Charming Cottage Walking Distance to Everything
Erleben Sie die Quintessenz des Stadtviertels Santa Barbara. Das Haus wurde 1930 erbaut und umfassend renoviert, einschließlich der Badezimmer und der Küche. Es gibt WiFi und Internet. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer sind groß, luftig und lichtdurchflutet. Die Küche ist neu mit rostfreien Geräten und Granitplatten. Der mit der Küche verbundene Wintergarten lädt mit seinen französischen Türen (3) und 4 großen Fenstern zum Verweilen ein. Aus dem Wintergarten ist ein Redwood-Deck mit Regenschirm.
Die Orte zu Fuß sind ziemlich beeindruckend und umfassen 2 Lebensmittelgeschäfte, ein Trader Joe's, 3 Sushi-Bars, 3 italienische Orte, mehrere mexikanische Orte, darunter Los Agaves, das beste in SB, ein paar ausgezeichnete Restaurants der neuen kalifornischen Küche, ein CVS, 4 (mindestens) Nagelstudios, Buchhandlung (gedruckte Bücher), Santa Barbara Municipal Golf Course, 3 Frühstücksplätze, ein paar Bäckereien, mehrere Bars, 2 thailändische Restaurants, 3 Pizzakneipen (einschließlich Marty's-The Best in SB), Harry's Plaza Cafe, The Tee Off (SBs bestes Steakhouse / Bar), 2 chemische Reinigungen, The Golf Klub, eine Evan's Relaxing Station für erschwingliche Massagen - Fuß, Rücken und Stuhl, ein Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, ein indisches Restaurant mit einer Tolles Mittagsbuffet, unter anderem Tankstellen, Spirituosenläden, ein Bev-Mo, Convenience-Läden usw. Wir bewohnen den Carport, der an unserer Einheit angebracht ist, und auch die Terrasse ganz hinten. Der Zugang zur abgetrennten Wäsche ist gegeben. Wir benutzen die Auffahrt, um zu unserer Einheit und unserem Carport zu gelangen. Parkplätze stehen an der Straße zur Verfügung.

Rodney was simply amazing! Very kind and informative. Neighborhood is fantastic for an evening walk if so inclined and the property was immaculate. Very quiet neighborhood but so close to everything. It really was a great stay and if we needed to stay in Santa Barbara again we would definitely rent this home. You won’t be disappointed.

We could not have asked for a more comfortable, clean, and charming place to stay for our son's graduation weekend! Rodney (and his adorable little dog) met us upon arrival and showed us around the house, giving us some history of the neighborhood and making us feel very welcome. The house had everything we needed (and more) for our family of 5 adults to feel at home- well stocked kitchen, pillows and blankets for lounging on the couches, books galore, and, most importantly, a peaceful atmosphere. Everything we needed outside of the house (stores, etc) were close and easy to get to, and the neighborhood is just beautiful! Our only regret is that since our son is graduating we won't be needing to stay here again ;) Thank you, Rodney & Cindy, for sharing your lovely home with us and making our special weekend even more enjoyable :)

This is one of the nicest VRBO’s we’ve experienced. The home itself is spacious and remodeled. It is also spotless and in an established, safe neighborhood. There is plenty of on street parking. Communication with the owner was easy and he was always responsive. A great home base for exploring Santa Barbara. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home with it's well equipped kitchen, comfortable hang out areas and cozy bedrooms. We were honored to feel like a family member with the warm greeting we received at check in and the feeling of home that this residence inspires.

My friends and I traveled to Santa Barbara for a weekend of fun and catching up. We explored the city all day and part of the night but were so excited to return to this home, get comfy, and catch up. I can't say enough to fully express how much we all enjoyed our stay. We all felt so safe and made ourselves at home right away. The home is clean, in a very nice neighborhood, and is well-loved. There were no generic decorations here, every room is so cute! This home is well-loved and walking in feels like a warm hug!
Rodney is the best host! We spoke after I booked and he was there to offer a quick tour of the house on check-in day. The welcome binder includes thoughtful reviews of local restaurants and has everything you need to know for an easy stay.
My friends and I were all sad to leave and wished that we had booked a longer stay. Needless to say, we all look forward to our next visit to Santa Barbara and another (longer) stay at Rodney's home!

It was very nice to have the host Rodney greet us when we arrived to show us around the house. The house was really charming. Unfortunately, since we had wedding events to attend throughout the day, we didn't get much of an opportunity to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked. The beds were really comfortable, and that was the most important thing for us.

We were visiting to attend a family wedding. The house is very comfortable with everything you’ll need. Close to stores, restaurants, beach, downtown. The street is quiet and tree lined. Parking couldn’t be easier. Rodney was always available if we had a question or needed something. We will definitely return on our next trip.

We had the best time here! Great neighborhood which was close to many things (Starbucks, CVS, Trader Joes etc.), house was clean and has all the amenities listed. Our host Rodney was kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect place to stay for our best friend's wedding weekend. It felt so cozy and right at home. Highly recommend!

The house is lovely, well kept, very clean and quite homey... All the amenities are there and and it has a beautiful neighborhood in which to stroll around. Rodney met us when we checked and was very nice. The home feels very private and our stay was quite restful (and a much needed serene space to come home to during a wedding weekend!). Highly recommended by our family!

We stayed here with a group of friends and we were SO impressed! The neighborhood is just as beautiful as the home is. The location is unbeatable and is so close to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Rodney was a wonderful host as well! Unlike other homes where it feels so minimal that it’s hard to feel comfortable or “at home”, Rodney’s home is a welcoming and comfortable feel with so many personal touches.
Incredibly clean and wonderful amenities, I would recommend any group to stay here!

This is a lovely home with an amazing, well stocked kitchen and great amenities (TV, streaming, wifi, etc.)
The owner, Rodney was extremely helpful and an excellent communicator!
My only cautionary note is that while this has has a "no pets" policy, the owners do have a dog and when not rented, the VRBO property is occupied by the owners and their dog. Except for a slight "pet smell" you wouldn't notice that a dog lives there, unless you are allergic, which I am.
Otherwise an excellent choice for your Santa Barbara stay!!

We visited Rodney’s house while we had wedding events all weekend. We also had our 15 month old with us who had specific nap times - and Rodney was so generous and flexible with check in and check out so we could get her naps in. He was friendly, helpful, and the house was so well stocked with everything we needed. We loved walking the neighborhood with our toddler and spending time out on the front lawn and back patio. We hope to visit again soon!
