1 Zunächst sind Sie direkt am Strand und haben einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer! Und wir haben 64 FÜNF STERNE BEWERTUNGEN ... Niemand sonst hat das.
2 Es ist eine WEST End-Gerät. Dies bedeutet, dass in jedem Raum Fenster vorhanden sind, die sehr hell sind. Auch, weil es sich um eine WEST End-Gerät ist, es ist sehr privat. Neben dem Gebäude befinden sich in Privatbesitz befindliche Häuser, kein weiteres Hochhaus.
3. Wir sind auf der 5. Etage, so dass Sie im Westen die Häuser schauen direkt über und sind in der Lage einfach am Strand Familie zu sprechen.
4. Unsere Wohnung ist die sauberste am Strand. Unsere Reinigungs Menschen reinigen nur unsere Einheit.
Und die Betten sind bequem.
5. Es liegt direkt am Golf, mit Blick auf das Meer und die Aussicht ist spektakulär. Herrlicher Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend!

Ein beheizten Innen- / Außenpool ist, sowie einen zweiten Pool am Meer eingeschlossen. Achten Sie auf Delphine, Stachelrochen und Haie, sowie Familien der Pelikane durch auf Augenhöhe vom Balkon fliegen. Überprüfen Sie den neuen Pier Park Stadtzentrum aus mit seinen vielen Restaurants und netten Geschäften, 2 Meilen nach Osten. Nur eine kurze Entfernung zum Westen haben wir mehrere architektonisch und national anerkannte Küstenstädte wie Meer, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach und Water Color haben. Panama City Beach Information Center ist in der Nähe an der Kreuzung von Highway 98 und 79. Meilen von schönen weißen Sandstrand zu gehen. Condo was very clean and has that nice sense of home feel. The layout was perfect for our family which includes a nice big balcony with a great view of the ocean. Has easy access to the beach and never waited long for an elevator which is always a concern.

Everything about this condo is perfect, from the decor, amenities, and to the location. The entire place is immaculately kept and the beds are super comfortable. Plenty of towels, rags, kitchen and dishwasher soap, laundry soap and detergent. There was plenty of space for our party of 5 Adults. The furniture is comfortable for relaxing at night and the large wrap around balcony overlooked the ocean- made for amazing views of the ocean and sunset. Parking was easy access plus walkway felt safe over to beachfront condo and lighted up plus AC’d. The best was luggage carts very convenient on 2nd floor and ample next to walkway to garage, the pool area was also easily accessible and clean well stocked restrooms. The chairs that are in condo was a plus, we reserved and had to pay for beach service chairs which was easy at the beach made things comfortable to spend the day at the beach. The condo was also close to all the city experiences at Pier Park and great oceanfront restaurants. Getting into the unit early the morning of our reservation was a bonus and very appreciative!! Only thing I would recommend, is to add maybe a tabletop ice machine esp bc condo sleeps 10, a small bath soap, set of shampoo/conditioner to start off with would help. Otherwise it was absolutely well stocked! Thank you Ron for the ease of communications and plus Anyolina-housekeeper letting us in early before check in. I would definitely recommend this condo for your next vacation to Panama City Beach! TY😉

We had the most amazing week at this beautiful condo! The view is amazing and the beach is pristine. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It’s very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. My girls loved swimming in the heated pool and using hot tub. We hope to be back next year!

This was a very nice spot. The view is stunning, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for me, my wife, my two kids and my in-laws. There were not beach towels available in the condo, so we did have to go purchase those. It was easy to go down and get chairs on the beach for the week. The balcony had great chairs to sit on. It was pretty good location in proximity to things around. It was a great experience and we would go back.

We felt so welcome. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Great property for family and friends vacation. The owners provided everything we need. Condo was cleaned prior our arrival. Unbelievable ocean view, sunset and sunrise on huge balcony. Just take an elevator down and you are right on the beach with clean beautiful water and dolphins.
It was so much fun things to do: boat-fishing, good restaurants, pierce 53, shopping centers and much more.

We love the Celadon. We fell in love with this unit the moment we walked in. Spacious, bright, very inviting. Owners were fantastic in communication. Answered all my questions promptly and detailed. They had plenty of beach toys that we could use for our granddaughter. Several floats. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. Shower pressure was phenomenal (which is highly important to me, especially when coming in from a day at beach!) We had a fantastic week and will definitely be coming back to this unit again!!

Each summer I rent a condo at the beach for my family. I have two daughters, two granddaughters, and son -in- law. We had such a fabulous time this year. The condo was beautiful. It was warm and inviting, very clean and all of us were very comfortable in our rooms.

This was a great place to stay. The condo was as described. The owner communicated the check-in process more than a week before our trip. One of the closets had beach toys and inner tubes from previous visitors which was a plus for the grandkids. We really like being on the quieter side of PCB. We hope to stay here again!

This condo is very breathtaking views. It has a wrap around deck and the decor is very up to date and beautiful. Loved all the pictures of the beach. Very clean and books to loose your self in reading if you want. There is nothing I could say wrong about this unit nor the host, he called to make sure we arrived safe and checked in. I would most def stay with this host again.

We had a great time. Unfortunately, there was a loss of life right in front of our condo. The beach had a double red flag for a couple of days. The gentleman went into the water to help 2 people that were experiencing trouble in the water. They survived, but…. He did not. The condo was comfortable and clean. It is located at the quieter west end of the beach.

We had a group of ladies that have been doing girls trip to the beach for years. This was our first trip since Covid, and it did not disappoint! Ron was great to communicate with. He made the check in process so easy!
The condo was perfect! Everything you could ask for was there! There is a full size washer and dryer! There were plenty of blankets and bed coverings. The beds were comfortable!
We loved the balcony! It is large and wraps around since this is a corner unit. It was great to be able sit out and listen to the waves and watch the dolphins! There were plenty of chairs on the balcony which was wonderful! The condo provides so many beach toys, chairs and even an umbrella.

Condo was very clean, bright and roomy. Lots of towels provided as well as beach chairs and toys. Would stay here again.
The only problems, which were out of Ron's control, were that there was only one elevator working for the first couple of days and the lack of enough luggage carts.
