So the condo is nice. However, it rained and the downstairs flooded from broke Seals on the door, flooded the upstairs master due to the sliding door. Also couldn’t open it without breaking your back. The master bed was hard as a rock so 5 days of sleeping in it killed mine and husband’s back. We are not old. Got AI responses when I had concerns as well as other guests we talked to at the pool when they had issues. I have pics of everything!! Again, nice place but tons need to be fixed. Spent more time stressing on vacation with my sore back instead of relaxing.

This rental was dirty. Floors were sticky and sandy. Floor trim was filthy throughout. Rear door blinds were broken and made privacy into the downstairs bathroom awkward. Counter tops and dining room table were dirty. Kitchen cabinets were dirty. Doors to restrooms and rooms had hand prints that smudged on touch. This unit had mold in the shower, water stains on the ceilings, mold on the rear gate to the pool, hard/old mattresses and pillows, very basic toilet paper, same with paper towels, furniture was sticky and stained, there were major nicks at the end of the stairs, bed frames were over sized for mattress sizes, kitchen counter grout was broken and filthy, kitchen appliances were cheap and old, the trashcan lid was broken and not present, the fridge did not have door shelves, silverware was hard to handle because it was from a dollar store, and there was debris and food behind the doors. The internet situation could be improved. It should be active for the duration of our stay. Each of us had to continuously log in. The sheets and towels were the best feature of our stay, however, were the cheapest quality we have ever seen in our travels. We went out and bought our own soaps, paper towels, toilet paper. Vacasa's solution was to disrupt our stay and send in cleaning staff whom they said would contact us, but never did. The photos uploaded to Vacasa's page were misleading. The unit has tons of potential and was a great location on the beach. Only with upgrades is this unit inhabitable.

Just across the street from the beach! Great space, designated parking spots are literally in front of the apartment, which is close to a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. Very comfy sofas, all tv’s had roku which was awesome when we needed a break, the pool was straight behind our apartment which to me was a plus.
I would come back! Needs some upgrades (somewhat out dated) but for short stays is really good.
Things that I appreciated: laundry pods, even though we ended up not using the laundry machine, toiletries, clean towels (almost enough of them) Dish soap and dishwashing pod, paper towels, in general everything was super clean.

Place needs cleaning supplies (especially a mop), needs more cooking essentials(updated pots, pan, utensils), need a new fridge (does not stay cold despite not overfilling) needs new stove(left upper element does not work). Needs more towels and beddings. Door handles in bathrooms need to be replaced/repaired). Bunk bed needs to be repaired or replaced as it wobbles and trundle (pullout bed) is broken. Also security guard was pushy about just standing on the balcony, my sister was standing out on the porch for less than 5 minutes after 11pm to cough and security guard was rude and told her to go inside. Meanwhile the night after there was a large party swimming, making noise till 1am but security was nowhere to be found. Wouldn't recommend, you could probably find cheaper places that are much nicer with better amenities.

The location is wonderful, ocean across the street. Bus stop across the street, and grocery store 2 to 3 blocks away, very handy. Very nice neighbors and very peaceful place to stay. Instantly I had someone their to help us if we had troubles!! Thank you!!

What was listed was not given to us. I think VRBO is not setting up boundaries and allowing all types of houses to be listed for Rent. This is the first time we have used VRBO and brought us down on its value it provides.
The competition provides best houses and stricter in its policies before a house is listed.
This house had no water for few hours. Wet floor from humidity when we checked-in. Flush not working. hair in the utensils.TVs not working (at least that is ok). Some doors were not locking from the inside.
Sorry to say, but it was a bad experience for us.

The property is close to the beach. It was very clean, only suggestion is to fix the door handles to the restrooms. They don’t lock easily and can be pushed open. Neighborhood was quiet, neighbors were also quiet. Overall, it was a good location and provided some much needed rest.

The location is great. Size and layout of the condo is really good for families or groups of friends. Super easy to get to and the beach access is right across the street. The pool was a plus right out the back door.

Condo was clean at arrival. Space was exactly as described with enough space for our family of 8. Process from rental to check-in to check-out was seamless. Couldn't have asked for a better location, just steps from the water. Pool and hot tub were clean and right outside our door, literally. TV in living room had volume problems and garbage disposal didn't work which were really the only issues we found. Wifi signal was strong to support us all. Kitchen was stocked enough for us. There was a broom available, but we would have liked a dustpan to help with the sand issue. Bring your own pillows as ones provided were flat.

The unit is excellent, the new lock system is horrendous and required assistance from both the Vacasa company (in California) and locally to get someone over to help us get in and learn how to manage the new lock (10 digit code!). We never did get a proper code for the back gate. Local property management is kind of a joke; you can call about any problem and get promises, but no one shows up (except when we couldn't get in upon arrival and went through the main management company, as I said.) Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. New washer/drier unit and microwave were very nice.

The location was nice and the condo was clean, but needed a few repairs. No comforters on the hard beds. The washer worked, but the dryer did not. It ruined several of our clothes, because the bin was loose and clothes kept getting stuck. The worst part of all, is that our daughter came in her own vehicle to stay with us. She parked in the “Guest” parking spot for less than 1 hour, and it got towed. We had to pay $275 dollars to get it out. We received an email from VACASA telling us to park on the Guest parking on the “North” side and call the “LOM” ( like we know who that is), so we looked for the LOM number in the room and found 5 different numbers posted to call for assistance, but some we disconnected and some, VACASA, was of no help at all. I had to call them 6 times just to get some answers. We spent most of our day calling to prevent our vehicles from getting towed since both the north and south parking area look identical. If I could post the pics of all the signs posted in the room, you could see how contradictory they are. VACASA was not very much help at all and the “LOM”, who was supposed to call me back never did. We were planning on staying for a full week, but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

The condo is in a great location, very convenient. The condo was clean. The kitchen was functional; the refrigerator had no door storage, no shelf in freezer or ice maker. The AC in the unit ran cold—uncomfortably cold, and wasn’t adjustable. A big disappointment was lack of functional washer & dryer. There is a stackable in the unit; however, I put a clean towel in the dryer to test it out before washing anything, and the towel was ruined—the dryer snagged the towel, it was caught on an edge near the door opening, which ripped the edge of the towel, and the towel was covered in rust marks. The washing machine did not look good, so I didn’t even try it, especially since the dryer was not useable. Otherwise, the unit was fine.

I loved the location; it is but a short distance from the beach. I liked the ease with which I was able to obtain the condo, but this being said, it is not perfect. The thermostat display is not visible, and it created some problems in determining the temperature. The washer and dryer do not work, the washer does not turn on at all, whilst the dryer does not dry the fabrics properly, and my shirt kept getting lodged in the edges of the dryer. The restroom upstairs closest to the beach had an issue with the light in the shower, it does not turn on/light up. The restroom upstairs closest to the pool had issues with the extractor fan, that thing did not turn on and as a result, it was very humid, and I believe there was some mold present. We weren't there for long, just 3 nights, but mold is not good regardless of exposure length, so that was concerning. The restroom downstairs near the pool had its sink appearing as if it was going to detach from the wall at any minute. Other than those things I have mentioned, I enjoyed my stay and had fun with my family at this condo. I am considering renting again if we do decide to return but addressing those issues would be an amazing way to ensure that guests are more comfortable.

SAFETY HAZARD AND FILTHY (why they charge for a “professional”:is beyond me) we left it cleaner than we found it. We didn’t have a choice with having kids around.
APPLIANCES didn’t work, 2 stove burners didn’t work, coffee maker didn’t work the microwave was the only item that worked
FRONT DOOR didn’t close, took two of us to get it completely shut
SINK DOWNSTAIRS falling off of the wall,
UTENSILS still had food on them from previous renters,
COUCHES were disgusting, they were wet, dirty and stuffing was coming out of them,
WASHER sounds like a jet engine coming in for a landing,
DRYER had rocks and water inside of it, mold all around the dryer seal
STAIRWAY isn’t safe if you have younger kids or people with a disability, stairs are steep and very poorly lighted, lights only turn on from the very top of stairs
BATHROOM SHOWERS were disgusting, hair stuck on the walls, mold on the curtain and tiles, WE HAD TO BUY DRAINO SO THE SINK WOULD DRAIN, CALLED ABOUT THE SINK, NO RESPONSE
LAMPS didn’t work in bedrooms, they were actually broken
upstairs tvs didn’t work
Wi-Fi what a joke, didn’t work and with younger kids, it’s a MUST!
REFRIGERATER had NO shelves, so very little space for groceries, the refrigerator
FREEZER smelled so bad, it transferred over to the taste of our food, which being able to cook was part of why we rented TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
we needed a pair of scissors, only had half a pair in the drawer,
RUGS for tile floors and caused a fall WITH ONE OF OUR KIDS due to the heavy rains we had, bunk beds bottom bed was broken,
SLIDING GLASSI doors DIDN T lock, HUGE SAFETY RISK,
WE had people next door physically fighting, and we could feel the wall move every time they hit it we went and got security and they said there was nothing they could do, all of our children were scared,

The location for this condo is great. It’s close to the beach, grocery store and shops. Unfortunately, the negative reviews are true. The condo is dirty and run down, the appliances don’t work well, the windows are lacking screens, and a lot of things are broken. Sadly, we will probably find a new place to stay for our next SPI visit

The location is located right across the street from public beach access and the back door opens directly to the pool. The accomodations were good, however the house looks dingy due to walls and doors being painted in a flat base paint so fingerprints cannot be wiped off. The condo is older so definitely had.some.cracks and dents, and there were also several bent towel racks which is just an asthetic issue. There are lots of sleeping locations but would recommend families bring extra pillows, linens and bath towels. There are no spare linen or towels, nor beach towels. Overall, we would stay here again but would bring those items mentioned above.
