Sie können es kaum erwarten, Ihre Zehen in den Sand zu stecken? Warte nicht länger! Seien Sie unsere Gäste in unserer 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, wunderschön renovierte Wohnung. Dies ist eine Familienwohnung seit 1976 gekauft. Es wurde 2009 komplett renoviert und im Sommer 2011 eingerichtet. Wir freuen uns, unser Stück Paradies mit unseren neuen Mietfreunden zu teilen.
Direkt am Golf von Mexiko gelegen, können Sie ganz einfach in den Pool eintauchen oder den Dünenrundgang für einen herrlichen Tag am Strand nutzen.
Unsere schöne Wohnung bietet Platz für 8 Personen mit 2 Queensize-Betten im Master, 1 Queensize-Bett im Gästezimmer und 1 Queensize-Bett. Zwei Vollbäder haben neue Schränke und Quarzarbeitsplatten. Die Küche ist familiengerecht mit Edelstahlgeräten und Quarzarbeitsplatten ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei neue Flachbildfernseher und einen DVD / Blue Ray Player.
Wir lieben den Standort unserer Einheit! Die Einheit im 2. Stock ist über eine Treppe leicht zu erreichen, wenn Sie die Aufzüge in der Lobby meiden möchten. Als Endeinheit verfügt der Grundriss über einen einzigartigen Flur, der in einen großen, offenen Grundriss übergeht, der hell ist und Licht aus großen Fenstern hereinlässt. Wir haben eine der größten Einheiten im Regency. Es ist 1.380 Quadratfuß groß. Die Balkone der Regency Towers sind unterschiedlich groß. Stayed with my family and daughter's boyfriend and family for her high school graduation and it was perfect.

We had a wonderful time on our annual girls' trip to Pensacola! This condo provided ample room for the five of us. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We really appreciated that Patty provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Patty is an excellent host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She gave a lot of recommendations of things to do/places to eat and responded very quickly to our questions. We had a minor issue with the AC and she sent someone over right away to address it. I love the location of the condo. The beach never gets overwhelmingly crowded because it is about 3 miles from the pier/beach ball area. I highly recommend this condo.

Comfortable accommodations, loved having 2 bathrooms. Beds and sheets were comfy and nice to have basics in kitchen provided. Perfect for our family.

My family booked this VRBO for my son's graduation since we all live in different areas. The location couldn't have been better, the condo was clean and accommodated everyone comfortably and was more than we could've expected. Messages and questions were answered extremely timely and we would 100% choose this property again.

Pros: Loved the location, accomodations were very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, even the pull out couch. Loved being able to do laundry. Loved having a dishwasher. Super clean when we arrived. Communication with host was great. Key-code entry was great. We loved the pool. Everything in the condo was in working order.
Cons: End unit balcony is as-pictured but with a loud ac unit right there. We just turned the ac off when my elderly mother wanted to be on the balcony. There were 4 rolls of tp provided and the hand soaps had obviously been watered down.... for the price being charged i had expected to at least be provided with new hand soap and enough tp for our stay. My only other complaint is the place being somewhat outdated, especially the bedding. Traveling with a few people, one being elderly, some ppl were chillier than others in the ac and at night and we wouldve appreciated more and comfier/softer
and some heavier blankets.

The location was great! The room was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with condiments which was great! The owner was very informative and quick to respond.

2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We cooked alot over this stay and really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen pots, utensils and dishes of every sort imagineable. This condo was perfect for my husband and I, and guests that came to visit over the two months. We would definitely rent this unit again when visiting pensacola beach. This was our 3rd visit to Regency Towers and this unit was defintely the best one we have stayed in.

The condo was a perfect spot for a girls’ trip. Patty was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The condo was spotless & cozy with a view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our best beach vacation yet. We were blessed with beautiful weather and clear water the whole week. Everything was great. Condo and property were just as pictured and described, We Had everything we needed, clean and comfy… gorgeous beach and large pool. Patty was awesome, just a text or phone call away, open communication from the time of booking.

It was great having beach chairs, umbrellas, toys & nets there to use, loved not having to take it all with me in the car!! We all enjoyed riding the trolley, a stop is right in front. The bedrooms/bathrooms were separated and private. Also liked being on the 2nd floor and not having to use the elevator every time.

We enjoyed ourselves and never had a worry about the place we were staying. Patty was wonderful and a great communicator. The balcony having repairs done didn’t bother us one bit and we were able to enjoy as much time on the beach as possible since it was so close. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo that has a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. The owner kept in touch throughout the process and was quite receptive to our feedback. This unit is conveniently located on the second floor with ample room for movement and has plenty storage area for all our luggage and beach gear. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessities. In addition, we appreciated having plenty enough bath towels and blow dryers in each bathroom. We look forward to another stay in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Pensacola Beach and our condo was just what we were looking for. There was an issue with our washing machine and we were in touch with the owners who tried to have it repaired, but short notice prevented repair/replacement from happening this week. Air show and Blue Angels were awesome!

Pensacola beach condo
The condo was great we enjoyed our stay. We had problem with the AC the first night but after we changed the air filter it was fine. Patty responded to my text right away. She checked on us a few days later to make sure we were fine. I would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway
Patty was the best host. Her property was clean and super convenient to all things on the beach. She regularly communicated with me and offered any assistance (although everything was perfect, and I didn’t need any). Her condo is easy to access and very spacious with many conveniences. I would definitely stay here again and plan to! Best host ever!

Wonderful Winter Break
What a nice property! We’ve rented many condos over the years and this was probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The kitchen is small but totally equipped for almost anything you re going to want to tackle while you are on vacation. We love to cook so especially appreciated that feature. Patty is a delight to work with - responsive and considerate of guests needs. A minor plumbing problem was handled promptly and she asked at the end of our stay what could be improved. We would return for sure. Highly recommended!

My granddaughter, nieces and I came for a girl’s trip. We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Everything was as described and pictured. Patti was great and communicated well. She allowed us to check in early and stay later on our last day which we all really appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is in great condition. Everything we needed for a relaxing week was provided such as beach chairs, umbrellas and other handy items such as flashlights for night walks. We all wanted to stay longer!

Best week ever!!
We had been looking forward to the beach for months and this condo was perfect. We had plenty of room and it felt like home. We’ve never had a more well stocked condo or a more attentive host. Lots of beach stuff - chairs, umbrellas, floats, and sand toys. Lots of kitchen stuff & everything was clean, pots, pans, skillets, cookie sheets, lots of silverware. Extra toilet paper, paper towels & trash bags. I never felt silly asking a question, and Patty was always so quick with her replies. We can’t wait to come back!!

This property was picture perfect!
The kids loved their room, beds, and location. The pool and proximity to the beach was great! Everything we needed was in the kitchen and furnishings were perfect for our 6 people. Owner was friendly, knowledgeable and communicated easily! The location is far enough from the noise of the tourist area but it was easy to go anywhere on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

The most relaxing condo I’ve ever stayed in
This condo was by far the nicest and cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in. It felt like being at home. The condo was loaded with everything I needed. Overall it was very spacious. My 2 teenage boys, my sons girlfriend, and myself felt at home. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you for everything Patty! Beautiful, very clean property on Pensacola Beach
Host was great and the property is very clean. Our son loved the pool. You can walk from the room to the beach in 2 minutes. The host is very accommodating with chairs, umbrellas , beach toys, etc. We loved our stay. The condo is larger than we expected.

Lovely, well- equipped condo
Our hosts could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The condo was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped. Not sure the pictures in the listing do it justice. Nice having the books and the beach chairs supplied. Thanks for thinking of everything!

Weekend getaway!
It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with anyone with a vacation rental! We were notified that we could actually check in early if we wanted which was a huge relief for our family since we would be arriving at 2am and check-in wasn’t suppose to be until 3pm that day. Patty gave us a lot of valuable information about the location and the places to try out. The condo was everything we wanted it to be and then some! This was the best condo experience we’ve ever had and will definitely be returning. Hats off to Patty and her husband for offering such a beautiful property for us to stay in during our trip to Pensacola.
