Perfect location downtown for easy access during the summer. Private hot tub

We enjoyed our stay very much! Close to everything, Breckenridge! We really appreciated the parking situation as we were assigned a spot right where you enter. We You would not need to get back in your car after getting settled. Once our group was tired of walking, we were able to take the free trolley around town. The gondola is also free. The unit itself was welcoming, included a shared washer dryer and a private hot tub! Highly recommended!!

Great location really nice having the jacuzzi on the deck but needs to be upgraded! The family room TV has a burn spot in it and it’s not a smart TV. There are no usb chargers in the condo, the comforters are old and musty and pillows are terrible. The lighting in the bedrooms need to provide more light.

We’ve stayed at this property a number of times in the past, with the last time being a few years ago and unfortunately a few big issues with the unit have not changed. The main TV is incredibly small, old and very poor quality. A new tv is a minimal investment as tv’s are relatively cheap nowadays. The Internet speed was also atrocious. With todays climate of work from home being pretty standard the Internet speed here was intolerable. Finally the carpet in the main bedroom smelled of urine very strongly, it looks like carpet in other areas of the unit were replaced with wood but the master bed carpet was definitely the same it has been for a number of years (and smelled like it). Overall would not stay in this unit again, these issues made our stay much less enjoyable.

Renter beware! Fantastic location but that’s the only positive. When we arrived, there was vomit on a rug by the fireplace, yogurt or maybe a milkshake spilled on the floor and a chair, hair in the drains and ONE working outlet. Other than change the sheets (we hope!) it appears they didn’t clean. Gross!The staff member I spoke with was super helpful and got a cleaning crew to us right away, but ew! They also sent a maintenance man to look at the outlets, but he told us he couldn’t get to his tools because it was Saturday. It’s 2023! We all have phones, tablets, watches, etc. We need access to multiple plugs.Luckily I had a portable charger, or it would have been a way bigger issue.FYI this was not my first trip to Breckenridge through this company but it will be my last. On our previous trip, we had a bee hive outside our front door and we were stung more than once. For what we paid, I find all of this unacceptable. I will be asking for a refund!

Spacious, practical and very nice! Would highly recommend, location is perfect for those who prefer to stay in town. Master bed is worn and caused us really bad shoulder pain (side sleepers). I had read this in other reviews. Management should upgrade mattress. Also, even though rental is pet friendly not all guest will bring a pet. Housekeeping should be mindful of this, since upon arrival couch, master comforter AND master bed linens were full of pet (dog) hair. The issue was fixed right away which is greatly appreciated (housekeeping stripped bed and vacuumed couch and left us with a lint roller). We did not have a chance to use the hot tub, disclaimer hot tub is not private as it overlooks gondola paring lot/Breck train station. For is this isn't a concern but if you're traveling for honeymoon just something to be aware of. All in all I would stay here again since the location is so convenient and the accommodation was spacious. Bathroom cleanliness was impeccable!

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The place is beautiful and has everything you need. The views from the condo alone will make us stay again. But the condo is very nice. Its alot bigger in person than it looks in pictures. We highly recommend staying. Everyone in the building is so friendly, one man from ski country even came outside and cleaned off my car because it was covered in snow. We can't wait to stay again!

We had two of us "working from home" and had some issues with the wifi being slow. Could not use wifi in master. This unit was in a perfect location, and the private (not private to the people on the street & sidewalk) tub was great at night. That’s as far as the positive comments go. The beds (all 3 of them) are extremely uncomfortable (hard and worn out). The sleeper sofa was a little more comfortable, but for the price per night this should not even be considered a solution. The decor was from like the early 1990’s. The wall & ceiling color in every room is a dark mustard color, making the entire space feel eerie, dark & dingy. The rug in the living room should have been tossed in the trash many years ago. It was dirty, all the edges are curled (making it a serious trip hazard). There are tons of housing options in Breckenridge, even downtown near this one, so location is not everything. This place needs to step up its game if it wants to compete with the truly beautiful places in Breck. The price is high enough that they can easily afford the minor updates and new beds. I would not recommend this unit due to these deficiencies. The people staying in the other unit upstairs, said the exact same comments without knowing or hearing what our feedback was.

Four adults staying at this property with two cars. It was inconvenient that one car had to be parked in a lot a mile away. But overall the condo was great, in a nice area, plenty of shopping & dining nearby, walking & bike path nearby, beautiful scenery abounds. The only minor issues were rug needed to be replaced in living room and the lighting throughout is dim. Beds were comfortable, nice bathrooms & kitchen area, washer & dryer just outside the door.

In the heart of town
We had a great stay! We were able to walk everywhere in town, from shops and restaurants to yoga and walks along the River. It’s nice to park the car for a week!

Me and my fiance and our two chihuahuas went for my birthday! We all had such a wonderful time. The place is big and spacious and we wish we would've brought some friends along to fill in the space but had a great time just the 4 of us! The place was so cozy and I loved building fires and soaking in the hot tub! The place isn't "perfect" which I really like because I didn't feel like I had to keep the place pristine the whole time I was there. Cons: you have to do the dishes before you leave 😒 lol and the TV on the living room had a dark area right on the middle. They do have a dishwasher so we just loaded it up and started it before we left and didn't worry about the TV too much because we were there for the town and the mountains. Beautiful view of the mountains and right next to the cutest little coffee shop and main Street. I loved it there. Have a great trip!

This condo has an awesome location right on the edge of downtown. You can walk to everything including the grocery store. It’s a very long condo with the living room at one end and bedrooms at the other so if you are in the bedroom and wanted to put a kid down for a nap or bed early you don’t hear noise from the living room. We loved the fireplace and they even supply wood. The hot tub was also nice on the cool fall nights. Beds were comfy and kitchen well supplied. It’s located above a ski shop so you haves total of 23 steps with 2 landings. Would stay again.

The location is great, but it is loud but the bus station deliveries - seems like thin walls - we were awaken by the individuals to the other side (Penthouse #4) Master bedroom they weren't yelling just the normal check out organization talking and it woke us. The hot tub was nice, functional. We weren't with our kids, I feel the kitchen would have been inadequate for an actual larger family. The unit is great location, just shows wear. Would be perfect for catching a ride up the North Gondola!

Great rental in a perfect location
Unit was located right at the north end of the downtown area. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and the ski gondola. very homey and rustic feel to the unit with plenty of space for 4 people.
Unit needed some minor updating/maintenance, but otherwise was a great rental. Bathroom sink drains were very slowly and obviously need cleanout. Toaster was not working well. TV was old and outdated and had screen issues.
