. The pool was a huge hit for our kids as well! The apartment was a nice added feature for family members that needed a little more privacy. I highly recommend staying here or booking with this company. Successful family Disney trip, thank you!:)

This property was a great place to stay. Only a 5 minute drive to Walmart to fill your fridge and a 5 minute drive to Disney to spend hours of fun. What more can you ask for ! When we arrived at the house the Disney’s firework show was happening and we can see it clearly from our backyard. The house was accommodating to all ages and sooo spacious. The only downfall was the cars room is located outside the house in a separate apartment. Just steps away but too far for our young children to be staying alone in. I definitely recommend this house to others who would like to go to sleep and wake up together.

Our stay at Mickey’s beach house was great. Can’t ask for a better location as far as proximity to the Disney parks, and the amenities were awesome! We took a day just to hang out in the pool.

It was a beautiful house and decorated so nice. Very comfortable beds; I tried out 3) we loved the master bed and bath. The kids loved the frozen room. My adult daughter enjoyed the separate Cars apartment. We made a Thanksgiving meal and cupboards were well stocked. The only disappointment was the pool never really got warm enough to enjoy. And thats the main thing we were looking forward to. We still tried the slide for a “ poler Challenge and made the best of it. Check out time is 10 which is too early, in my opinion, because they have a few chores to do before leaving. So we paid for later checkout to not be so rushed. The kids loved the ping pong table and we used a big stroller to go to Knotts which was close by. Aa in all a great Thanksgiving.

For everyone that had negative things to say about this place...get a life. I was nervous at first to book because of other reviews but I'm glad I didn't let that stop me. The common thing to remember is that nothing is perfect, but it's how your host responds to the imperfections that matter. First off... communication is key. Funtierland was super responsive to literally any and every concern I had. Only one major thing happened and I called them...they sent someone immediately and the issue didn't impede on the stay at all. The rules are what they are. Be very clear and comfortable with them before you book. Super close to Disneyland. (Great for midday naps for little ones or just a quick ride home after a long day out). Close to grocery stores, shopping plazas, coffee, etc. I don't think I used more than a 1/4 tank of gas the whole week with multiple store/coffee/food/Airport runs. The pool/spray deck/yard was everything! Probably my family's favorite part about the property. They were cleaned regularly. I would have loved to get a heads up that the grounds keeper was coming but he was super polite and mindful of the kids being scared of the louder sounds so it wasn't a big deal. The home can be considered accessible...the only thing is that the front door, back door and pool have a single short step. If you ask ahead of time, they can usually provide a small ramp for these things. Again..communication. Yes, there is a train track near the house.. as is near most homes in this area. I think there were 1 or 2 a day they go by. Its obviously not a public transit situation where one co.es ever 10 minutes. Super quiet neighborhood. We felt comfortable and safe the entire stay. Yes, there are 2 bedrooms, a living room and bathroom over the garage only accessible via stairs just outside of the garage. (My partner and I spent the better part of a morning trying to figure out a way for them to connect these rooms to the rest of the house from the inside and it really isn't possible without compromising other great parts of the house.) So this would be ideal if you are maybe traveling with another family...it offers privacy with the single communal space bing the kitchen. Will definitely stay again... and even if this property isn't available, I'd book with Funtierland Vacation Rentals again.

This is a great house to rent if you have a large group and want fast access to Disney. 6 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms will give everyone their own space, while a large living room/dining room area provides a gathering space. Please note: * The short term rental rules in Anaheim are very strict. A maximum of 15 guests are allowed and all must be registered. I spent more time worrying beforehand about the rules than any vacationer should. I put this on the city more than the rental company. * The pool is a shared pool in a common with two other houses. Access to the pool was not a problem. * The rental company was reasonably responsive with the few minor issues we had (pool going into maintenance mode, water filter in the fridge). * The 5 Freeway is only one house away, and there is a train that runs down the cross street about twice a day. If you are sensitive to noise this might be an issue. We did not have any problems with this.
