The pools and jacuzzi area was nice also the staff in the breakfast area were very helpful

The staff for check in were shut down didn’t greet properly not even a hello welcome she seemed like she didn’t even wanna be there. It wasn’t what I expected according to the pictures the room was much smaller and they didn’t have no hand soap to wash my hand the toilet paper was falling off and to top it off found a bug crawling on the bed gross

Distance from Disneyland was perfect! Walked to Disney with no issues or complaints from the kids which was great. We were also able to watch the Fireworks show from the pool area. Pool area was huge and had 2 hot tubs. Basic accommodations but great value.

Only complaint is that hot tub wasn’t as hot as I would like and pool wasn’t very heated.

그냥 평범한 호텔이었지만 우선 직원들이 너무 친절합니다. 깨끗했고, 아침 식사도 먹을만 했어요. 아침마다 메이드 서비스도 꼼꼼하게 잘 해주세요. 주차비도 타 호텔에 비해 저렴한 편입니다. 비용도 디즈니랜드와 조금 가까운 호텔은 아침 안주고 100불 이상 더 비싼데, 이곳은 디즈니 랜드까지 5분 더 걷지만 아침도 주고 더 저렴해서 좋았어요. 더 좋은곳은 같은 체인 suit으로 가면 될 듯요.

호텔과 디즈니랜드가 가까운 편인데 인도 공사 중이라 돌아가야해서 좀 더 멀게 느껴졌던 것 같아요. 입구까지 걸어서 10분거리인데, 공사 때문에 15분 걸린 것 같습니다.

Excellent location for Disney land Park visit. Great place for family stay, specially with kids.

Nothing, best hotel stay in ages!

Close location to Disneyland, it didn’t take long to walk there. The pools were great especially the heat pool for night swimming.

We liked it all.

モーテル風でしたが、こじんまりの割には部屋も綺麗でした。 ロビーにコーヒーなどの飲み物がフリードリンクだったのがよかったです。 なにより、お湯がフリーなのが嬉しかったです。

部屋にお水があったら嬉しかっです。

Love the location. Free breakfast

The fact that breakfast ended so early. Beds were said to be queen sized, they were more like full size. The room was so small and had an awful musky mildew smell and felt very damp. We were put in a dark room where all we could see out the window, was a wall. Our bedding was only changed 1 of the 3 or 4 nights we were there. Overall I would say our stay went ok for what it was!

We came back to our room with the trash can on the floor on the side bed after room service then later that night we found a cockroach and left the same night. we captured it and even took it to the front LOBBY for them to see how big it was. luckily with communication we were able to get a good amount of refund back. unacceptable…

Location.

The shower had little to no pressure , the room booked was meant to be on the second floor, instead was bottom floor beside the breakfast area, right next to stairs and was really noisy. Upon arrival the staff were not helpful at all, with the amenities, hotel area or Disneyland information. Also they recommended not to drink the tap water, no water in room for drinking or coffee & charged me $10 for two small bottles. Place & staff were very average. Was my daughters first time to Disneyland and the add posted on Booking website does not reflect true of that property.

I liked how the free breakfast

The air conditioning system is a little outdated and the rooms don’t really look like the picture. They are smaller and real life and there is no fan in the bathroom and a sketch window.

The pool area was phenomenal. We enjoyed it our whole stay.

The room was extremely stuffy and had an overwhelming smell of wet. We also had spiders that found their way into our used towels that sat for 2 days.

The location was ideal given that we were going to Disneyland. The staff in the lobby and cleaning were all very polite and professional. The ambiance of it all was so welcoming.

Walking upstairs with kids and luggage. No worries, it was not that bad.

I liked the secured parking lot. Breakfast had a decent variety and hours were good. Location to Disney was great and the ART bus was very convenient and cheap if you get the pass.

At check in I patiently waited my turn and because they have doors on each side of the lobby someone else came in and instead of asking who was next they just took her. The beds were rather rickety sounding spring boards and $20 a day parking when you’re already paying a lot for a best western is dumb

A good breakfast option, very conveniently located, clean rooms

It was very loud. We could hear everything from the street & everything from the others staying on the property, people dragging their suitcases down the stairs or even just their conversation. The noise was just over all a lot

Breakfast was fine. Menu changes everyday. Love that the even offer it unlike other hotels these days.

Food isnt great for someone with dietary concerns. Have to get creative to make a meal. But at least breakfast is offered.

Breakfast and the jacuzzi!

The breakfast was semi decent

It is old and dingy. My first room had ants so they moved me, which was kind. There will not be a next time for me at this Motel. Don’t let the pictures fool you.

We love this hotel! If we can stay here for work trips or family trips we will, if the price is right!

The prices keep creeping higher.

Location. Walking distance to the parks. Friendly staff. You can find last minute things around.

Lift broken, carrying heavy bags up to the stairs

The breakfast are great and the breakfast staff are so lovely. The people at the front desk were super helpful. Location is also very close to Disneyland. Loved the pool/hot tub facilities.

Our room was fairly dark, even with all lighting on. Although very clean, the bathroom needs a little love. Our shower head leaked at the fitting when turned in and our sink wouldn’t hold water.

Todo el personal del hotel es muy servicial, hospitalario, amable, atentos, bilingües. El desayuno no es muy sofisticado pero definitivo mucho más sano y balanceado que lo que desayunarías en los parques. La ubicación a 10-15 minutos a pie de los parques. A unos 10 minutos de tiendas y restaurantes. Habitaciones cómodas.

Las habitaciones ya se ven viejas, las alfombras ya podrían jubilarse. Ruidos de motores en la habitación (aire acondicionado a pesar de estar apagado, frigobar, planta de luz). El desayuno termina muy pronto, a las 9am lo cierran, quizá una hora más sería más incluyente, no todos somos madrugadores.

I liked the proximity to the Convention Center which is where I was attending an event. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds!

I stayed two nights and they didn't clean the room.
