We really enjoyed our stay here, loved that every room had a bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, plenty of seating for everyone!

This place is gorgeous. Great location and great back yard. Huge space with plenty of room for a large group. My ONLY complaint, the beds suck. Pretty springy and you can feel the springs in them. BESIDES that, this place is perfect. Would def stay again.

This is a great property! How often do you find a house with a private pool & hot tub with four king-size beds? We didn't have any problems with the house. However, the pool was a little problematic because in order to heat the hot tub, one must also warm the pool. If there was an alternative, we couldn't figure it out. So, we mostly just used the hot tub because swimming in the pool was just too warm. Beach access was great. Half a block walk, across a street, and you're there. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we'd need to cook meals. We would definitely return.

Property was great for our stay. It was just as advertised. We had an issue with a drunk loud neighbor, but SPI dealt with it in a great way for both parties. We are definitely using SPI again and I'll be reaching out to Alan again to set things up

This house is perfectly designed for multiple families. Absolutely love that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The large kitchen and dining area makes a comfortable setting for eveyone to gather. Plus, the private pool is convenient for beating the heat along with the walking distance to the beach access. Highly recommend!!!

This place is great and the build is fantastic. The family next door seemed just as big as ours with kids and all but we couldn't hear anything from next door even when they were up late in the backyard. Back doors are pretty much soundproof and the pool and hot tub are great. Couldn't get the hot tub to function correctly but it was still warm enough for us. Will definitely be coming back to this spot again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family of 14. It was clean and well stocked with towels and extra pillows. Proximity to the beach was not an issue. Can't say enough positive things about this place.

The home was beautiful,with a ton of amenities.The grass was cut,everything was clean,all rooms were spacious. Beds comfortable,even the water pressure was great with 3 people taking showers all at one time. time!.Will most definitely use SPI again!

Our extended family has stayed at a lot of beach units over the years. The 8 of us were unanimous that this is the best unit we have ever stayed in. Plenty of beds, bathrooms; a great kitchen and living area and a terrific pool and hot tub! Had no issues, but needed help with running the hot tub and someone showed up in a half hour. On New Years Eve!

The check in policy needs to be reviewed. Would not even let us in 20 minutes early. Would not let us gather in the driveway to decide where we would go to wait. Everyone was nice 1 rude guy. House was very nice and clean. Would go again.

Great location. Really is an easy walk to the beach. There are some beach items available in the garage, don't count on the wagon as it's pretty beat up with not much function left in it. The house is really fantastic for a large group. We had 15 of us and everyone was very comfortable, having so many bathrooms was really an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped, knives need to be sharpened. Check in and out was a breeze. The staff at SPI was very great for everything. We had an issue with the pool, which seams to be very common. The weather was colder so we tried to be understanding, just note that in the winter months it doesn't seam to be able to get up to 85 degrees in the pool, we never saw it exceed 77, the hot tub would work though just need to plan ahead and make sure it's on a few hours before wanting to use it. Any issues were resolved very quickly with a simple text/phone call. Wish the weather would have cooperated better for us but the accommodations were fantastic!

The property was perfect for our group. Very spacious, we loved having our own bathrooms in every bedroom. The pool and patio were fabulous. Plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and gather. The SPI rentals staff was awesome! So helpful. The couple of things that needed attention in the house were taken care of almost immediately. We were extremely impressed with the customer service. We would highly recommend staying at one of the SPI rentals properties. We all enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again.

Room for our family of 13, close to the beach and activities. Pool at the house was a big hit for the family.
There were a few maintenance issues that didn’t get resolved, ice maker didn’t work, the heater for the spa and pool worked but the display didn’t work do you didn’t know what setting you were on. The electric door lock wouldn’t work all the time but they did bring us keys .
I was a little upset when we arrived on the island and the house was still being cleaned so we had lunch , did shopping and sightseeing. We decided to go by the property 30 minutes before check in and wait. The backyard was open and the cleaning crew said it was okay to sit out back till they were done. No one was in the pool we were just resting and I got a phone call from the rental company telling me we could not be on the property till check in even though it was 30 minutes.,we left and was given a check in at the check in time. Thought ASPI was a little rude in there actions

The place was exactly as described. The heated pool was so nice. The beach supplies in the garage were a nice added touch. Nice close walk to the beach and water faucet to wash your feet when you arrive back at the place. Would definitely stay at this place again on our next family trip!

We were very pleased with this property and would definitely consider renting it again! The home had plenty of large bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms. The shared living space was huge and easily accommodated our extended family. There weren't enough cups or silverware but the issue was resolved quickly. The outdoor grill needs replacement along with the patio cushions. The patio tile is slippery when wet and guests need to be careful.

Perfect location or a Family Vacation
This home was the perfect size for our family travel to SPI. The home was clean, spacious, great A/C, and pool/lounging area and lots of seating for family meals. Also a bonus to have bathrooms and closets for each room. Our sons and nephews loved sharing the bunk area. The garage area was also a bonus! Check in/Check out was very easy- definitely would book this property with SPI again.

Great family holiday
I’ll say that the additional fees were a bit ridiculous, but the whole process of renting, entering and leaving were flawless. After reading details for all the properties available to rent, the house was just as described. My family didn’t know what to expect when I said I’d rented a house for us, but everyone was impressed and grateful for the added amenities. Even my sand hating husband has requested to go back!

Perfect for Large Group
We were a group of 13 adults. Overall, the experience was great but the house could use some extra cleaning. Upon first impression, the chairs outside were dirty, the entry door was quite dirty inside and out. There was a layer of dust on the stairway and the first thing you see after going up the stairs is the vent for the AC filter which needed cleaning. The sheets for one room had sand/dirt and the pillows could use a wash. The patio furniture had not been cleaned either. It is my opinion that if you are renting out a property and know a group is coming you should have it fully prepped, meaning cleaned for that perfect first impression. I understand it is the beach, but it seemed things hadn't even been wiped down in quite some time. The layout of the house is great. Everyone had their own bed and bathroom with private balcony. There were no dish towels, and no cutting board in the kitchen. There were no towels, hand or bath, upon arrival but the rental company took care of that in a timely manner. The rental company made it easy to communicate with regarding any issues or requests. I would definitely consider staying here again. I suggest having a broom and a swiffer in the house for guests to use as needed.

Very Nice Accommodations
It was a great rental for our family, it does indicate this property sleeps 18 we had 10 I think 18 might get a little crowded. 14 would be comfortable, if you had a lot of little children than 18 would be ok. It was very nice having our own swimming pool as well.
