Diese helle und geräumige Wohnung im ersten Stock mit vier Schlafzimmern und Klimaanlage befindet sich nur 1 1/2 Häuserblocks von Wildwoods zwei Meilen langer Promenade (mit Vergnügungspfeilern, Restaurants und Fachgeschäften) entfernt, direkt am südlichsten Punkt von Morey Pier und nördlich des Wildwood Convention Center. Dies ist eine wunderschön eingerichtete 1.760 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung. Alles ist in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Wildwoods KOSTENLOSE Strände wurden gerade zum BESTEN in NJ für 2010 gewählt !!!!
Die Wohnung verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer: Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, eine Kommode mit vollem Spiegel, einen Wandschrank, Kabel-TV / Videorecorder / DVD-Player, eine bequeme Liege und ein schönes Hauptbad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen großen Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode mit großem Spiegel und Flachbildfernseher. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, eine Kommode mit Spiegel, einen großen Schrank und einen Fernseher / DVD. Das vierte Schlafzimmer ist unser "Etagenzimmer" mit einem Queensize-Bett, Etagenbetten, einem Fernseher / Videorecorder und einem großen Schrank. Tragbares Kinderbett, Hochstuhl und Kinderwagen stehen für Sie bereit. High-Speed-Internet (Wireless - Wifi) steht zur Verfügung (bringen Sie Ihren Laptop mit).
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen NEUEN 40-Zoll-HD-Fernseher mit DVD-Player. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Service für 12 Personen. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für sechs und die Kücheninsel bietet Platz für vier. Es gibt eine Waschküche und einen Parkplatz für drei Autos. Great location being easy walk to the beach. The surrounding homes were well maintained as well. Interior was clean and well maintained. Comfortable sleeping arrangements inside and out on the deck. Communication was great as well, easy to get ahold of and eager to help with any questions or concerns. We will definitely be going back!

It was in the middle of wildwood. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The place was really large and comfortable with 10 people! It was VERY close to really great restaurants!

Jersey Shore wedding
First time to the Jersey shore and was not familiar with the area. Property was as advertised, roomy with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Definitely a lot of space for 3 couples and a single person. A few con's - No information about the house or surrounding area. My experience in renting with VRBO or AirBnB is typically the owner leaves a book or paper with pertinent information. Also, my experience has been that the kitchen in rentals has some basics like spices, etc.. There was not even salt or pepper, so if you plan to cook at all, bring everything! There was plenty of dishware and cookware and a coffemaker and toaster, as well as a blender. The lock on the side entrance was a bit funky so only used the garage entrance due to concerns about security. Most of the bedroom rugs had stains, but overall the unit was very clean. Wildwood itself seems stuck in the 50's and in need of a facelift, but maybe for some that's part of the charm. Probably would have opted for North Wildwood or Wildwood Crest had I been more familiar with the area.

Great stay!
The property is beautiful- great location to beach and attractions. We had a great time with my whole family and worked out perfectly for young kids. The owners were very nice and answered all questions. Hope to be back!

Just loved it!
I have stayed at many VRBO properties and have become accustomed to seeing one thing and getting another. But not with this property. The pictures actually don't do it justice. The property is super clean and convenient to many amenities. It has everything that you could want...updated décor, many seating options, lovely outdoor space, comfortable sleeping, clean and the owners are wonderful to work with. Garage parking was very much appreciated. Thank you for sharing this lovely property with us.

Our group consisted of four moms and five 11-13 year old daughters. The layout of the house was perfect and exceptionally clean. Everything you could possibly need for your home away from home! Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk and easy ride to Cape May activities. We did quite a bit during our weekend visit but one of our favorites was Game Night at the house! Looking forward to future stays here!

Our stay was great! The place had everything we needed and in the perfect area! The layout was perfect and most of the bedrooms were down the long hallway away from any noise from the livingroom, kitchen space! Laundry room also came in handy! The porch was very nice, plenty of seating to enjoy the weather both during the day or at night. It was great to have keyless access to the garage and doors, no need to worry about keys! This is a great location, close walking distance to dining, miniature golf, boardwalk, beach, etc. Thank you Michael and Maureen for the wonderful stay!!

Great week at the shore
This property was well maintained and clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room was very nice. We hung out on the porch every night and enjoyed the fireworks from there. Overall I would reccomend.

4th of July vacation
Very spacious 4 bedroom condo. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Enjoyed having my morning coffee on the deck. The garage will fit 2 small calls with an extra room in the back for hanging towels and such. Perfect location just a short walk to the boardwalk. Nice conversation with the owner. Definitely will be back next year.

Best we've ever found
Our family just enjoyed a wonderful week in Wildwood. This house is superbly clean and had everything we needed- including supplies for our toddler. Everything was in excellent condition. The neighborhood was quiet and it's a quick walk to the boardwalk. Having 3 car parking was also really helpful.We will definitely rent again next year.

Awsome place
This condo is awesome, plenty of place for 10 (We were 4 adults, 6 childs). The condo is really clean, have plenty of dishes, a big balcony and there were also chair, toys, buggy for the beach. We also use the BBQ one night that is in the backyard. The condo is near boardwalk and beach at walk distance. I would suggest only one thing and is to improve the wifi. We were 10, and maybe 10 too at the upper condo for the same wifi. The wifi really does not have the necessary strength for that amount of people in 2018, it almost never work when we were searching for activities or place for dinner. We are from canada and have better speed for a single family of 4, like 50mps/50mps minimum.

One of our best family vacations!
We stayed for one week with our family of 5. The location was great, very close to the beach and boardwalk. The home was well stocked and comfortable. The owners were easy to connect with also. We would definitely consider returning to this home with our family.

GREAT CONDO, GREAT LOCATION
this unit is 1 1/2 blocks to the boardwalk, the beach and walking distance to the convention center. Unit was in great condition, 4 nice size bedrooms and parking for 3 cars. Mike was great to work with and we had no issues at all. Thanks for a great condo on Jersey Shore Wildwood.

Fantastic property close to the boardwalk
My family had a wonderful week in Wildwood and found this condo to be one of the best we have ever rented. The condo and furnishings were beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you would need and had plenty of utensils available so that you were not constantly washing dishes. The outside showers and beach equipment made a day at the beach easy and convenient and the walk to the boardwalk was close enough for the youngest and oldest members of our family. Mike was very easy to work with and provided a condo that really helped us all relax and enjoy our vacation. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo. Lots of room for everyone! Nice grill in back yard. Outside patio was large and roomy for all. Kitchen had all the amenities of home. Only wish there was another full bed in lieu of the twins and bunks

We had a fantastic stay in Wildwood this past August! Close to everything, beautiful condo, pleanty of room, clean and comfortable. Great Deck! Haven't had delivery since we moved from philly! Hope to make this our summer vacation place every year! Priced perfectly! Everything was as nice as it's listing suggested.
