Large Lakefront Paradise on the shores of Lake Michigamme
Großes, luxuriöses, handgefertigtes Custom-Haus auf einem 2 Hektar großen Grundstück am Ufer des Michigamme-Sees. Große Wohnbereiche bieten bequem Platz für mehrere Familien. 20 Schlafplätze! (Für Gruppen mit mehr als 16 Gästen fallen geringe zusätzliche Gebühren an.) Wir vermieten auch das Anwesen nebenan, vrbo # 1341493 (für 10 Personen), perfekt für ein Wiedersehen oder eine große Versammlung !!! Gourmetküche, 3 Kamine, große überdachte Veranda, große Terrasse mit Blick auf Wasser, Whirlpool, Fitnessraum, Sauna, WLAN. Hauptebene hat schönen Meister mit Blick auf den See und Badewanne. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer mit Bädern / Duschen von Jack und Jill. Die Aussicht von diesen Zimmern ist atemberaubend !!! Keller verfügt über 2 weitere Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, einen großen Medienraum, Fitnessraum, Sauna und einen 2. Master und einen Schlafraum. Das Haus ist alles mit kundenspezifischen Farben / Steinbehandlungen, Holzwänden, Balken, Eisenleuchtern und kundenspezifischem Dekor gemacht. Es ist opulent und doch sehr komfortabel und wohnlich. Das Haus liegt auf einem erstaunlichen Felsvorsprung mit Blick auf den See mit den wohl besten Aussichten auf den See! Der Stegbereich ist über eine Straße erreichbar, und Gäste jeden Alters können auf einem allmählich abfallenden Wanderweg entlang des Sees spazieren gehen. Das Dock liegt an einer großen Steinterrasse mit eingebauter Feuerstelle (zum Braten von Hot Dogs und Smores!) sowie einen großen Sandkasten für die Kleinen, die spielen möchten. Das Dock eignet sich perfekt zum Schwimmen (am Ende über 2 m tief) oder Angeln (wir haben Barsch, Zander, Crappie, Barsch und Hecht gefangen). Oder Sie können unsere Ozeankajaks (nicht kippbar) benutzen, um die Gewässer zu bereisen. Machen Sie mit einem Paddel ein Picknick auf einer der nahe gelegenen Inseln! Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie rechtzeitig zu den Sonnenuntergängen ins Haus zurückkehren - denn sie sind unübertroffen! Das ganze Haus leuchtet fast jede Nacht orange, während die Sonne direkt von den großen bodentiefen Fenstern über dem See untergeht! Sie werden dir den Atem rauben! Vielleicht war dies auch der Grund, warum Albert Einstein, Henry Ford und Harvey Firestone diesen See regelmäßig besuchten!

This house was so perfect for our family of 7 adults, an 8 year old, and 5 month old! It had everything we needed and more! We loved the “poker room” and hooked out switch up to have game night, the sauna was incredible and inspiring me to build one in my basement, the kitchen was incredible and loved they had an extra kitchen in the basement! The owner was great to work and and quick to reply! Our family absolutely loved it here! Music on the Manitou on Wednesday night was a hit! Loved every single thing! Thank you!!

Beautiful, spacious property. The new (since our last visit 3 years ago) railings and front steps were wonderful -- much easier for our geriatric family members. We never did get the living room TV to work, but we didn't really care since there were so many other things to do. A knife sharpener and meat thermometer would be nice additions to the kitchen, although they may have been there and I just didn't find them.
Thanks so much for allowing us to rent --we definitely plan to come back!

The property, house, amenities and location were perfect. If you are looking for seclusion and nature, this is the place to go. My family loved it. I did not know the hot tub and sauna would be such a hit with my family. It was a memorable and fantastic week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Lake Michigamme cabin. Everything was as described. There was plenty of room for our party of 11 adults and 2 children and everyone had plenty of space. Although my father-in-law was not able to walk the path down to the dock, he was easily able to walk the "road" that takes you down to the same location just not along the side of the lake. Fishing was excellent off the dock with plenty of Rock Bass, smallmouth and a couple of Walleye. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed and we were able to make large meals with ease. All members of our party are already asking when we are going back as they had such a good time.

Beautiful & Secluded
Beautiful property, spacious enough to fit a large family comfortably. Plenty of everyday items (ie: pots and pans and utensils), and a shared pantry that made it even better! Gorgeous scenery, and nicely tucked away.

What a beautiful property!
Our family rented both houses and it worked perfect. The property manager Rebecca was wonderful to work with. We would definitely recommend this property.

Large facility off the beaten path with solitude
Facility is large and well equipped, many people can spread out here. Even though we liked the property, there were a few drawbacks. The road is gravel and four miles long, thus the solitude. The exterior needed some TLC, their were things lying around the yard and water front that were junky. The deck was cracked and weathered excessivley, the deck chair cushions were ratty looking and wet to sit on if it rained the previous day. The sharp kitchen knives were very dull and nothing to sharpen them on. There were several fireplaces and no convenient dry firewood and kindling, we were advised to use only one fire place. We purchased our own firewood at the Park and made our own kindling, with our own tools. The place was well supplied on other items, including games and reading material. We would consider staying here again, but are looking around.

Family and friends riding the trails
Beautiful property and plenty of room for the 12 of us. The lake was so nice to look at, unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy it.
Some of the furniture could be updated. The hot tub was really big and a few of us jumped in one night after a long day. Kitchen was stocked well and plenty of games to play. A few of the guys enjoyed the basement media room to watch a few games on.

We very much enjoyed our reunion at your home on Lake Michigamme. Your home is large and beautiful. There were 18 adults and one infant. We never felt crowded. Everyone especially enjoyed the kayaks, lily pad and that marvelous hot tub. We also enjoyed the most perfect warm weather; most unusual for the UP in late August.

Lakefront oasis
My friends and I spend a weekend away every year and this beautiful cabin was the nicest place we've stayed so far. So many amenities with the lakefront, hot tub and sauna yet totally excluded and serene. Was the perfect escape for our group. Would highly recommend to others.

The lake is beautiful, we brought our boat this trip and the ability to dock it right at the house is great! Rented jet skis as well. Fishing is hit and miss, first trip we caught walleye, pike, rock bass and croppie, enough to feed 24 people twice. Last trip was not as good, plenty of rock bass and croppie, only 1 walleye and 1 pike. Quite a few things to get out and look at, plan on at least a 45 minute drive to any of the destinations listed in the guest book. I would recommend this property to anyone and will most likely stay there again. Great job on hosting Mr. and Mrs. Feely, and amazing property.

The house was beautiful and well equipped. We had so much room for our family to spread out and enjoy the house - especially on the rainy days. Amazing property and location. Great getaway if you're looking to unwind and get away from the world for a week or so. The lake is beautiful, we brought our boat this trip and the ability to dock it right at the house is great! Rented jet skis as well. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s a great place for medium to large group. It’s about a 31/2-4 mike ride to get to the trail but not bad in February.

Paradise
Although we don’t live far from this incredible property, we would’ve traveled much father to enjoy the perfection that is this house! The pictures don’t do it justice. Stayed at the property for our annual guys snowmobiling trip! Plenty of space and accommodations in kitchen to feed 9 guys. Reasonable distance to trails. Beautiful property. Property owner very easy to work with and responsive to responding to my questions prior and during our stay. Hope to go back next year!

As a family we have spent this weekend together for the last 7 years and we alternate between Door County and the Upper Peninsula. We all agreed this was the best location we've ever stayed and we will definitely plan on staying here again. The grandkids were head over heels about the house and the grounds. They had a blast. What an incredible family getaway
We could not be more overjoyed with the weekend we had. The place was perfect for our family get together. The lake is a stunning spot for bonfires at sunset, the kitchen is perfect for gathering and chatting over coffee and cooking dinner. The porch is romantic in the morning light, as is the master bedroom. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

All I can say is WOW!
This stunning home has it all! Perfect for families, couples, friends. The views are spectacular during the day but the real show was at night from the hot tub! The stars are incredible! House is equipped well, lots of towels and blankets, games, cookware, and life jackets. The fireplace in the sunroom was so nice and the beds were very comfortable. No expense was spared building this beautiful home! We will be back 😁�

Amazing property and house
The overall stay was amazing. Beautiful house. We wish we could have checked in earlier however the property owner let us check in a little early. Also wish the check out time was later than 10 am. But I also understand that they need to clean the house before the next guess

This was our second time staying at this amazing house. We had 11 adults and three children under 3. We always have everything we need. The house is so spacious that we don’t feel like we are on top of each other. We will be back!!

Lake retreat
This property is amazing. Great place to both unwind and bring people close together. There is so much to do and the house is immaculate. Booking is easy and the property manager is easily reachable. Nothing but positive things to stay. This is our second time and hopefully won't be our last.
