We had a great stay at this awesome property. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the large deck. The location was perfect for us - just steps away from the bike path and hiking trails. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items we needed and beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

The condo was perfect for our family to spread out. It is well laid out. Beds are very comfortable. Love the amenities of the complex, especially the three large outdoor hot tubs. That is the main reason we keep returning to the same complex. We had some minor issues with the keyless entry, but the owner was very responsive to correct the problem. Hopefully we will return soon.

Had an amazing week skiing in Colorado. The location of the condo in Frisco was perfect. The condo itself was clean and very comfortable. All the beds were amazing which is really important after a day skiing. Loved the swimming pool and hot tubs which were also very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this condo for any type of group. Family, friends ect.

Some friends and I stayed here for a ski trip; location is great - there are at least 5 ski areas within a 40 minute drive. Frisco is a great little mountain town with scores of places to shop, eat, and drink. Anne's place is very close to the heart of Frisco, Main St. The unit is very comfortable - nothing fancy - but everything that we needed for our stay. Beds are comfortable and everything else is clean and well-apportioned. We cooked breakfasts in and the unit has everything that was needed Check in/out was very efficient and Anne was very communicative Highly recommended

This is a wonderful spot for a vacation and very comfortable, well-kept condo. It is in a beautiful location, with views of the mountains and nice pool and hot tubs. We had a great trip!

We had a lovely visit to Frisco and loved our well-maintained, nicely decorated condo. We even enjoyed the climbing of the steps - by the time we left after a week, we could make it all the way without needing oxygen on the third floor! ;-)

Walking distance to everything keeps my family coming back to mtn side year after year.

First let me say that, a property is a property, it's the care of the property and the owner that makes it feel like home for a short period. Anne is a just an great person, she went out of our way to make sure our stay was great. She communicated quickly, she made sure we had what we needed, and we can't thank her enough. The location was awesome, the unit was in great shape, had everything you could need. We loved the hot tub and pool area! My daughter played in a Lacrosse tournament during our stay so we didn't get to see as much as we would of liked, but we would recommend the unit and would stay again. Frisco in summer is just awesome, weather, sites, hiking is just amazing.

Condo was good, won't do the third floor again as get winded going up stairs in the high altitude. Club house three outdoor whirlpools great, plus steam room and sauna. The club house locker room showers came in handy as there were 5 of us trying to shower, so a couple of us would use the clubhouse. Summertime weather is great! No humidity and highs in the low to mid 70's. Evenings pleasantly cool. Lots of stuff to do around the area, with lots of hiking or biking or rafting. Beautiful scenery!

We absolutely loved our stay in Frisco. The condo is ideally situated if you're skiing Breck, Keystone, A-Basin, ....and was very well stocked. We found everything we needed. The hot tub for the complex has a heated deck which is wonderful -- oh, and there's not 1, not 2 but 3 large hot tubs. Definitely recommend and we will stay again.

We fell in love with this condo on our first stay 5 years ago. The location is perfect with its close proximity to the Rec Path and walking distance to downtown Frisco. Please note there are three flights of stairs to reach the condo. We hike and bike daily - there are endless options for these activities. The description and photos are accurate. Anne is easily reached and quite helpful. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect. The deck is large and has a wonderful view. Plenty of room. We have had up to 4 people staying, but there is room for 6. Our family and friends consider this condo and area of Colorado very special. And yes - we will be back to stay in this condo again!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. It had everything we needed and the owner was responsive to any questions, even checking on us during the forest fire in Breckinridge to make sure we were okay and see if we needed anything.

Idea location and condo for our family of 4 (including 2 older teens). Plenty of space and great mountain view and great deck-located bbq. We'll be back!

We loved the condo and enjoyed our time in beautiful Frisco. The large deck and view of the mountains added to the experience. This condo had everything and more. Comfortable king size beds and the loft were great. Three cheers for the house cleaner Andrea, for a spotless condo. Family from Longmont was able to visit as well. The grounds and pool area are very well kept as well. The only thing that would have added to the experience was an elevator as carrying luggage up wasn't easy. Next time I'll pack less but would stay again.

The condo is well-equipped and beautifully positioned with wonderful views - it provided a perfect home away from home for our stay over the Christmas holidays. The owner maintained great communication before our stay and was quick to respond to any queries we had whilst we were there. Thank you!

Wow, what a fantastic Frisco rental - truly has everything you need for an easy, seamless stay to enjoy the best of Frisco in the summer! Owners are extremely responsive via email and the unit is kept wonderfully clean. The view from the patio cannot be beat - plan to eat all your (summer) meals out there on the generously sized table using the grill. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and everything you need for cooking in. Linens are great, and there are extras in the closets too. Spacious for our small family, but I could easily see this being a great place for 2 families to share - between the loft space and the pull out sofa, there's plenty of space for kids! The patio looks out on the bike trail and a meadow and really helps you feel like you're away from it all - even though you're an easy walk to main street Frisco and easy drive to tons of Summit County fun!

This place was just as advertised. Very clean. Plenty of room. Beautiful big deck with great mountain views. Great location. 5-6 blocks from the center of Frisco mainstreet which is a nice little town, but far enough away where you are definitely "in the mountains". We were there from 3/14/15 to 3/21/15 and skied 6 days straight (Keystone, A-Basin, Breck and Vail) The kitchen was perfect. There is a Whole Foods and a Safeway Supermarket both within 4 mins away so we cooked a bunch of meals using the kitchen and the grill. Plenty of ski-shops, restaurants and bars in town. We would definitely stay here again !! The owner was responsive during the booking...we had no problems at all with the unit.

Had a wonderful time at the condo as usual (3rd time returning) and everything worked out perfectly….even the weather! Only complaint was trying to ski at Breck on a Saturday with far too many people and long liftlines. After Sunday afternoon at Keystone crowds thinned out and by mid week, Breck was empty and fun. Lots of new powder. Copper was great too. That is what we love about Frisco…making the rounds. I snowshoed behind the condo for first time and it was glorious. Thanks for well-equipped kitchen and very dependable coffee maker!!!

My brother and I stayed in this condo from 1/25/2015 - 1/31/2015. Frisco, being right on I-70, is an almost perfect location for skiing Breck, Copper, & Keystone with each of these resorts not more than 15 minutes away. Vail & Beaver Creek are approx 30 - 40 minutes away with easy access from I-70. This condo is convenient to everything in Frisco and you can be on I-70 wtihin a minute or 2. As for the condo itself, it was immaculately clean upon arrival. The description of the unit in the listing is accurate. The 2 bedrooms suited our needs nicely. The bed linens were very nice. I loved the heavy weight of the comforter! Cozy! Both BRs have televisions, which we found nice. The TV in the 2nd BR is a bit small and plain (no sleep timer!), but accomplished its purpose. Both bathrooms (master and hall) were nearly identical in size and layout and were spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with every appliance, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils we needed. There really is no "dining area", other than 4 bar stools pulled up to the counter top between the kitchen and family room (stools facing into the kitchen). It's a very wide counter top, so plenty of room for a meal...just no "dining table". In the family room, the top of the coffee table raises up and extends towards the sofa, so we used that as our dining table. Worked well for 2 people who like to watch TV as we eat our meals. The family room has a fireplace that we did not use due to not having firewood and not wanting to purchase any. The condo clubhouse is about 2 buildings away from the unit. A short 1-minute walk and you have access to an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, as well as 3 very large outdoor hot tubs (4 feet deep!). The clubhouse is where the laundry facilities are. 4 front-loading washing machines and 4 dryers. These are coin operated, but no change machine or vending machines (for soap, fabric softener, etc.) onsite. You must bring your own change (quarters only). $1.75 for a load of wash, $1.50 for the dryer. More time can be added to the dryer with additional quarters. The washers seem on the smaller side, but the dryers are average sized. There is a small parking garage under the unit with a reserved space marked for this unit. The garage is always open (no door), but feels secure. No concerns there and nice to not have to scrape ice and snow off the car. The owners are EXCELLENT to work with. I highly recommend this unit and would rent again.

We had a great 3-weeks in Frisco. Lots of snow, lost of skiing, lots of friends,lots of hot tub time... the condo was great. The views from the condo were beautiful. We will be back for more of all of the above!

Nice property. Not very large but space is well utilized. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great location for skiing, with 4 major resorts less than 30 minutes away. Nice deck on the back would be useful in the warmer weather.

We booked this property along with 9 others in the same complex for a month in November and December of 2012. The condo was exactly as described and the owners were very responsive. We stayed there for a month for elite skiing training in preparation of world cup events, therefore had little time for housekeeping duties during our stay or before departure. We got up early each day and came home very late each night, just in time to prepare some dinner and go to sleep. Regardless, the owners were understanding and very fair with us at check out. The description indicates that there are new houses that have been built in front of the complex. This didn't bother us a bit and found the view to be very open and beautiful.

We just came back from spending 5 nights in this condo and we had a great time. The pictures and descriptions are accurate and we really enjoyed the time spent here. The location was really good, just 10min. to Copper Mountain, a few blocks away from Main St. Frisco and right by the mountains. The 3 flights of stairs is well worth it for the wonderful view! Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the balcony but I'm sure it is really nice in the summer! There was some construction going on but we really couldn't hear any noise. The views from the main bedroom provided a great way to start the day and the pool and hot tub were a really welcomed bonus at the end of the day (they have lockers and showers at the club house). We were able to cook most meals which was really convenient with 2 tired little ones after a whole day on the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware as well as spices, tea, etc and there were lots of towels for our use. The only really small suggestion would be to provide dishwasher detergent and scrub for the pots and pans and other dish washing needs but this is really minor. All in all we had a really good experience and would recommend this unit it to others.
