Generally clean. Some of the furniture was a bit beat up, but we didn’t mind. Great location. Really liked the rooftop deck over looking the town.

We enjoyed our stay, liked the close proximity to the ocean/beach. Enjoyed the upper deck of home a few nights too. Lots of room inside for all of us including a baby and a dog. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. Nice bike ride to Rehoboth beach too!

House was large and spacious. Heat was nice and warm (temperatures were in the teens!)

Dave's home was great! He was very good at communicating what we needed to bring along well in advance of our arrival, and was prompt with check in instructions. The home was very, very clean and tidy. The upstairs is very spacious and there is ample bathroom space - perfect for a small group. The home is conveniently located and is in walking distance to many restaurants. Our stay was in December, so we were not able to utilize the balcony, but it seemed like an awesome feature. The home is also very close to the beach. Definitely recommended.

Excellent, spacious home steps from a beautiful beach. Close to plenty during the off season. Attentive and helpful landlord. A wonderful experience over all.

Just leaving our Dewey weekend for my husbands 50th bday. Great home with everything you can ask for, even a small backyard area which was beautiful. Communication from the owner was always so quick and helpful. We hope to rent this home again. Bye Dewey we will be back!

A great time!

We rented the property from 5/7/17 until 5/9/17 for a small bachelorette party hosted in the Dewey/Rehoboth area. The house is much larger than it looks from the photos, and so close to the beach! We were there during a very chilly and windy weekend so we did not get to spend any time on the roof deck, however you could see and hear the waves crashing on the shore. There were many bars and shops within walking distance (Dewey Beer Co. is a must visit!), but many were closed or had limited hours during our stay. We had no problem with bringing multuple cars as there was room for 5-6 vehicles, plus street parking. Kitchen had everything we needed, plus some starter cleaning supplies. Seating was ample and comfortable, plus lots of room to lounge and relax or dance and party! All in all this property is conveniently located, very clean, and roomy. We would rent this house again in an instant!

I hosted my daughters baby shower here. There was plenty of room for 20+ plus people and we even played games along with decorations and props. The very large sunroom leads into the kitchen/dining area so it's easy for everyone to be together. The rooftop deck was amazing for taking pictures as the sun set with ocean views in the back round. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This house was great! We had a large group for a bachelorette party and we had plenty of space. It's super close to the beach, right around the corner from great spots like Starboard, and we loved, loved the roof deck. Would definitely stay here again.
