Willkommen im "Hughes Maui Condo" - Erdgeschosswohnung Nr. 113 von Gebäude 10 im Kamaole Sands Resort. Dies ist eine wunderschön renovierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 2 Badezimmer und sehr schön eingerichtet.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Kamaole Sands Resort, nur 100 Meter vom Kamaole # 3 Beach entfernt, einem der besten Strände der Welt! Dort können Sie wunderbar schnorcheln, tauchen, schwimmen, einsteigen und sich sonnen. Das Gebäude 10 ist dem schönen Strand von Kamaole 3 * am nächsten *!
Wir begrenzen unsere Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer auf maximal 2 Erwachsene, aber es werden auch 1-2 kleine Kinder untergebracht. Die Wohnung ist eine geräumige 818 Quadratfuß (76 Quadratmeter) ohne die extra große Veranda und hat schöne neue Fliesenböden im gesamten.
Dieser Komplex hat die seltene Kombination aus einem tollen Pool und tollen Tennisplätzen. Weltklasse-Golf erwartet Sie innerhalb weniger Minuten auf den Golfplätzen Wailea und Makena oder über eine kurze Fahrt zu vielen anderen Plätzen, darunter Kapalua Plantation und Kaanapali. We’ve been coming to Maui for the last 20 plus years about every year and a half, this is the best placed we’ve stayed. Below are some suggestions for your stay.
1. When you arrive check out all the draws and cupboards to discover all tbe goodies in the condo
2. The front door can stay open, leave it open and open the bedroom windows and lanai screen door to get a really nice breeze running through the condo.
3. We only used the air conditioning in the leaving room once and used the air conditioning in the bedroom when we could not get a breeze through the bedroom window and the nights we quiet for us.
4. The drainage in the kitchen sink is slow, do not run the tap all the way up because water will back up in the sink.
5. Don’t feed the chicken and birds that will visit you on the lanai, they will end up not leaving you alone.

This condo was more than expected. Clean, well stocked, with updated kitchen and bathroom. We loved the location--Just a couple minutes to walk to the beach. Centrally located in Maui to enjoy all parts of the island. Extremely easy check in process and communication with owners for check in and check out details was simple and detailed. This is our second stay in this particular unit at Kamaole Sands and by far the nicest unit we have stayed at. Everything you need is readily available, be it in the kitchen, bathroom or supplies for the beach.
The lanai is great for entertaining and we loved the little light on the lanai table!!!!

The bed was very comfortable, we really liked having two separate bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and had just about every gadget you could think of. The quality of the amenities was excellent. Bob and Lindy were very attentive and checked in with us to ensure everything was okay. The welcome goodies were a nice touch. I would recommend staying here.

Well organized, decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have all the amenities one might need, even though we packed in everything because other places are not so accommodating.
Washer and dryer in the condo made our stay even nicer.
Patio has a table with 4 chairs and a chaise. It overlooks several fountains and 2 lagoons. Fountains automatically turn off at night to prevent sleep disturbance.
Our hosts even provided welcoming gifts. Soooo thoughtful.
Any problems will be dealt with immediately as the owner stay much of the year in the same complex, which is very comforting.

We are regular Maui visitors and thus has been the best condo we have stayed in. Super clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Having nice beach chairs and an umbrella were an added perk we thoroughly enjoyed. Bob and Lindy care about their guests and have a beautiful condo. We will definitely stay again!

This home was just as listed. Clean and had more than enough space and amenities. View from the lanai was beautiful and the walk to the beach was literally 3 mins across the street.
Check in was a breeze and the front desk gave great directions and tips on where to enter for convenience.
We had no issues. Wifi was available.
The instructions given by the owners were thorough and on point. When we travel to Maui again we won’t hesitate to check availability here first. :-)

The only thing better than the location of this rental (a few steps from a gorgeous beach, Kamole) were the amenities included. The rental was stocked with everything you might need for any activity in Maui. For example, if you want to go to the beach, there are umbrellas, chairs, towels, sunscreen, snorkel gear and so much more. the kitchen is fully stocked, probably better equipped than my own kitchen with state of the art appliances and quality utensils, pots and pans. Everything we forgot or planned to get on the island was already available to us in the apartment. Bob was very responsive and honest. I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting Maui, and would stay here again.

This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location. The owners were easy to reach, caring, and helped us with our inquiries. We loved the on site hot tub, BBQ, :) and the local beach was beautiful. Thanks for the beach chairs, umbrella, and warm welcome treats -- they were yummy.
The A/C was loud in the bedroom and living room which made watching TV and sleeping a little challenging. We often opted to turn it off in the bedroom, keep the fan on and open the window, but it got very warm and uncomfortable some nights. I'm not sure if the A/C units need maintenance. The bed was very comfortable though.
We have Maui in our hearts and prayers and hope to return someday to see and experience the island in the way we had hoped.

This is a beautiful, updated condo. The bathrooms and kitchen are fantastic, and the floor plan feels very spacious and comfortable. The hosts are fantastic as well. They have the lanai closet stocked and ready for a short walk to Kamaole Beach Park. This feels like a home away from home but better: stocked kitchen and laundry, but you have a Hawaiian beach and sunset at your finger tips, and a separate bathroom for your spouse ;)

Proximity to beach and restaurants is great! It was quiet, peaceful, and my husband and I enjoyed watching the chickens and baby chicks that frequented the lanai area. The condo is clean, well stocked with all the essentials for cooking your own meals at home, and is beautifully decorated.

This unit was very well equipped, updated and centrally located to numerous restaurants and shops. The lanai faced the inward courtyard with beautiful landscaping and fountains, with only about 100 yards to the beach.
The hosts were awesome to work with, very responsive and helpful to be sure, and the check-in was a breeze. If you are booking a trip to Maui, you owe it to yourself to see if this unit is available during your stay!

We travelled with a large group to Hawaii this time, Kamaole Sands was the perfect place for us all to be in one location, the condo was beyond perfect for us. High quality just how we like it. This was our first time staying at this particular unit at Kamaole Sands during our 20 years of coming to Kihei!!! Our experience with the Bob and Lindy was exceptional. The condo is extremely well stocked from kitchen products to beach gear, towels, anything you can think of to make your vacation perfect can be found in the condo. We loved the large lanai, such a nice place to sit for your morning coffee or an evening dinner.

Place is immaculate, owners communicate well. Amenities are top notch. The complex is very nice and pool was great. Beach across the street is one of the best in Kihei and easily access trails over to wailea if you are a walker or runner. Can’t say enough. Didn’t need a/c because of the breeze that comes thru from the slider to the front door. Loved this place!!
