Alpine View Haus on Main - Bavarian Themed Condo
Das Alpine View Haus am Main ist die Schwester des Mountain View Hauses am Main. Beide befinden sich im selben neu gebauten 'River Park'-Gebäude in der 9th Street in der Innenstadt von Leavenworth. Sie bieten die spektakulärste Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und sind dennoch nur zwei Blocks vom Herzen der Innenstadt entfernt. 'River Park' ist ein sicheres Gebäude mit dem einzigen Parkhaus in Leavenworth. Es ist nur wenige Minuten vom Riverfront Park und dem Wenatchee River entfernt. Leavenworth bietet das ganze Jahr über Feiern an. Die Weihnachtsbaumbeleuchtungszeremonien im Dezember und das Oktoberfest im Oktober sind die beiden beliebtesten. Es ist ein perfekter Ort, um Familientraditionen zu beginnen.

Can't get a better location than this and was perfect for our family of 4. Very comfortable and clean and awesome to have parking.

Overall the condo was fine for our needs but the carpet at a minimum needs to be cleaned or even better would be replaced - there were many stains on the current carpet.
The couch should also be replaced and perhaps a sectional which would provide more comfortable seating for 4 people would be a good idea. The patio furniture was also very dated and needs updating.
The kitchen was nice however the oven may need to be replaced as it did not seem to be accurate on temperature.
If some updates were done I would stay at this condo again, but likely would not if no updates are done as I have stayed in much nicer properties in Leavenworth for the same price. The location to town was for sure the biggest plus of this unit.

Highly recommend you stay here when visiting Leavenworth! It’s in the middle of the town within walking distance of everything around. Spacious living space and very clean. It’s tricky to get to and inside at first, but once you get it, you’re set. W

Great condo. Washer and dryer were not hooked up. I'm sure they will get that remedied for the next person. Bath needed a plug and the shower curtain was mildewy. Everything else was great. Can't beat the location. Parking was as they noted...tight. if you have a small car it should be no problem. We loved the walk ability of this place. South restaurant was our favorite...sit in the back outside and have the flan. Yum. We hiked icicle ridge and saw many wildflowers... June 17th. We were sore the next day as it's quite the elevation change. Great stay in Leavenworth!

My wife and I were in Ellensburg, WA visiting our daughter and decided to do a few days in Leavenworth. The condo was perfect. Location, well stocked, clean, private parking, very secure and great views from the balcony - for morning coffee or evening drinks. Leavenworth is a great Bavarian town and the condo made it even better - so easy to explore (walk to everything) and enjoy the town! We will be back.

We had the best time. The condo is very comfortable, great view of the river and mountains, enjoyed having morning tea looking at the view. The location was fabulous, walking to town to eat and shop is a big plus! Having parking was another bonus. My bestie and I hadn’t had time to spend together for awhile, this is just what we needed!!

Great communication with owner, very prompt with texts. Her property is located one block from downtown, and is a beautifully decorated condo. The beds are quality mattress’s that are very comfortable as well. The garage parking was great during bad weather, and gave a level of protection during a high volume weekend. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location! Almost everything is walkable for this lovely little town. Not only is the town close by but so is the walking trail, which is right outside the condo would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time staying here. The condo was super clean and stocked with everything you might need. You can walk to everything. We didn’t use our car once during the whole stay. The views from the balcony are amazing. We had family in Marti’s other unit and we loved gathering playing games at night and cooking dinner together. We definitely will be back.

The condo was super convenient to shopping, restaurants, and nature hikes. It was clean, spacious, and looked like the pictures. But some furnishings are worn (ragged rug on deck, nightstands in rough shape, some carpet stains). For us, the location was worth the lack of updating. We loved leaving the car in the parking garage and walking everywhere.
Finding the correct doors and codes was confusing and to enter the garage you need to leave the car, go in, and manually open it. We figured it out, but it was a little challenging!

By far this property is situated in probably the best location in town. Just 1.5 blocks away from the main strip, which makes it super easy to just walk out the door and into town, without having all the noise of being right in town.
Also it’s probably the one location in town that has a parking garage under it.
Plus if you plan on floating the river in the summer, both the starting and end points are directly behind the complex. Makes it super handy when you don’t have to worry about driving while in a wet swimsuit.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo is perfectly located for every single Leavenworth activity we did, especially the river float. And having the parking garage there is super convenient. This is a great place to stay!

Absolutely perfect location! We loved our time here and will definitely be back. Big bonus is the free parking, since Leavenworth is a difficult place to park within. Also, we had all the amenities we needed.
The past few stays did not communicate with our host, so we let the owner know of any broken or or damaged things. They should all be fixed now!

Perfect location and parking if you’re interested in local activities. Beautiful condo with well stocked kitchen and baths. VRBO, however, double booked the condo! If it weren’t for Marti’s (property manager) flexibility and kindness, we would have been stuck. She was staying in her other condo and went home so we could have it. The condos were identical. Do check with the property manager after you book to make sure VRBO got it right. The river float company is a short walk away!
