This updated small condo at River Mountain Lodge was great for my husband and I. The description was accurate, the location can't be beat. I appreciated all the updates and the very nice interiors. Tub was a bit slippery, maybe some strips would help! Mornings on the deck with coffee were fantastic! The sound of the river was soothing and watching the town wake up was fun to watch. Garbage trucks and some construction next door got us up early, but it was all good. We would consider this very clean, modern, well appointed place again for sure.

Everything was wonderful!!
My husband and I are 71 years old and in good shape. One tiny suggestion-a grab bar in the tub/ shower and non slip strips on tub floor. It felt slippery to us. Others our age and older might appreciate this.

Loved the proximity to Main Street. Super comfortable place to stay. One note which I think is pretty typical of Breckenridge, there wasn’t any AC (or if there was there wasn’t any instructions for how to turn it on) so maybe bring a fan. But I loved the easy access to mainstreet and the river view.

This was a beautiful, well equipped condo in what has become our favorite building in Breck. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker).
The condo itself has views of town and the mountains, is updated, comfortable, and has everything you would need.
We had a wonderful stay and would rent this one again in a heartbeat.

Great location, close to town and lifts. Everything is totally walkable. We came with our kids 6 and 8 and the space worked great for us.

Kim was phenomenal to rent from. She was extremely responsive and provided detailed info for all needs.
The unit is small but came as advertised. The furniture exceeded expectations and was in excellent condition. The River Mountain Lodge is in a phenomenal location and their staff was excellent too. The lodge however should fix the hot tubs. All 3 did not have power jets so it they were hot baths without the power streams. I also think the lodge should add one more treadmill to the shared gym and also allow renters in at 6am vs 7am.
For future renters, just know the unit is on the 2nd floor so the noise upstairs can be heard but the folks did go to bed early every night and did not wake early. This unit is an end unit and the master sits adjacent to the parking lot. I stayed with my 60 yr old hubby and 18 year old son. I don't think you would want this unit for more than 3 adults or 3 older teens and adults. It would work for 4 if you had littles. We would definitely rent this unit again and any property that Kim manages.

We were very pleased with this condo! It is in a great location! The free bus stops right in front of the building and takes you to the gondola. The "Four O'Clock"ski run ends right across the street from the building which is very nice for the end of the day. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a humidifier and a fan. We will recommend this unit to our family and friends.

Great rental! Kim is very communicative up front and made checking in so easy. The condo was very clean and well-kept. You cannot beat the location. Easy access to Main Street, and we never had to drive because everything was in walking distance.

The condo is a great location with views over the town and the mountains. The kitchen and living area is super nice and the porch was wonderful to enjoy outside. There were a couple small annoyances worth mentioning, the windows were very dirty making the view foggy. The bedroom is right beside a parking lot where an RV was camped, making us not be able to have window open or they were staring in at us. The restaurant below us was playing loud music until 10pm, and most annoyingly was the condo heat was blasting the whole team even though it was warm, and there was no way to control so we had to sleep with windows wide open to cool off as best we could, but it all made for bad nights of sleep. Would probably be a nicer place in the winter when heat is a good thing and you don't need windows open.

This was a great location! Once we got to Breck, we never used the car. We walked everywhere or took the free bus. Would highly recommend this 1 bedroom condo. Clean space, easy communication with owner, the washer and dryer was an added benefit and the pool and hot tub were an nice bonus on a sunny day. Loved the balcony view and the sound of the River below.

Excellent location, wonderful property with all the amenities & an awesome host. We had a great time here and really enjoyed being right on the river. Walked everywhere, enjoyed the location & the amenities, very quiet at night. Lovely!

The condo was very clean & the location was amazing. It was a little warm in the condo in July since there was no air conditioning. We had to keep the bedroom windows shut because there was a parking lot outside the window with a few campers and people that would sit right below the window and smoke. Almost felt a bit unsafe at times. Other than those few flaws in our stay it was a great trip to Breckinridge.

This was a perfect spot for our week long vacation in Breck. It was a quick 2 min stroll to the center of town and the shuttle stop. The condo was lovely - just as pictured - and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We were happy to find a fan in the closet! Kim, the owner, was super responsive and attentive. Overall an outstanding experience!

This condo is Fabulous. Big kitchen & living area, comfortable bed & central location. The sound of the river was my favorite part. We had a small drain problem that was fixed by the manager promptly. My only suggestion would be to add a small dresser in the closest as storage space for clothes was minimal. 5+ stars We will rent here again. Thank you!

We had a great time! Trash trucks were a tad noisy in the mornings but the location was fantastic. Had a prompt reply from owner when needed. Very clean.

Everything was wonderful. Check in process was very easy. The condo was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect…right on the river and a 2 minute walk to Main Street. Short walk to the gondola. Rented e-bikes and rode to Frisco which I highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

You can't beat the location for a summer vacation - walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Basic condo, not fancy, but suited our needs. Wish there had been a few extras like sugar, teabags, and a few spices, etc.

The condo was smaller than we anticipated. There was no storage space, drawers or dresser to put our clothes in for 3 days and only one tiny closet so we had our suitcases and things clittered in the livingroom. The bathroom and shower and vanity space was really tiny. The sun beat through the windows and made the condo quite hot even with the shades down. We were surprized to find out there was no AC and no ceiling fans. Sleeping at night was hot. On the positive side, the condo is in a great location and we were able to walk to everything.

Nothing beats after a long day of skiing, having a nice fun ski down to your condo. Ski down 4 O’Clock (longest Breck run: 3.5 miles/5.6 km), pop-off skis, walk across street, & hand skis to Ski Valet - easy! Room was perfect, check-in was easy, and we loved the pool and hot tubs. As well as the free popcorn in the late afternoon when we came back from skiing. My family will definitely be returning!!! (Great comms with host too.) Thanks!!!

We loved our stay here! The location was great for walking across the cute little bridge straight into downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping. also a very short walk to the gondola. If you need to go a little further and don’t want to walk, the free ride bus stops right in front of the condo. Inside, the unit is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The mattress in the bedroom was extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels available in the unit and it was also extremely nice to have a washer and dryer. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return!

The restaurant/bar was closed the whole time I was there. There were plenty of dining options nearby but I really like staying at places with nice bars. Overall, though, it was a very nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We drove up on Sat night and left early Tuesday morning. The condo was clean and quiet and really close to Main St shopping. The gondola is a short walk, and the Four O'clock run ends right across the street from where we were staying.

Excellent location, easy walk to downtown Breckenridge, we loved having underground parking, the unit was very clean and comfortable (including the bed). A great patio (sized for 2-3 adults) overlooking downtown Breckenridge. Kitchen had all the amenities. There were two adults staying in the unit and it was just the right size for 2 or 3 adults. Great communication and instructions from the owner.
