Great Leavenworth 2bd 2ba Condo near the New Alpine Coaster! Quiet location.
2 Queen-Size-Betten sowie ein Queen-Size-Aero-Bett für Wohnzimmer, 6 Personen. Volle Größe Gasgrill auf dem Deck, alle Geräte, einschließlich Waschmaschine und Trockner, gefüllte Küche mit allen Backformen, Töpfe und Pfannen, etc. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt, 2 Fernseher, Internet, DVD- und VHS-Player.
Eine gut bewertete Einheit mit Updates! Ab Februar 2019 neue Wohnzimmermöbel, neue Fußböden in Bädern, Küche und Eingangsbereich, neue Farben und aktualisierte Holzarbeiten und Kunstwerke für ein wärmeres Gefühl.
Unsere Wohnung hat zwei Himmelslichter und eine sehr private Eckeinstellung. Die meisten Einheiten in diesem Komplex haben Decks, die auf andere Decks blicken - unsere ist sehr privat, mit Blick auf die Hügel und keine anderen Decks oder Einheiten, die in unsere schauen!

This was a great location for us.

We rented as two couples, old friends since high school. This was a perfect place to stay and visit with each other between Leavenworth adventures. We were able to walk to town easily, enjoyed the woodsy/island route into town for the nature and serenity. Everything was a breeze for check in and out. We even enjoyed the audible excitement of the passengers on the nearby mountain coaster. Thanks for a great stay!

The only negative was the poor parking situation in town. Everything is metered and costs $4 an hour with a maximum of 3 hours. After that you have to move to a different space, which is almost impossible to find. Our stay at the unit was great but the city needs to provide shuttles. Hopefully in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Kirk's condo. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. The unit was also very quiet and we appreciated having the ability to walk into town. This was one of the best rentals we've stayed at and we would absolutely stay here again.

We attended Leavenworth birding festival and the condo was central to Fish Hatchery and Mountain Home. Our condo was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The unit is upstairs with two skylights which gave us openness and light. Our host was easy to communicate with and very generous. We enjoyed our coffee on the private balcony.

Exactly as advertised. Appreciated that the end of stay instructions were simple and just basic day to day cleanup I would do in my own home too -- no striping beds or messing with towels.

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The location of this property was perfect for a nice walk to the Christmas lights, in the downtown area. Easy check in, the heaters were amazing after being out in the cold! The adventure park is down the street, which was fun as well!

Would have enjoyed the fireplace but couldn't figure out which of the 7 remotes operated it and no instructions. Also need some detailed instructions on how to operate the tv.

Cute and very clean. However, shower curtain needs to be cleaned or replaced in main bathroom. A cupboard face plate fell off in kitchen, informed landlord. All in all nice place. Will definitely consider using this place again!!

This property was perfect for our visit. Spacious, quiet, out of dowtown, and clean. Now, if Leavenworth would just paint the lines on Highway 2 thru town and put a traffic light on Icicle Creek road... I've been coming to Leavenworth for over 55 years and it is a shame to see how the town has become overwhelmed with tourists.

Great location. Easy walk to downtown Leavenworth. Has all the amenities, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, Stove, laundry, etc. , which was nice for our little family.

Good property and cleaned. Had outdated entertainment systems, no TV remote so had to get up to change channels and adjust volume every time until I got lazy and decided to turn it off.
No shampoo or body soap, for the price we paid I believe the should at least include these. So make sure you bring some.

So excited we booked when we did. It was a hallmark movie. Including the cozy warm cottage feel. The 20 plus inches of snow was the perfect way to celebrate. Leavenworth was simply breathtaking.

Very convenient location to downtown Leavenworth. Walked the Riverwalk trail everyday, watched Salmon swimming upstream. We enjoyed a week and had quiet time on the back porch with the trees turning golden. Fully stocked kitchen to round out of baking and cooking needs. Great place!

The four of us enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect for hiking in the nearby Enchantments and also the trails to the west off Rt. 2. It was close enough to walk to town for dinner and shopping. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare some of our meals. The gas grill was a big bonus for us since we grilled some steaks. It was hot a couple of the days that we stayed in Leavenworth, but the AC In the living room kept the area cool. We used the overhead fans and floor fans for more air flow. We also opened the windows once it cooled down at night. We stayed at the beginning of September. The owner answered any questions that we had immediately. We would definitely stay again.

This is a great property just slightly west of the downtown shops. (It’s super close to the Icicle Inn.) We went to watch the Music Man at the Fish Hatchery and Sound of Music at the other location. The condo was really close to the Fish Hatchery theater and minutes away from the Sound of Music theater.
The condo was well stocked with blankets, pillows and bedding. The five of us that stayed there were really comfortable. The condo was clean and finding parking was easy. (The condo has an assigned parking spot, but we had 2 cars there.) It was a great place to stay.

This place is nice & clean. I would definitely stay here again. It is large enough for what we needed (2 married couples). My only issues were the check in process communication with the owner. It was almost 4:30 pm on check in day & I still didn't have the email with the door code, so had to ask for the email to be sent. Also, if you stay on a hot day, just know there is only one small AC unit in the living room area. 2 fans are provided to help circulate the air, but that means no closing your bedroom doors, so no privacy, and it's still not 100% comfortable in the bedrooms at night on those 90+ degree days. If the heat doesn't bother you, then it's no problem. But as I said, this is a nice property and it's not too far from town. This is an upstairs unit if anyone has mobility issues. We didn't, so it was great for us either way.

The unit was clean and spacious enough for our family of three teens and two adults. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Walking distance to town was a huge bonus. This is our third time staying at the Campbell’s properties and we will continue. Thank you for a great stay!

We planned this trip to see the baby reindeer at the Leavenworth Reindeer Farm. We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice. We would definitely recommend staying there. Thank you!
