Communication with the host was wonderful. Location great and the house was perfect. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were in town for a family wedding. The home has plenty of space and the backyard was perfect for relaxing.

Fantastic getsway
We were SO lucky to have been able to book a last minute visit to this wonderful property. Perfect escape from the city for us, our friends, and all of our kids. Clean, comfortable, very well-appointed, and so much fun. We will absolutely rent again if they happen to have availability! A very special home.

Perfect Introduction to Sag Harbor Living
So many outstanding things to say about our experience. The homeowners and concierge were responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our party of 11, ranging in ages from 10 to 70+. Everyone had their own space, yet it was easy to spend time as a group. The home is stocked with everything you need including a fully loaded kitchen, pillows, blankets, and loads of towels for the house, pool and beach. The outdoor set-up is magnificent. Tons of outdoor seating, fabulous pool incl a full array of toys and floats, spacious hot tub and fire pit. Location couldn't be any better. Nestled in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and conveniently located so that you can quickly get to the Main Streets of Sag Harbor and all the Hamptons. This was our first stay but won't be our last!

Clean and updated. Plenty of amenities. Incredibly child-friendly. Equally close to both Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. Very responsive owner. In-town concierge allocated to answer questions and walk renters through property upon arrival.

Perfect Summer vacation home
Check In was seamless, there were flowers and a bottle of Rose with a welcome card which was a very nice touch. The waterfall pool and backyard was beautiful, we ate outside every night, and enjoyed the Jacuzzi and fire pit as well. The interior was gorgeous and sparkling clean when we arrived. The beach was a 5 minute drive which was very quiet and not crowded, and a short drive to Wollfer Estate which was also wonderful to go listen to live music with a glass of wine. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation, would absolutely book again in the future.

Spacious, clean and great for families
The house is spacious and all the rooms are wired for sound. The pool and hot tub are great. Very nice backyard. A great rental for any family. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies.

A perfect get away home. Great location, spotless!
The property is wonderful. It is sparkling clean, has everything you could need for a special weekend away. Entertaining, movie nights, board games, pool toys, back yard soccer or football,or a table tennis comp! The spa and pool are superb and easy to use. We kept the pool going all weekend and enjoyed 87 degree pool sessions even in the colder wet days. The home instruction manual is impressive, and provides those answers to all the questions we had. Kitchen is very complete, recently renovated and really is the center of the action.
The design of the pool, being so deep lends itself to plenty of fun, and safe diving.
The nest central heating is a breeze to use, and keeps the home at the perfect temp.
Cynthia who welcomed us prepares the house beautifully and is very easy and reliable to communicate with.
As you can tell - we are very happy customers!

Beautiful Home with Backyard Paradise
We stayed at this lovely house with 12 friends for my husband's birthday weekend. Everything was beautifully decorated and the setup is great, but the best part of the property for us was by far the backyard. It is perfectly laid out and has all the amenities you could ask for between the hot tub, hammock, fire pit, music system, manicured lawn and heated pool. We brought a cornhole and bocce set with us and spent the majority of our stay out there. Would love to return if we ever plan a trip out that way again. Thank you, Andrew and family!

Comfort!
This house was extremely comfortable and perfectly laid-out for a large multigenerational family. The pool, hot-tub, ping-pong table and basketball hoop were greatly enjoyed by all. Close to Sag Harbor village (five minutes in car) and to Foster Memorisl Long Beach (cute bay beach). So peaceful and lovely. Great kitchen for cooking! We cooked out several times too. Highly recommend this vacation rental!

Family reunion
The house is beautiful. More than enough room for everyone and well supplied re outdoor activites. Plenty of towels. Owner's reresentative, Cynthia, was efficient and very welcoming. (Recommend that guests bring tissues, paper towels. ) Since we were very familiar with the area, shopping was not a problem and we quickly supplied the frig with basics. Appliances were excellent. There's plenty of outdoor space with well-maintained grounds. In all, it's a wonderful place. (Would alert guests about running up electirc bill as well as checking spa sanitation. )

Great Family Getaway at this Amazing aproperty
We stayed at the house for a family weekend after my daughter's college graduation in NYC. We wanted a space where all of our family members, who traveled from TX and NC for the graduation, could sleep and have meals together. This was the perfect spot! The house is beautiful and nicely furnished. There is enough space to all to be together will the whole family or to have some privacy if desired. We were traveling with my mother who is now 70 and our 2 year old granddaughter. Although they are on totally opposite ends of the age spectrum, both were in Heaven. My granddaughter never wanted to leave the pool. As a matter of fact, she cried every time we took her out. The homeowners have a generous selection of pool toys, games, puzzles and movies so she was over the moon with excitement the whole time we were there. Our visit was early in June so nights were still quite cool so when we forced her out of the pool she wanted to get into the hot tub and could not understand why that was not a good idea. My mother was completely enamored with the greenery and flowers surrounding the property. She would sit for hours on the front porch just taking it all in. My daughters and I enjoy cooking in the kitchen (which was equipped with everything) and thrift shopping in the villages. My husband and my son went from the pool to the hot tub to sitting around the fire pit. They thoroughly enjoyed the Sonos sound system as well as the BBQ. We had a wonderful time and felt right at home in this house. Andrew was easy to deal with and quick to respond to our inquiries. He even left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We will definitely stay at the home again when we are back in the Hamptons.

Amazing property.
This is an amazing property. The house is large, and very well furnished with top quality fittings. The pool and spa are very well done, and provided for days of fun. The owners have provided for all outside and pool activities, with the toy shed very well stocked. The Sonos sound system was great, and the BBQ was very high quality. We are a New Zealand family and it really was like a home away from home! We would definitely recommend - 5 stars!

Beautiful home, great amenities, awesome location, and with gracious hosts!
We spent a special birthday weekend at the house with Grandparents, kids, and grandkids and had the most wonderful time. If we could give the house and the owners 6+ starts, we would!
The house has a great layout with finely appointed details, lots of space including several rooms upstairs, downstairs, and a fully furnished basement, as well as spacious kitchen / dining room / living room on the main floor. It was too cold in October to use the pool, but it looked really nice, as was the whole landscaping in the backyard.
We'll definitely be repeat visitors to this fantastic vacation getaway!

Great Vacation Home
We had a wonderful time in Sag Harbor. The house was perfect, clean and beautifully furnished. We were 6 adults and 5 children. We had plenty of room to hangout, cook and sleep. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool and in the backyard. We also ventured into town and to the children's museum which where both less than 10 minutes away. We look forward to going back!

Great Vacation Home
This is a perfect home for 2 families. Open floorplan, well stocked kitchen, a few different spaces for personal time. Great big fenced yard and fenced pool with outdoor shower which we used everyday. They also have pool toys and beach gear which is great! One week was to short.

Great location on a quiet street
Had a wonderful week in this Sag Harbor home with all its amenities. The house had a salt water pool and waterfall where we, our children, and grandchildren (8 year old twins) had a great time swimming day and night. The yard was great for the kids to run around in and play wiffle ball. The deck was very relaxing for drinks and meals and had a gas barbeque for outdoor grilling. Close to lots of good restaurants in Sag Harbor and other nearby towns. Owner was great to work with as was his representative who met us at the house and went over everything with us. Hated to leave.
