We stayed three nights and the house was perfect for what we were looking for. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. The location was perfect! It was a very hot weekend and although there are ACs in the bedrooms it would have been great if there were a couple on the main floor. Overall we had a great time!!

We had a great time staying at this property in Jackson. The house was beautiful inside and very clean. We stayed for a 3-day weekend with our 3 children. Upon entering the house, our 5-year old exclaimed "this house is sick!" LOL Very comfortable accommodations for our family. My wife and I especially enjoyed having the hot tub to relax in after a day of activity with the kids.

We had a great relaxing vacation. The house is very nice, clean, well equipped and quiet. It is located close to town and also a short drive to the town of North Conway. There is a lot to do in the area, tubing, hiking, waterfalls and cute shops. It was a great getaway from the normal fast pace. Joy was very easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location nestled in the woods. A very well maintained and guest friendly house. All amenities as promised. The hot tub and the fire pit were the highlights. Jackson is a lovely town and the Halloween decorations were very lovely. Kid friendly and secure. Kudos to Joyce for her lovely property thanks

What stuck out the most was that the house itself is very well kept. Kitchen, floors, rugs, and bathrooms were clean. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is perfect for families traveling to Conway or Story Land or even jumping on the Kancamagus for a day trip in Lincoln. We really enjoyed our stay, making use of the hot tub and fire pit.
One note, for entertainment, the foosball table is one of those game tables that can convert into several things. Not a real sized pool table or aire hockey table on the property.

We loved the upscale house and quiet location on the mountain side. The hot tube at night watching the sky was a extra special treat. It’s a perfect base camp to recharge after our many adventures in the area.

Memorial Day Weekend Family Vaca 2022
House was clean & spacious.
The House had everything we needed.
The location was great to get to Jackson falls, Downtown North Conway to stroll & Conway Outlets .. The hot tub was a hit.
The grill worked great. The basketball hoop was a bonus.
Only downside was season for needing bug spray LOL which is not the renters fault, But, Cut grass would’ve been an additional bonus..
* Bring bug spray for morning & evening to night

Wonderful Property, solid location
Overall very satisfied with this location, a beautiful well maintenenced house with enough room for all guests to stay. Was clean inside and had a lot of different amenities that were useful for the trip( basketball hoop, hot tub and speakers throughout the first floor) only couple things I would say for people staying in the summer would be the upstairs even with the fans gets pretty warm.( was mentioned no a/c but it gets toasty up there) and the pictures of the yard made it look like there was more room for yard activites but was a little smaller in person. ( by the fire pit)
Overall had a wonderful communication with the owners who were very helpful with any questions and I would recommend the property to anyone with a decent sized group!

We were very happy with this house, the view was amazing, and the house was stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. We usually stay in North Conway but we loved Jackson, smaller quainter town feel. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and spacious
This house made a nice retreat for 5 of us. We used it as a base camp to explore several neighboring towns and a couple scenic drives. The house was large and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to cook up some great meals. The host was very quick to respond when I had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect New Hampshire house. Second time for us here and as before the house was amazing. Two families easily fit in the spacious house with a lower level game room and bedroom. Large living room with amazing views off of the second level deck with the kitchen and dining room on the same level. Three large bedrooms on the third floor made it easy for the adults to have time after the kids went to bed to play games or just sit on the deck with the hot tub enjoying the view. Joy was very responsive and accommodating all the way through the entire process. Will be booking our next year trip very soon. Thanks for allowing us to stay here.

Beautiful home to host a group
We loved staying here. The views are incredible, the home was clean, and we loved the wall of window views in the living area. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for a large group, and we all slept very comfortably. I highly recommend staying here. Hard to beat!

Weekend away
This was a great property only 15 min outside of North Conway with mountain views. The property was immaculate and the hot tub was perfect. We only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms, but this property would have been great even if we brought the kids.

Ski week fun
The house was very spacious. We had 4 adults and 4 children and there was ample room to spare. The location was convenient to Attitash where we were skiing. Great host. Amazing hot tub under the stars.

Wedding Weekend
From the moment we stepped into the house, we were impressed. Very clean, nicely decorated and great location. This house is now at the top of my list of rentals. I was cleaning up the kitchen and went into the cabinet under the sink to see what supplies the owner had and I noticed she had a bleach spray. I instantly said out loud, "I like this women". Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back.

One word: Amazing
When we got to the house it was so inviting. I felt like it was a place I would never leave. My friends and I rented this for a wedding at the Wentworth about 5 minutes down the road. Anything you needed to cook yourself a hearty breakfast or dinner was readily available for you. The house is gorgeous and the hot tub is the icing on the cake. 100% had friends attending the wedding asking if we could rent this for a ski house in the wintertime. I'd rent this house a million times out of a million for everything it has to offer. The only negative thing I can write about this house is when we got there we could not locate a basketball for the awesome hoop in the driveway. Don't worry though, I purchased one and left it for anyone who wants to get a good game of pick up in. Thank you Joy for your hospitality, swift responses to messages and the overall comfort you gave us with your home. Rent it... You won't be disappointed.

Amazing home for families!
We had an amazing time at The Tree House! The house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it was supplied with all we needed. The best part for my family was the basketball hoop! Our son was beyond grateful for this feature! We loved this house and the location!

Sweet hide-away with mountain view- Excellent!
Four adult couples for 3 nights - couldn't have asked for any better accommodations. We used the hot tub and the fire pit and the peaceful adirondacks tucked under deck. Love it when there is a handful of oils, spices, soaps, paper products and condiments left for the next person. We were there during a heat wave of 90 in July, and yes upstairs was WARM, but what's the odds of that? Beautifully furnished and decorated.

Weekend Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay at Joy properties! The house is immaculate and even lovelier in person. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can possibly think of. We pretty much cooked and saved a ton our entire stay. The hot tub is a major plus, we used it every night after a cold day of winter activities. I honestly can't think of one negative /criticism about this properties. Highly recommend! Thank you Joy for having us!
