I was very excited to check in and see the home I reserved for my stay since it was the first time in Lake Tahoe. The location and the home were as expected for the cost. On the 2nd day, a rodent was comfortable enough to come out and play. We had a 2 yr. old and we no longer felt comfortable to allow her to explore the environment. We were forced to throw most of our food and snacks that were left out. It was visible another/more rodents freely tasted all our food. Our cost increased since we had to go out for meals instead of cooking. Not in ou

This house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 9 people to use comfortably. At one time I’m sure this was a lovely house but it could definitely use some TLC, overall it was fine. Some critter snuck in downstairs and ate some snacks (chipmunk?)
The creek nearby was a huge hit!

The location is super...close to every thing needed....loved seeing the bears....buy very disturbing to see them trying to break into the house daily. There were no GRAB BARS available for anyone who had balance issues. The layout worked well for our family and the kids loved the downstairs game room arrangement and hot tub.

Our family had a great reunion in this house. So peaceful and quiet! The location was good as well. Just a short drive to town, and to get to where we needed to go. The house worked well for us. The host was extremely responsive whenever we reached out. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay.

Great house with a lot of room for everyone. Nice to have a bathroom on each floor. The downstairs game room was so much fun! Plenty of towels and spare blankets. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

We stayed here with my sisters and our children for my nieces 18th Birthday. There were plenty of amenities for our weekend stay. There were plenty of space for our party and plenty of things to keep the kiddos busy and off their electronics. 😊 This place is also near heavenly and all of the casinos. I have rented multiple cabins in Lake Tahoe/Truckee area and this has been the best hot water we’ve got for showers 😆 not as great in the morning time but at night for sure enough for everyone to catch a warm shower.

The vrbo picture looks more outdated than it actually is. The property is well maintained, spacious, kitchen on 2 floors, and conveniently located to supermarkets and ski resorts. I was informed that all they have is salt and pepper, but the kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, as well as spices. Thank you, we would love to be back and highly recommend to everyone!

We picked this property because it had 7 bedrooms and could sleep 14 people. We planned a trip for 3 generations but the "kids" are all now in their late 20s/early 30s; bunk beds and air mattresses on the floor aren't as appealing as when they were young so we were happy to find this property where everyone could have their own bed. We were also happy we could bring our dog along. The house was perfect for our needs. Although we ended up with just 9 adults and a dog, there would have been room for all of us. We really enjoyed the downstairs game room with the pool/ping pong table. Also, having 2 kitchens (especially 2 refrigerators) was a big plus since we usually cook all our own meals. The location was great - well located for the beaches (we especially enjoyed Kiva Beach), hiking and the casinos. We had no problems and Kris was accessible and responsive if we had any questions. Checking out was a breeze. It was a great family vacation and we hope to be able to return to this house again.

This house has everything a family needs to be comfortable like your own home. The whole place is very clean, fully stocked with towels, pillows, and blankets which normally lacks in other places. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and kitchen ware to be able to prepare a good meal for our family and friends. The bedrooms are good sizes, beds are comfortable, and even the couch and futons are also comfortable to sleep in. There were 18 of us who stayed here and we all felt the house did not feel so small or cramped at all. Our kids had so much fun in the ground floor area where there’s a game room with tons of fun and games kids and adults can do. There’s a hot tub right outside which was a big plus. Most importantly, the location of this house is very ideal, 10-15 mins to the hotels, casinos, beaches, restaurants, and stores. The neighborhood is very nice and quite as well. Overall, this place was perfect for our stay. We will definitely recommend it to family and friends, and we will surely come back here again.

My family booked this property for the family reunion Mid- July. From the start to finish, the processes were so smooth with a clear good communication. I strongly recommend this place to anyone for the future vacation. I, of course, will book and return again soon when time is allowed. Furthermore, this place has a lot of rooms to fit a big group, plus it has many entertaining games and jacuzzi, BBQ area that keep everyone busy and yet have a good time staying.

This rental property is in close proximity (15-30min drive) to downtown, restaurants, shops, and more importantly the various beaches throughout the lake.
When we first arrived we found some things in the kitchen not functioning and a few areas that were not cleaned. However, once I notified the owner, Kris, he immediately resolved the issues.
It was quite refreshing staying here and it provided all the amenities my group needed. I would recommend it to others with small or large groups.
Overall is was a blast!

House is ok a little small to accommodate 18. 20 mins after check in went out to grab the luggage and someone drove by and yell out go back to where you came from. That really make us uncomfortable. Alotof stuff wasn’t working so I call the owner and he send someone over after 2hrs he got the heater going but ask him to look at the door cause it won’t lock and all he said was I don’t know how to fix it. The guy told me he will be back the next day to fix the tv and never showed up. Hot tub jet wasn’t working and there were a lot of dirt in the water itself end up not using it. Freezer has an ice maker that does not work. 2 bedroom and a bathroom door doesn’t lock. Overall everything else is ok. I’m probably not going to rent this place anymore.

The place was big and in a nice neighbourhood. Two big refrigerators was a plus. We brought food for eighteen people and it all fit.
However, our major concern was the cleanliness of this place. There were yellow and black stains on the pillowcases, hair in the bathroom floors and mice.
The house needs upgrade. Very squeaky floors made it uncomfortable to relax. The two rooms upstairs have no central heat, just two small heaters. One of those rooms has very squeaky beds and part of the frame moves under you when you try to sit down. The display on hut tub is broken to the point that it is hard to see numbers.
There is enough beds for fifteen people to sleep comfortably in, not eighteen. Two queen sized futons on the bottom floor can comfortably fit one adult.
Overall, it’s a cozy cabin, but overpriced for the condition it is in.

The entire family had a great time!
The house was well stocked and clean. I had read enough reviews to know what items I should pack along. We loved our stay and would not only recommend this property but would also stay again. Spacious enough that you don't lose your mind with all of the kids, plenty of sleeping space. The property owner tells you that there is enough firewood to get you started and that's just what they mean. The small board will kindle a fire but if you want it to burn, bring firewood. I knew that from the reviews also but did not take any firewood. House was still warm without it. Beautiful home, no complaints, not even about the firewood. Just want you to know for the sake of ambiance, pack some! Memories were made!

This was a great cabin for us! It functioned well for multiple families and enough entertaining space for all of us to hang out together or separate. The deck was perfect for our dogs to stay close and with the fresh snow we were able to sled into the backyard and make snowmen in the front. Ample parking for SUVs and trucks. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms roomy. Fireplace was great to add to the cozy cabin feel. Kids enjoyed downstairs. Owner was responsive when we had a question and quick to help. Hope to be back soon!

This place rocks!! Super easy access to the casinos, lake and the many other amenities South Tahoe has to offer. The house itself is great and very clean, might as well be considered 2 full homes w/ kitchens and living rooms up and downstairs. The listing does not do this place justice, definitely will be coming back next time I am in the area winter or summer! Host Chris is awesome, will not bother but is there for anything you may need! Beautiful cabin!
This was a perfect spot for our family to gather! The floor plan was spread out and plenty of room for us tonall hang out together! 2 kitchens came in handy, it was nice to have the double refrigerator space. We had everything we needed to make our weekend a success. We even got to see a bear as we were packing up to leave and all the kids were stoked! Thank you so much for a great place to stay for our weekend get away!

We enjoyed our stay but definitely felt what we paid things should’ve been a little bit nicer. The hot tub cover was falling apart which made it really hard to remove, the pool table sticks were missing the tips, TV remote was broken, but still kind of worked. I think would be good place for bachelor party, house for a lot of guests who need all the bedrooms. We were a family of 4 and for the money would stay somewhere smaller and a bit nicer.
