Perfectly quiet but accessible. Adorable little cabin. Just perfect for a couple looking to get away.

We had a fabulous week at the cottage. It was equipped with everything we would need. The extras that were provided were pleasant surprise, even for our dog! We will be going back!

Omg- where do we begin… let’s start with our hosts.. Russ and Thom were outstanding to work with- very responsive over the APP.. also, they left us a gift for our dog and a generous bottle of wine/gift card to dinner! Lexi’s Cottage was so beautifully kept and a perfect location for our week’s stay. The backyard space was an amazing retreat and the outside shower was spectacular to use on a hot summer evening. The location was perfect- close to commercial street but tucked away enough for a quiet night sleep- I’m telling you- this rental was an 11 out of a 10. I’m thrilled to be writing this review and nervous that once you read it I’ll have trouble booking it in the future… honestly it was wonderful!

Lexi's Cottage was a perfect location for post Labor Day retreat. The cottage is gorgeously appointed with every detail to delight the guest.

Russ and Thom were great hosts and made us feel like we were welcomed friends. Amazing, private, fully fenced-in patio was truly an extension of the living space. Also a great place for our dog to hang out with us off leash. The inside of the cottage is modern, clean and comfortable and has all the amenities of home. We also really enjoyed having the bikes available to us for for riding around town and down to the Cape Cod National Seashore bike trails. We are already looking forward to staying at Lexi’s Cottage again next summer!

The property is great, the inside is small but incredibly well thought out and comfortable. The outdoor space is awesome and everything inside and out is so well appointed and thoughtful. We really appreciated the little touches that made our stay easier and that much more enjoyable! The dog shampoo in the outdoor shower was a very welcome surprise!

It was a magical P-Town week for us at Lexi's Cottage. Started on one knee when I proposed to my love (he said "yes"). The cottage is terrific - - so well designed, outfitted, and maintained. The living space inside and out was comfortable and clean. David and I were able to settle in and relaxed from our first moments checking in and throughout our stay. Thom and Russ kept in touch and were gracious hosts (loved the welcome and parting gifts). Definitely returning.

First, Russ & Thom are outstanding hosts. They insured everything was to my complete satisfaction. Both went above and beyond to insure my stay was enjoyable. The wine, gift cards, and flowers were a great touch. Thank you! Second, the outdoor space is amazing, great lounging furniture for relaxing after a day at the beach, comfortable dining area, not to mention the fabulous water feature, bikes that we used each day, and beautiful lighting around this quintessential cottage. This home has it all, stunning kitchen, amazing tiled bathroom, parking, very close to all the shops and restaurants on Commercial Street, and a large washer and dryer. Finally, the outdoor shower is absolutely one of the best features. We used the outside shower every day and didn’t use the indoor shower. Oddly, we preferred showering outdoors. It came in very handy when we needed to shower/bath our fur baby too! There is nothing NOT to like about the owners and Lexi’s Cottage. I’m enjoying my stay immensely and look forward to the rest of the summer in this outstanding gem! Thank you for all of your hospitality! Can’t wait to return!

We had an extended stay at Lexi’s cottage and loved our experience! It’s a 3-5 minute walk to coffee, restaurants, and the water. The outside space was great for eating, lounging/tanning, and grilling. There’s plenty of sun but also tons of shade thanks to the big umbrellas. And bikes were perfect to getting to the Race Point and Herring Cove beaches. We also loved the super modern shower (with temperature control!) and other high end amenities (including strong WiFi). The inside living space is a little tight, but we knew that it would be from the description. Almost forgot about the outdoor shower - equipped with dog shampoo - that we used everyday to wash our dog after the beach. The owners were perfect hosts - very responsive and accommodating. We hope to come back sometime soon!

The cottage's location is perfect for short, easy walks to Commercial Street, restaurants, the grocery store, and the liquor store. The large outdoor patio with its multiple seating options and lightly trickling fountain is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. We could not have been happier with our stay. This cottage is awesome, inside and out. The interior has everything you need—washer/dryer, cooking supplies, a phenomenal shower—too many to list! The outdoor space is serene with comfortable seating, a grill, a water feature, another amazing outdoor shower, and two complementary bikes. The owners are quick to respond and enthusiastic about their property. We had a great week, much of that is attributed to Lexi’s Cottage. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Cottage is well appointed and has had a recent beautiful renovation. The outdoor area is a hard-to-find private space to relaxin Ptown. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We had a great stay. Detailed information about the cottage and what to do in town were provided well ahead of our stay. We’ve been to town many times and we’re really pleased with the central location. Somehow it was right in the middle of things (just a few blocks from Commercial Street), yet completely quiet and peaceful. The garden was beautiful. The Cottage was equipped with everything we needed and then some. High end everything. Definitely would rent again.

BEAUTIFUL place. Modern, lovely decor. Thought of everything & more. Close walk to restaurants, grocery store, entertainment..... FANTASTIC multimedia system. Strong internet. Keyless entry. Great big private fenced outdoor space. Loved it. Highly recommend.

Russ and Thom have done an exquisite job of considering and implementing amenities throughout! Examples include the electronically-controlled shower heads and temperature, the open-in and open-out nature of the shower door, lots of dimmer switches, shades and blinds that function with options, and so much more. In a small space such as the bedroom, the bod itself has drawers, and the nightstand area has shelving and outlets. The outdoor space is a little oasis, and having bikes on-hand is a big plus. I stayed three weeks with my dog and had the most lovely time. And after giving the dog a good run-and-play on the beach each morning, the outdoor shower was super helpful to get us both clean without bringing sand indoors! I highly recommend this place! Great job, guys!

This is our second year staying at this lovely cottage with a well-appointed private courtyard. Recent renovations, especially to the bathroom and kitchen, added to our ability to completely enjoy our stay with every need anticipated. We hope to keep coming back!

Throughout our stay, the owners were very responsive and attentive. We were fortunate that they happened to be in town for part of our stay and they came by to help us out whenever needed. The property was perfect for us as a couple with a dog. Both showers were heavenly! The outdoor space is just as beautiful as the inside with plenty of space to relax. The location is also perfect on a quiet street but also close to Commercial Street and Shank Painter. We look forward to coming back again!

Hosts were friendly and communicative. The newly renovated cottage and the generous outdoor space are perfect. The only suggestion we would have is to find a way to have more storage in the bedroom or even the living room for clothing storage. Thank you!!!

Simply put, I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else in Ptown again. This property had everything we could ask for and more! We have been coming up here for almost 15 years, but it was the first time we brought our dogs; I thought it would be impossible to find a place that was pet friendly, clean, stylish, affordable, and with a fenced-in outdoor space. I was wrong! This property was perfect. We were fortunate to be the first renters since the cottage was renovated, so we were greeted with brand new everything! This place is completely hooked up with high end appliances, electronics, bathroom fixtures, supplies... you name it! These guys have thought of every detail to make your vacation not just comfortable, but luxurious. While the cottage is small, they have maximized the space, so it feels bigger than it is. Plus the outdoor space is huge... perfect for lounging, sunbathing, or grilling/eating outside. I was in contact with the owners throughout my stay (not because of any problems, just a question here and there) and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Check-in/out was easy and smooth and the directions/guidelines they left were very helpful. It is clear that these guys have put their heart and soul into this property and take great pride in it. It is truly a gem! For those unfamiliar with the area, this property is a perfect halfway point between the east and west ends, so everything is easily walkable. Only a block from the main drag with most of the shops and restaurants/bars, a few blocks to the closest grocery store and gym... and for anything else, there are two bikes with locks that come with the property. The cottage is tucked away on a quiet street so it is nice and private but a short walk to everything you could possibly need. As long as this property is available, I wouldn't even bother looking for another place to stay... we have found "our place." Thanks Thom and Russell for sharing your home with us! Lexi’s Cottage is a fantastic vacation home. The attention to detail in the kitchen and shower, the snug, cozy, sleep friendly bedroom, and the smart TV all make your stay in P-Town that much more special. Then there’s the patio. This is a piece of heaven. Not to mention the bikes. Oh, and the grill. It was a pleasure to stay here and we miss it already. Thom and Russell have done an amazing job. You won’t be disappointed. This cottage was perfect! My spouse and I had a wonferful vacation here. The cottage has everything you need. We brought our two dogs with us and they loved laying in the sun on the patio. Everything was within walking distance, we used our car only once the entire week there. Just a heads up on the parking spot given, if you have a truck or big SUV you'll have some difficulty getting into the spot if someone is parked next to you. I suggest backing in, otherwise this place is fantastic, very quiet area.

This place has everything you need to make your trip amazing. We will go back to ptown and Lexi's cottage for sure...any other place would be a disappointment.
