Liked the way they made a unique older property nice. I liked the valet parking which gave excellent service. Our room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed.

Would have been nice to have a coffee/tea maker in the room

It was in a good location near the beach and close to the highway. The hotel was clean and efficient and good value.

It had noisy roadworks outside which was unfortunate. Also a busy Highway the other side, but you didn’t notice it.

The weekend breakfast, location to multiple beaches, and onsite restaurant.

Noisy toilet that needed to be fixed. Hotel discounted to address. Most appreciated.

Since COVID every service is poor. Housekeeping on demand coffee in check in area slow elevator if available valet required because in room rate.

The staff were wonderful, helpful and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were very nice, room was clean and bed very comfortable.

It was an incredibly noisy location due to proximity to the freeway plus construction going in right outside the entrance. A bit challenging to get decent sleep.

Awful attitude of checkin staff. Cluttered room. Terrible bed- I am suffering from a sore neck after sleeping in one since day 1. Terrible bathroom design, the door hits the toilet seat. Ridiculous piece of ‘furniture’ in the really small space of the bathroom. Have they ever seen Japanese toilet/ bathrooms? They need to look at it. For design and ameneties. No kettle in the room. Poorly placed power points for charging. Not to mention the price one pays for all of the above inconveniences. Not my kind of a dig. Too much freeway noise to enjoy relaxing by the pool. Not much to do within walking distance. Small room and the tiniest bathroom.
