We spent a holiday weekend at Martha's condo and it was exactly what we needed. We are a family of five with three small kids and appreciated the amenities of the complex, the sleeping arrangements (including the small fold out mattress for our youngest), the extra towels/sheets/blankets, and the full kitchen. Getting into the unit was easy and we appreciated their additional fast wifi service since cell service was spotty on parts of the island. Great weekend overall!

it was fun to watch the whales from the lanai. They were out in force--bring your binoculars and enjoy. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. We were very happy with our choice at Wavecrest.

The house had everything you needed and was well stocked. The unit is spacious and has nice views of the water, great location. We comfortably slept a family of 5 (two adults and 3 kids ages 6 and under). The pool and cabana are just adjacent to the unit which was convenient. There is also a great little beach right around the corner as well.

This condo has the best location at the complex because of the proximity to the ocean.
It is nicely kept, comfortable and safe! The view is spectacular taking in Maui, Lanai and had whales blowing and breeching.

Resort property is beautiful and maintained. Our unit was on water and best location within property. Property manager provided beach towels, chairs, and other items that helped with stay. The only issue was unit cleanliness. The unit bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned before our arrival. Appliances were not cleaned. No vaccuuming. One bed required us to launder sheets, and fold towels left in dryer. The property owner was notified immediately. I noted the cleaning fee, and she refunded to me. She did apologize and tried to get the cleaner to return, but to no avail. Recommend contacting owner in advance to verify housekeeping completion. Otherwise, the unit was nice place to stay.

We found the condo to be very comfortable and a well appointed kitchen. Stocked with basic spices, etc for cooking. The grounds are beautiful and the sunrise takes your breath away.
We unfortunately encountered some very bad weather, which reflects only on the remote location. We were unable to make it back to the airport on time due to flooding and mud/rock slide.

The resort is great. The pool was clean and quiet although not heated and some may find it a little cool. We like it as it was a great way to refresh after being in the sun. The condo was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen came with a lot of condiments, spices, and a few food staples. We would also recommend(a few other guests also had this comment) changing the cleaning service as the unit was really only "surface cleaned." Some cupboards were dirty, as were the closets, behind couches, etc.. Cobwebs, dust, and other signs of a cleaner who is far from meticulous. Be prepared to purchase your own toilet paper(3 rolls included) as well as dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Upon arrival the hand soap dispensers were very close to empty, and although the refill soap was there, we needed to refill these containers within a day or 2 of arrival. We loved the 2.5 weeks we spent at the. Wavecrest, as well as our time on Molakai. The ground floor corner unit location of A101 is ideal, close to the beach and pool. So our review is not all negative, but we felt that for the cost of rental some of the details could definitely use some improvement.

Furnishings are fun and functional. I especially like the toucan rocking chair. It is handy to have an onsite washer and dryer. We appreciated the available cleaning supplies and other supplies (light bulbs, batteries, etc).The chairs in the lanai are comfortable and easy to swivel.
The bedside clock is not functional and the surface is dirty and oily. The shower head works, but the direction of the flow randomly changes to straight down. The ceiling light-fan fixture worked sporadically. There were hoards of ants in the sink one morning. The lounge chair on the lanai is comfortable but looks old with peeling paint and faded fabric.

This condo had everything we needed to make our stay complete. Location was convenient with lovely sunrise views and access to the beach and pool. My family really enjoyed our stay!

This unit is one of the larger units in the area. There was more than enough room to lounge and enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the lanai. And the amenities were wonderful, loved the pool and the space in that area. The condo was spacious and clean.

Fantastic Location at Wavecrest
We loved being able to walk out on the lawn and being so close to the pool. The kitchen is well stocked, nice condiments in the fridge too. Decor is charming. The blocks under the louvers in the bedroom keep the trades moving nicely too.
We appreciated the washer and dryer!
(This was my 3rd stay at Wavecrest.)

Perfect spot on Molokai
This condo was the perfect spot for us to relax and explore the island. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The proximity to the beautiful pool and gas BBQs was the best in the complex. The owner was quick to communicate with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Molokai!

Great internet
The pool area was fantastic with barbecues for grilling refrigerator for beers with a unobstructed Oceanview. The grounds were quiet and well-maintained. If you really want to get some R&R this is the place!

Beautiful condo
This listing was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, right on the water so we got to watch whales all day, clean, updated, and had all of the amenities we could ask for. Looking forward to booking our next stay here!

Ahhhhh ... Molokai is just what we needed
After a couple years of Covid insanity - the constant juggling of kids, grandkids, dogs, cats, strange shopping, & general global insanity, just the two of us escaped. The property was like a home - had all the stuff ready for us. Sunrises, sunsets, whale watching from the lani, peace & comfort - just what we needed. Thank you Martha

Beautifully maintained property on water
Martha was friendly, communicative, and provided helpful info and tips about Molkai and fun, safe places to visit during COVID. The views from our lanai of whales spouting were exciting.

Nice location
The location was nice in the property. Easy access to the beach and pool. The views were amazing. Able to watch sunrise of Maui and Lanai. The convenience to a personal washer and dryer within the unit was awesome.
Martha was a very good host. Responded quickly to our concerns.

A great location
This condo complex is in a great location outside of town, but still centrally located to many sights and beaches. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise every morning from across the channel, rising over Maui. The condo was comfortable and clean with basic necessities abound. Our young adult kids took many breaks from social media to challenge each other to the strategically placed checkerboard set, which was nice to see. We had a great time! One tip: Make sure to return the parking pass at the end of your stay.

Quick Trip to see Halawa
We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved being so close to the pool. We loved the views. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer so we could pack light! They had everything we needed.

Perfect view from the lanai
We stayed 6 nights at this wonderful unit. It was nice and breezy with great cross ventilation. Along with the ceiling fans we were quite comfortable. Wavecrest is 20-25 minutes from town so plan accordingly. But the seclusion is its charm. Martha was very attentive to our needs and provided a very smooth check in/out experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property
I rented this unit for my sister and her family and they had the best time. It's ideally located in the building closest to the water, at the ground level, so you can just walk out the sliders on to the grass. It's also the closest unit to the pool, which my nephew was in every day.
The unit is nicely remodeled, with a fun ocean theme, and has a washer/dryer in the unit, which is rare in this complex. We used to own a unit in this complex and have always enjoyed our visits.

Nice location
This condo has some good features. The location is good with a wonderful view and it is the closest condo to the pool. We enjoyed the comfortable table and chairs on the lanai. The Wi-Fi is a dedicated and private so you can expect fast internet, much faster than the Wi-Fi provided throughout the condo complex which can be painfully slow. We found the washer and dryer in the unit to be very handy. The downside is the unit is somewhat dated. Some of the furniture, appliances, cabinets, etc. are showing their age and in our opinion should be replaced. We agree with a previous review that the housekeeping service should be changed. The owner is not on the island, but was accessible by text and phone.

Labor Day Weekend staycation
This is my family’s second visit to the unit. We love the oceanfront location and having two bedrooms is also a plus. The location is perfect as it is the closest unit to the pool, cabana and barbecue grills.

Wonderful Unit and Amenities
The location of the complex was perfect for our needs and the unit itself is situated in an ideal spot. Outstanding head on water views and close to the pool which we used every day.
The unit is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked well with all the cooking utensils to make a full meal. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were nice and clean. The owners were lovely to work with and even the housekeeper stopped by to check on us and see if we needed anything. I have family on this island and have found my go to place to stay while visiting.

A Touch of Paradise
Wave rest is a wonderful condo complex located at 13mm. The view from this location could not better. As it is situated on the property you have a sense of isolation. The well manicured lawn and gardens give a most restful feeling; the sound of the surf alluring. A very nice pool and shelter area provides grills for your use. The appointments in this condo are very nice with adequate seating and layout for 4 adults. Sharing the one bathroom has its challenges. I recommend a change in the cleaning service. We appreciate the owner’s willingness to accommodate our request of only 2 days as we wished to extend our stay on Molokai. Mohalo.

Very clean and well kept property. Included many extra amenities not found at other properties. Ground floor, corner unit and really close to the pool which was extremely nice as well. Owners were really fast to respond when we needed assistance. Highly recommend!

Easy to access unit (ground floor, close to road, far from “town” but that’s the beauty of it). Great location- corner unit, next to pool/shuffle board, slider opens up to grass area and the ocean, quiet condos in general. Clean and well maintained unit. Would definitely return!

Relaxing
What is there to say about Wavecrest and Molokai? Relaxing, quiet, peaceful...we had a mini family reunion with our daughter and 2 children 7 yo and 3 yo. Everything was perfect! This condo is possibly the best location in Wavecrest and of course we love the East End. The kids enjoyed the pool and the little beach, we all had “potluck dinner” in the cabana... spotless grills, gorgeous views of Maui/ Lanai. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! Thank you, thank you.

Nice Place to stay on Ocean
Loved the location and the Condo. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Communications was good prior to arrival with good instructions. Town is about 20 min away so bring food and stuff on arrival. The unit could use a good deep cleaning under beds etc, but otherwise very good. Loved the cold water in the fridge when we arrived as well as ice in the ice maker. Thanks for the great week stay

Family stay-cay
My family absolutely enjoyed your unit. We even had a couple stop by and ask how we liked the unit as they were renting it soon. The unit is spacious and filled with everything we needed, including a washer/dryer in the unit itself. It is beachfront and although the weather wasn’t the best, we had time to enjoy the pool and sit out front of the unit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The unit owner’s were friendly and very helpful. We are seriously considering returning back one day.
