Zwei Blocks vom neuen und verbesserten Coco Plum Beach! (Siehe Bild). Irma hat uns ein Geschenk hinterlassen, einen super verbesserten und größeren Strand. Dies kann dazu führen, dass Coco Plum wieder in den Top 10 der Keys ist. Coco Plum ist nur außerhalb von Marathon und neben Key Colony Beach Florida in den Middle Keys. Sehr ruhig und sicher. Hat einen privaten Pool und Whirlpool auf einem seltenen abgeschiedenen Anwesen befindet sich am Ende der Straße auf Bonefish Bay, die es sehr ruhig macht. Großer Garten und Pool ist absolut privat. Ihre einzigen Nachbarn sind im Westen, und sie können Sie nicht sehen, und Sie können sie nicht sehen. Andernfalls Ihre Nachbarn sind die Wasser-und Tierwelt. Das Haus verfügt über eine Anlegestelle und einen Bootslift. Der Kanal hat einen einfachen Zugang zum Atlantik und zum Golf von Mexiko. Wir sind auch Hundeleute! Für den Nachweis, dass Hunde auf Möbeln oder Hundekot im Hof erlaubt sind, wird eine Reinigungsgebühr erhoben, damit die Möbel professionell gereinigt oder im Garten abgeholt werden können. Bitte lassen Sie keine Haustiere auf Möbeln.

We loved the property. It was exactly as advertised in a great location. Great place to boat out to the reef and kids loved the pool.

We loved everything about this home! The home was perfect for a group of three couples with each having their own separate bedroom and bathroom. When we weren’t outside swimming, kayaking or offshore fishing we spent a huge amount of time on the back porch where the views are amazing. We ate all of our meals on the porch, watched the sunset, enjoyed the show the manatees gave us and admired the beautiful boats passing by. The property is very private and beautiful and the dock was very accommodating for our boat. Great location for shopping and many restaurants nearby. We won’t hesitate to book this piece of paradise again! This property is by far our favorite! Thank you Ron and Joely for sharing your piece of paradise!

When we checked in, the home owner stated the pool was checked and ready to go. After checking it out, the water was not clear and there was algae on the sides of the pool. The home owner called and got someone to come clean it but the pool cleaner told us with all the chemicals she was needing to use the pool would be inoperable for a couple of days. This was pretty upsetting since the pool was the main reason we rented the house. You do have use of the Cabana Club, which does have a nice pool.The only problem is there are alot of kids running and jumping into the pool splashing around and is not very relaxing if that is what you are looking for. The cleanliness of the house could have been better. The floors were very dirty. While walking barefoot on the tile flooring, our bottoms of our feet were black. We went and purchased a Swiffer mop to clean the floors. The bathrooms had body hair still in the tubs. It's a nice property once they get the pool figured out. Hopefully, with the new pool cleaner, it will be better. It might benefit changing cleaning staff as well. The owner was quick to respond and did refund a small portion of our money. Unfortunately, I wouldnt stay here again.

Love the location and views. The screened in porch is great. There is lots of great things about this place. Kayaks, paddle boards, manatees, close to the local sandbar by boat and the Atlantic. Great fishing, iguanas, dock, bikes and kitchen has a lot that you don’t have to buy. This is our second time staying. I rated a 4 this time only because both times we’ve had pool issues. They compensated for it. I would still recommend it. You have access to the cabana club / pool also if needed. They are very quick to respond.

We loved the house, location and view. It's perfectly located at the end of a quiet street over looking the bay. Really feels like you're on a private island. This is the first house we've rented in the keys, ski country, etc., that had great seating. Plenty of comfortable couches that fit people over 6'! Bonus with 2 primary bedrooms. Might be time for a new mattress in the main primary. The kitchen was well stocked. Kudos for having a 4 cup measuring cup! The pool is receiving new tile and will be a stunner. May already be complete. Appreciate owners that are responsive and make improvements to their property. Fantastic dock with near by boat rental (Coco's). Diving and snorkeling straight out of channel at Coffin's corner. We plan on returning next year for 2 weeks! Can't wait!

Enjoyed a perfect week. This home had everything! Great location, beautiful views, and a relaxing porch and pool where we spent most of our time. Early morning kayaking—dolphin, manatees, birds! Owner was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Close to great restaurants and easy drive to Key West and islamorada.

We enjoyed our stay in Marathon and this home met all our needs and beyond. Besides the owners being quick to respond to any questions and simply being available, the home was the perfect size for our family and the amenities were a blessing.
With our family, we always have trouble finding the right place to vacation down in the Keys, because the men like to fish and the women like to lounge by the pool and beach. This home provided both of what we were looking for.
For the fishing, we were able to rent a boat from Marathon Boat Rentals (ask for Miguel, he’s awesome!) and the home had the perfect dock to secure it. There were several filet stations and a water hose for cleaning up our catch and the boat at the end of the day.
For the pool and beach, not only did the property have a beautiful and well maintained pool and spa that we spent many hours in, but with the rental came access to the Cabana Club, just up the road, and this became a highlight with another beautiful pool and private beach with lounge chairs as well as restaurant, bar and merch store.
The ladies were able to enjoy the ocean with sand between their toes and the men were able to enjoy the amazing fishing that the Keys offers. On top of that, with the rental we had access to 3 kayaks and 4 bicycles, which we enjoyed paddling around the canal and biking to Sunset beach to catch memorable sunsets on the water.
All in all, our stay was perfect. Thank you Ron and Joely!

After 14 years of wanting to plan a trip to the Keys...we finally did it and this property did not disappoint. It has it all!
The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked. It has a great layout and plenty of space for everyone. The location was great for accessing the Atlantic and Gulf as well as exploring on land. There are a variety of restaurants to grab a bite.
We cooked most of our meals at the house and were thrilled with the fully stocked kitchen.
It is very peaceful and relaxing. For the most part it was very quiet, and we could hear the birds and fish feeding just beyond the mangroves. There was nearby construction, but it did not hinder our stay. The privacy this property offers was fantastic. When not out fishing, we spent a good amount of time on the back deck, in the pool and on the back porch. Being able to dock our boat at the house was very convenient. The property also has plenty of room for boat trailer parking. The internet speed was fast, which I greatly appreciated being that I had to jump on my laptop for work a couple of times.
We would recommend this property to our family and friends. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. We saw several birds, iguanas, crabs and hermit crabs on the property. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this lovely home again.

We had family and friends staying at this place for lobster season, and we had a blast! The house is in a great location, it’s great to be able to park the boat right at the house. We also had a blast swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock! Highly recommend staying here

We had a great family vacation, would’ve been more enjoyable if it wasn’t so hot but still had a great time. The owners were very responsive to to any questions/needs that we had.

We visit Marathon every summer; this was by far the best place we have stayed! There was plenty of room inside and out. There were a lot of plants and trees in the yard that provided privacy. The pool and dock are a perfect size. The house was clean and well-stocked. We had an amazing time!

Our family of four (two teenagers) had the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation at your beautiful home in Marathon. We all enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking around the canals, swimming in the pool, walking down to the beach, reading on the screened in porch and observing all of the wildlife around us. The house is located nearby so many attractions including: snorkeling, deep sea fishing, turtle hospital, the aquarium and we took a day trip to Key West. The house had everything we needed for dinners in and was a great layout for our family. Everything was very clean and accommodating. We didn't want to leave. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us. We would recommend this house to any family wanting a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful, secluded home with all you need to relax and unwind. Clean, well stocked, and peaceful. Spent most days relaxing by pool and watching iguanas enjoying the sun with us. Perfect dock for fishing. Owners suggested several restaurants in the area which were convenient and delicious. Would love to stay here again the future.

Perfect Family Getaway
The house is amazing! There is something to do for everyone while staying at the house fishing, pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, bike riding etc. Coco Plum Beach is nearby but not really a great place to go which is not the owners' fault. We went to the cabana club and Bahia state park which worked out great. The house accommodated our group of 7 ages 17 to 77 without issue and you did not feel crowded. The porch is fantastic for having early morning coffee or having a family dinner out on it. We will be going back for sure.

There is plenty of parking and space inside. The house is clean, organized, nicely laid out, as is the yard. The pool and hot tub are great--very private because of the mangroves. We saw dolphins, manatee, jellyfish, iguana, and a ton of water birds. Had a wonderful time.

Home exceeded expectations. First thing to note it is spotless. Any type of water front/salt water environment in a tourist type area normally has above normal wear and tear. Not here. It is so comfortable and accommodating. You feel very comfortable without feeling you could not enjoy the surroundings due to being stuffy. The location is perfect mid-keys with access to lots of restaurants, retail, beach, walking, parks, etc. Within 10-minutes you are near everything the Keys are known for - or if you sit on the screened in porch or goof off in the pool all day you would swear you are all alone. It was just my Wife and I for semi-vacation (I always have to check-in on work) and it was very relaxing. Great internet even out to the pool (don't tell work I did many a zoom call with camera off in my swimmies in the pool). The home is well laid out if you have a medium size group with a split bedroom arrangement. Has two masters with one "upstairs" (a few half-story steps off the entrance with its own full bath), and then another king suite and double bed "down" on the main floor. There is a large bathroom off the entrance that also has full washer/dryer so don't over pack. Kitchen is not huge but efficient. Has a big outdoor grill. Best parts are the living areas both in and out. Two indoor "living areas" - one more of a TV area and one off the kitchen/dining area for sitting/games. Go right out the sliding doors to the best area - screened in porch with full sitting area (swivel chairs and couch along with a full dining area) that overlooks the pool, canals and offer incredible sunrise and sunset views. The house is situated perfectly for catching up and down of sun. Go down from the porch to the large pool and hot tub area. It is very private behind the hedges. Walk through the hedges to the full boat dock. Great for catching the boats coming in and out each day. You are about .5 mile from Coco beach which was never crowded. Its more a walking beach than white sand layout beach but still really nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. At the end of the road so no traffic. We had no issues while there. We usually went out exploring in the morning and returned after lunch to hang at the pool and finish with cocktails on the porch, in the pool or hot tub. If you follow that schedule you don't see any service people that kept the grounds and pool really clean. Can't wait to head back.

Great Relaxing Experience
Home exceeded expectations. First thing to note it is spotless. Any type of water front/salt water environment in a tourist type area normally has above normal wear and tear. Not here. It is so comfortable and accommodating. You feel very comfortable without feeling you could not enjoy the surroundings due to being stuffy. The location is perfect mid-keys with access to lots of restaurants, retail, beach, walking, parks, etc. Within 10-minutes you are near everything the Keys are known for - or if you sit on the screened in porch or goof off in the pool all day you would swear you are all alone. It was just my Wife and I for semi-vacation (I always have to check-in on work) and it was very relaxing. This property was prefect for all of our needs both inside & outside! Great views from the home & from the screened porch! The pool area, pool & hot tub were wonderful!! Location was prefect for us to be able to get offshore fishing & snorkeling needs! Boat dock & lift were a very nice feature!! Big thumbs up to the property owners!!

We had a vacation of memories at our a stay in Marathon. The property was just as advertised, very private, spacious house, great pool area, and lots of amenities. We especially enjoyed having the paddle boards to explore bonefish bay and watching the lobster boats pass by prepping for lobster season. If you bring your boat, there are sand bars near by and easy access to the gulf side. We also enjoyed the local wildlife, seeing manatees and being greeted by the local iguanas on the property. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

As advertised

We had a group of 5 but this place will accommodate 8-10. Plenty of space and loaded with amenities. Huge piece of property with water and mangroves on 2 sides. Lots of iguanas and manatees. Very peaceful and private. Definitely one of the best homes I’ve ever rented.
