The house was perfect. It’s location near the water was spectacular. It was described just as the listing stated. Our only wish was that the screen doors were fixed. We could not open the doors to let in the fresh air. It was cool at night and we would have liked to have had the doors open. Other than that. It was perfect

The house was clean and in a perfect location. A few issues were that the TVs were very hard to get working. Too many remotes without any direction on how to operate. The beds were very very hard and pillows were cheap. One room had a stain on the bed sheet.

We had a magical Christmas family gathering. The house has the best-equipped kitchen of any Vrbo we have stayed in! We really appreciated the different seating areas on the main floor - we could be together in different combinations. (and we loved the master bedroom with walk-in closet and found the bed very comfortable). We walked to the Festival Theatre, and had a front-row view of the annual Penguin Dip. This will be our first choice for future stays!

The location was fabulous...very easy walk to old town NOTL and the walking/biking path to Niagara. Lots of room and beautiful view of the river and Lake Ontario.

I stayed here with my parents who are 76 years old, my toddler son and my husband and what a beautiful stay it was. The house itself was very clean, the views from the home were breathtaking and the access to the lake from the house was so lovely. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next trip and hope to stay at this home.

The house was even nicer than we expected! Plenty of room for all! We loved being right on the water and enjoyed sitting out on the back patio and catching up with each other. Highly recommend.

We were six seniors who regularly book 3-4 day mini holidays. This stay at Sanibel was GREAT! Right on the water, beautiful grounds, very spacious home equipped with every amenity we needed. Had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

The property is perfectly located close to all amenities and though right on the riverfront walkway, it was super quiet and private. There are multiple spaces in the house to have conversations or independent quiet time which was great. The beds were not the most comfortable and the bed frames were wonky - would suggest they be looked at. Moisture also created some issues for 2 allergy sufferers which I think could be easily fixed by adding a dehumidifier or reviewing bathroom ventilation Overall the experience was all that we hoped for and I would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful house with a great location! We were surprised at how big the house is, more than enough room for the 6 of us. The living room was perfect for catching up, comfy couches, plenty of space. We would gladly go back!

Location is perfect, right on the water and a quick walk to all the shops. Very clean and tidy. A couple things to note, the beds are firmer mattresses that appear to be spring style. That's the only reason I give this 4 stars, we all are picky sleepers with aches and pains that require a foam mattress. Also the fireplace was acting a little funny going in and out so we did not use it. Having 3 bathrooms all with showers was great, loved the sunk in family room!

The house was clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home! We enjoyed celebrating a 40th birthday by snacking, sipping, and playing games around the fireplace! We had comfortable bed, plenty of room, and bathrooms. We also loved the convenience of being able to walk right into “town!” This was my second time staying here and I plan to again!

Beautiful, clean home in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. The house is within walkable distance to the cute downtown area. My kids loved playing on the beach and the large backyard. I loved running along the river trail. We had a great time visiting local vineyards and grilling

Location was absolutely perfect! It was a nice getaway for our family. We walked pretty much everywhere we wanted to go, and couldn't beat the views. Our kids loved it, house was spacious. Back patio and yard were PERFECT! Kids loved playing out there, and the adults enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs. There were some minor things in the house that I think could be improved - screen sliding door off the dining room is broken, could not be used, many of the windows in the house would not stay open on their own, and the towels had a bit of a musty smell to them. Once we washed with our own detergent a few times, it seemed to fade a little bit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would likely come back again!

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property! The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing after hitting the shops. We loved being able to hop right on the trail and walk down the waterline. The house was clean, well kept and very spacious! Our only complaint is the beds were fairly hard, and we had to contact host for entry at checkin time because we never received the welcome email. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Roomy, quality home with great views
Location on Lake Eerie has great views. Walk to downtown Niagra on the Lake. About 24 minute drive to the falls. Super clean and quiet. Very nice outdoor space. Minor complaints - hard pillows, skillets need replacing, master bath needs towel racks.

Great house, great location
The house was spotless, had everything we needed, and is in a great location. We loved sitting in the lovely garden watching the world go by and birds flitting about. The property manager responded promptly when we called with a minor issue and fixed it right away. An overall great experience for our family.

Perfect Location
In side was very clean. The location is directly in front of a small beach area which our kids loved. Plus being close to Niagara-on-the-Lake downtown and close to the bike path that takes you to the falls is great. Love the location. If there was anything I could be critical of would be that the outside gardens, although very beautiful, we’re very over grown. Which isn't really a minus- this can be cleaned up in a weekend.

Graduation Getaway
Wonderful 3 night stay at this spot. Yard is beautiful with trees and view of the water with access to small beach for swimming. Easy walk into the town. Very spacious and clean. We couldn't find a corkscrew to open our wine though! So would suggest the owners add one to the kitchen or else advise guests to bring their own. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Everything about this home is excellent except for WiFi, it was absolutely useless. If you're looking to do some work over WiFi while there then don't count on it.But we had a great time and enjoyed the house very much.

Wonderful home, wonderful location, well equipped, great for family vacations
Great home, very spacious, rooms are comfortable and we'll equipped. Check in was smooth. Unfortunate that construction along the path behind the home blocked the view and access to the water. Otherwise, wonderful property and location.

Memorable short vacation
We were a party of 9 adult friends. Enjoyed this place a lot. Location amazing, water front, walking distance to all the little shops downtown, close to park and kaiaking place. Very positive energy in the house. Hope to repeat it.

My family and I had a great stay at this property. Clean and quiet. We had everything we needed to make a few meals ourselves. We enjoyed the backyard and the easy walk to downtown NOTL.

We were visiting the area and wanted a house to make out stay more comfortable for our group of seven. The bedroom situation, backyard space and proximity to town was what attracted us to this house. And we were not disappointed! If we were ever to travel this way again, we would definitely want to stay here. We only have great things to say about the house at Niagara-on-the-Lake!
