We had a great stay! The Beach was beautiful and the location and amenities are exactly as advertised. Very clean and our pups were very comfortable. We had a bit of a hiccup during check in but Mr. Larry was very communicative and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. We would stay here again!

This was the perfect size place for my husband and I. Since it’s a pet friendly condo, we were able to bring our small dog with us. Loved that it was ground floor with nice parking area. Very clean,had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach with beach chairs included!

It was perfect to be on ground floor with dogs. Everything we needed to cook and be comfy. Needed gate code, but neighbor helped to get us in. Owner called to check in after to make sure we got in. Wish check out was a little later. Would definitely go back.

My husband and I stayed at Maravilla for 6 days. The location was fabulous. Close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and shopping. The condo was perfect, just the right size for us. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room were all great. There was plenty of walking routes for us to walk our small dog. We would definitely stay there again.

What a happy, cozy place! We had our grandbaby visit us, and there was a required, comfy rocking chair that fit the need perfectly. Great location. Owner was very helpful.

I’ve made many trips to Miramar beach and Destin. This was by far the best. The location is an 11 on a scale of 1-10. ;). Larry was the most gracious host. It is worth mentioning besides the perfect location this condo is VERY quiet. Great for relaxing and getting a few zzzzs! Thank you, Larry for the hospitality!

Had the best time, great location and experience.

Only thing i did not like was the sunshine coming through the king bedroom. I used a blanket from the bunkbeds which solved the proble. I prefer dark rooms. Otherwise it was nice could use a little updating ( furniture kitchen table and chairs )

Great ground floor unit near the pool and hot tub. Nice beds. Never had a bad room at the Maravilla.

As advertised. This condo has everything a small family could need for a great vacation at the beach. PLUS you can bring your dog. The condo is an EASY walk to the amazing white sand beach the area is known for.

My favorite place to stay in Destin! Always clean, stocked and just a short walk to the beach.

Very clean . Great area , walking distance to everything. Just an overall great vacation along with our furbabies. This will go in the memories book. Easy communication with Larry. He even sent us restaurant recommendations. Btw did not disappoint. Hope to stay there again.

The property was as advertised, all the amenities you could need. Location was great, a little noisy though. Nice being on the ground floor with a dog.

This was our second time staying at this property and we really like it! Just the right size for me and my husband! Super easy check-in and check-out! We found it to be clean and had plenty of amenities that we could possibly need. And great location!

The bottom bunk mattress had a worn out place which made it difficult to get comfortable. When we arrived still quite a bit of sand and pet hair throughout the condo which yes is expected but not sure it was cleaned very well from stay before us. We vacuumed and swept when we left and tons of pet hair and we didn’t have a pet with us.

Property is nice, not too far from the beach across the street! Close parking to the Condo and everything is listed accurately on Vrbo. A great vacation!

This condo is well maintained and just as advertised. Ground floor, parking only a few feet away from the patio entrance. Very clean! We will be back.

Would highly recommend this VRBO property! Owner was on top of things and very helpful! Always a quick response and even sent restaurant information. Great experience and the Maravilla resort is super clean and landscaping was lovely!

Unit was as advertised being close to beach, restaurants and other activities. Other visitors were friendly and pets well managed. Our main concern was the lack of cleanliness of the unit. Beach sand throughout the floors and floors were dirty to the point of ruining socks that we wore. Unit did not have mop and cleaning supplies for us to clean the floors.

We travel a fair bit and use VRBO often. This was the best place we ever stayed at and we had fantastic service from Larry and Kathryn. They really go out of their way to make sure your stay is great!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The location is very close to the beach & some fantastic restaurants. The property was as advertised, the owner was friendly, & we will definitely book this again when visiting the area.

Condo is well maintained and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Everything you need for a great stay is provided. Larry was a great host and communicated well and and always responded quickly. Cannot recommend more highly. Condo location 1/2 block from beach. This allows privacy but easy access to beach. Fitness room is great. Pools and hot tubs in excellent condition. Whole facility is pet friendly with separate dog walk area. Destin Dog Park (4100 Indian Bayou Trl,) 12 minute drive with both small and large dog areas. Many restaurants both near and far. Three good ones within 1/2 mile from condo. A little further away but highly recommend Dewey Destins (best Key Lime Pie in the area) and Louisiana Langniappe. Dewey Destins is also at end of Harbor Walk. Have meal and do the harbor walk. Many other great ones.

I found that the condo was nice - loved being on ground floor and close to 2nd pool. Since I have bad knees we used the public beach as it had a ramp to the beach, too many steps at Maravilla. The only thing I would suggest is to replace the chairs around the table.

This condo is a delight! We took at last minute trip to celebrate my birthday and it was our first time not being right on the beach. So honestly ... I was nervous. But all was great and I would absolutely rent here again! Booking and communication with Larry was effortless. The location right by the pool is a big bonus. Easy access to the parking lot made load in and out a breeze! The walk to beach was short and we developed a routine on day one ... we went for coffee every morning and my husband dropped me off at the boardwalk access gate to reserve our free beach set up. He walked back with cooler. Easy. We enjoyed walking to Pompano Joe's from the beach daily to refresh with frozen drinks and fresh seafood overlooking the beautiful white sand and crystal blue/ green waters of our beloved Gulf of Mexico's Emerald Coast. Pompano Joe's is extra beach friendly so you can walk right up ... you don't even need shoes! Rinse off the sand walk up stairs and be seated to enjoy some amazing views or ... keep your sand and enjoy the walk up bar on lower level. After lunch each day, it was back to the beach and after a full day of fun in the sun, we would head back for a dip in the pool and/or to freshen up and change for dinner. Luckily, the location is super convenient to everything so we were a short distance from all our favorites restaurants. The owners clearly pour alot of love into their space. Furnishings are lovely and look new and professionally designed. Beachy adorable is the vibe. I may be in love with the comfort of the swivel chair in the living room. Master bed was a spacious and comfy King, linens are like home, baths look new, kitchen neat, clean and well stocked. We didn't use the hallway bunk beds, but what a great idea! All this and..... pet friendly too! Our pom, Zack, really enjoyed his view out of the patio doors. My 30 year career in property management has developed my Eagle eye for all things property related and makes me extra picky. I oversee apartment buildings and high end hotels and am conditioned to see everything in need of attention. This understandably drives my husband nuts and make his "Honey Do List" long. Great communication and recommendations from Larry & Kathryn. The location is perfect. Short walk across the street to the beach (don’t worry about crossing the road.. traffic stops), down about 10ish stairs to the beach where two chairs and an umbrella await. No need to get there early and a shower nearby to rinse off. The condo itself is on the ground floor surrounded by plenty of areas to walk your dog. There’s also a boardwalk that goes miles down into Miramar and Destin to give puppy some exercise. Condo is super clean, honestly may be the most clean Vrbo/Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, which isn’t typically common in dog friendly places. I would recommend this for any couple or small family with or without a dog. Smart TV is nice when there’s dumpy weather. Felt safe in the complex and it was nearby plenty of great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

A key pad is used! It's so nice not needing any keys or having to go to an office! I parked in the 2nd closest parking spot on the patio side of building 4, which made unpacking, dog walks, beach days & repacking a breeze! Being on the ground floor was so convenient! There's not an ocean view from the condo. The serenity & safety of not being on the main BUSY road was ideal!!! The A/C is awesome, it can change the overall temperature to appease your desired comfort level 🌡 😀 The beach supplies (stored in the bathroom clothes closet) was a pleasant surprise! We used the cart (it has a little built-in cooler too!). Having two adults to carry the packed cart up & down the beach stairs is advised. There were two boogie boards, Frisbee, tons of sand toys for building castles, a mask & snorkel and an umbrella! There were three of us, so that extra umbrella saved our translucent skin!! Lol. We didn't get to the beach until noon and the beach service staff had something for us, both days. If you walk out the front door of the condo! One of the two pools is right to the left when you go out that door....then two tennis courts, the basketball court, dumpsters for trash and the dog walk! I reached out to Larry a lotl & he never made me feel like I was did. He is super kind & helpful, don't be afraid to text him! There's a Publix 3 miles away. As for restaurants, the staffing shortages are challenging for all affected.....be patient and kind 🙏 One last detail.....the Master Bed. ...Is HEAVENLY!!! I want it, waiting to here back from Larry so I can buy one! ☆☆I will stay here again☆☆☆
