The house was great. It was our second stay here. We felt away from it all but still so close to town. We came up for the disc golf courses and were not disappointed - so many in this area.

The house was great, just as expected. Quiet location but close to anything we needed. All of the kitchen tools and dishes, etc that you could want. Great grill! We loved our time here and enjoyed the deck and fire pit as well. Clean and well stocked!

This property is well maintained and very clean. Great location with easy access to many local parks and lake access. The house is stocked with everything you need to make it a carefree visit. Hope to stay again next year!

The property is better than we expected. Each of us were impressed with the house even though we stayed outside most of the time. We went there to catch fish, and the lake did not disappoint. And, to top everything off, the weather was PERFECT all week long. We want to go back next year!!

My husband and I stayed a few days here. The house is immaculate, one of the cleanest houses we’ve stayed at. The owners provided us with all of the essentials. The house would be a good fit for couples or a small group of folks. The surrounding area is beautiful and very quiet. If you’re looking for a relaxing and restful getaway this is the place for you.

This cabin on Hamlin Lake was a nice getaway. Nice location, close enough to Ludington to do some window shopping but far enough away to get some privste relaxation time. Great experience all around

We loved our short stay, wished it could have been longer. Beautiful view off back deck. Very quiet. Caught some salmon. Played some Bean Bag toss. Very relaxing. The ladies went shopping in Ludington while the guys were fishing. We would recommend this property. Hope to try this again next year. Loved it. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We most definitely enjoyed this property. so much as that we are renting it again next summer! Only minor details that might need future attention. Barbecue Grill should be replaced, showing at the end of its operating potential, Couch and Love seat showing significant wear and tear. Everthing else Very Good :)

Beautiful property, spacious and clean. Everything you need is already there. The view of the bay is spectacular. The wildlife is abundant. Close to the State Park and beautiful beaches. Second year here would definitely come again!

Second time staying in this house. Enjoyed the deck and BBQ and the huge yard. Love the master bedroom bathroom! Only things keeping it from being perfect is the lack of A/C and dishwasher.

Perfect for a week getaway!

Comfortable and perfect place to unwind with friends or family. Enjoyed bike riding in the area and sunsets at Long Skinny park nearby. The hosts are most accommodating and helpful as well.

The house was nicely stocked and very clean. Furnishings were nice with plenty of towels. Deck and backyard area were quiet and the views were beautiful. Easy access to many parks, trails and of course the lakes. Could not have been happier with this property. Hope to stay there again!

Stayed there with family for a local wedding we attended. Worked out great. Plenty of room. Much better than a hotel!

The house is clean and it easily accommodated 6 adults. We enjoyed the large deck with a nice view of the bayou. Great location of the house as it's near downtown Ludington and the State Park. The appliances and grill worked great. We recommend that you use the Hamlin Township Boat Launch at the end of the road for kayaks/paddle boards. We made some lasting memories at Duneview as we hadn't seen our family for several months.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable home very much. The area surrounding the pier was swampier than expected so we did not dock our boat, but boat launch is 1/2 mile down the road. I enjoyed the view very much. Very relaxing and peaceful. We would stay again for sure.

We wanted a secluded, private cabin to get away from it all and this was perfect. You will only see people if you leave the cabin. The state park, a 5-minute drive away, is stunning. The evenings on the bayou listening to the frogs, crickets and birds were so relaxing. If you have young kiddos, bring them a playmate and/or activities; there's not a whole lot for kids to do without leaving the cabin. However, the adjacent bedrooms upstairs are perfect for parents and children. My only disappointment was the jacuzzi style tub was out of order, however the owner did communicate this to me prior to booking. And it would have been lovely if the fireplace in the living room was usable, but overall, a fantastic property.

The house was exactly what we were looking for a place to unwind. We loved the beautiful private back yard and the close proximity to lake Michigan and hiking. We even took a day trip up north to kayak crystal river and it was a beautiful two hour drive up the coast. The house had everything we needed and Kathy was easy to communicate with.

We just spent a week at Duneview lakefront cabin and enjoyed it a great deal. The cabin is very clean and well stocked. We had great weather and enjoyed eating on the deck and watching the critters, nothing like a bald eagle to get you pumped up. Water level was low in the bayou so we couldn't get our boat to the dock, but owner has no control over it. Great place to relax and unwi

The house was very nice and clean. The deck and backyard were so beautiful and serine. Perfect up north getaway. The bayou was perfect for the kids to kayak. Close to beaches and downtown, yet the feeling of being away from the hustle. Thank you Kathy for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful time the cottage is so lovely. We enjoyed being so close to nature but with beautiful accommodations. We enjoyed the views from the porch, we spent hours just listening to the breeze and watching the lake/bayou.

Had a blast. Went to Ludington salmon fishing. House was perfect. Very well equipped. From the grill to the bonfire pit the outside deck and a very large dining room table for games. Very secluded and peaceful. Beds and furniture were comfortable. House is well stocked with all the extras. Will definitely be back there again thanks

The house was very clean! Had a nice bonfire pit and very impressive deck. Wished we would have been on part of the lake where we could've swam and fished off the dock. Otherwise it was a fantastic property! We had a great time!
