Dieses schöne Privathaus in der malerischen Strandstadt Cayucos an der zentralen Küste Kaliforniens spiegelt Wärme, Charme und Freizeit wider. Das separate Gästehaus macht es zum idealen Feriendomizil für Ihre Großfamilie. Eine private Treppe führt Sie direkt zum Strand.
Das Haupthaus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Doppelbetten und zwei Etagenbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer), zwei Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Viking Commercial Herd / Backofen, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Grill, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin , Holzböden, astige Kiefernvertäfelungen und Balken sowie ein Vorderdeck mit Blick auf den Pazifik.
Das Gästehaus verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer (Kingsize-Bett), ein Queensize-Schlafsofa vor dem Kamin im Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, eine Terrasse und einen Grill.

We enjoyed the stay. The property has a great view of the ocean and is close to town.

This home was great for our family get together. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, oils, etc.. It is walking distance to some restaurants. We enjoyed playing frisbee on the beach. The fireplace added a cozy feeling, and we were plenty warm without touching the thermostat.

You can’t beat the beachfront location of this cozy cabin-like home. Perfect for our family gathering. Beautifully clean and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking the family meals. Morning coffees on the deck watching the waves created perfect Zen moments!

Had the most amazing time at this gorgeous rental right on the beach! Walked for miles on the beach, enjoyed the sunset every evening, and either made dinner in the lovely kitchen or walked the short distance to nearby restaurants for dinner. My friends and I had a wonderful time!

It couldn't have been any better. Perfect weather and perfect patio. Walk down to the beach every morning. Great sea life watching. Staying there with the couple in the back house worked out awesome. Thank you!

This house was amazing! It was myself, my husband and our daughter. There was plenty of room for us plus a second home if you have a larger family. The house was clean and well stocked and it was right on the beach with your own beach access. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and safe. It is the perfect place for a family, To come and relax and enjoy the ocean you won’t be disappointed! Our host was available to answer any questions and was very nice! I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home! You won’t be disappointed!

Family of 10 stayed for a week and all enjoyed the house amenities and location. On beach and within 10 minute walk to town. House was as described and in photos and everything in good shape and well supplied. With the main house and adjacent guest house there was plenty of room for all. Area between housed was gated and great for small children’s play area. This is the fourth house we have used in Cayucos and we would definitely use again.

This is a second Family Vacation gifted by my Mom. She cried when she walked in. My Mom who is 89 had a chance to enjoy the family festivities from the deck - which was a blessing! The house had plenty of room and the private stairway to the beach was the highlight for the whole family!! Thanks for being a part of our Family Vacation.

We had a wonderful multi generational family vacation!!! Amazing beach! With climbing rock right on beach. Kids had lots of independence and opportunities to experience the California beach marine tidal creatures. Boogie boarding and more!! Can’t wait to come back!
