Multiple times staying in this lovely home and it never disappoints. Only a short walk to downtown and the waterway with local shopping. Close to beaches and attractions as well. The king bed is super comfy and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with all you need if you prefer to cook meals in. The front porch is awesome to hang out on and relax. This is one of our top spots to vacation!

This is a home built in 1932 and has some of the original woodwork. It's beautiful, very comfortable, two bedrooms with attached bathrooms. There is also a sifa bed. Location is excellent for walking to diwntown historic Swansboro as well as a short drive to public Atlantic Ocean beaches. Only about a half-hour drive to Camp Lejeune if you're visiting a Marine. Very, very wonderful visit!

Amazing historical home tucked away in one of coastal Carolina's hidden gems. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants and quaint waterfront shops and just to the beach! One of my best long weekend getaways ever!

Great Vacation!
This is the cutest home. All decorated in homey beach theme! Short walk to the waterfront where you can relax and listen to music, eat dinner, or shop!

Exactly the relaxing getaway I was looking for!
This was the cutest little beach house! It was so relaxing, right next to the shops and the water. Lisa was incredibly helpful and made herself very available, ensuring that our stay was as easy and comfortable as possible! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great cottage close to the Emerald Island
This cottage is great for a family or a group of four. Two nice size bedrooms with attached bathroom in each. Beds are very comfortable. Living and dining rooms are actually larger than they appeared in the photos. Ceilings are high and fans everywhere great for cooling. whole house is nicely decorated in the beach theme. It is in the tiny historic area of Swansboro with restaurants and shops just a minute away. It is a 7 minute drive to the Hammocks Beach State park ferry and 15-20 min drive to the beaches on the Emerald Island. Highly recommend this place.

Slice of Heaven!
We absolutely loved our stay! Lisa was fantastic, answering our questions quickly. The house was clean, well organized and decorated so nicely! We found it well stocked with necessities for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we had plenty of space and storage for our family of 4. The location was fabulous as well, a short walk to the candy and ice cream shop as well as an easy drive to the Emerald Isle beaches and our favorite part, Hammocks Beach SP and their ferry over to Bear Island! We are already counting down for our next trip down! 😁

Lovely Cottage
We had an amazing time in Swansboro. This home felt so comfy and had everything we needed. Still recovering from injuries this home allowed me to get around with no problems. My son loved how spacious the whole house was. The beachy decor is very pleasing. Will definitely return.

Lovely home!
We really enjoyed our stay in the historical district of Swansboro! The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors friendly and the home is within walking distance to many restaurants and boutiques:) It was rainy a few days due to the tropical storm, but it was so nice to sit on the porch! Loved the white wicker furniture! The house is decorated beautifully, as another reviewer stated, “beachy shabby chic”. All my favorite colors as well. Thanks again, Lisa!

Hidden gem of the crystal coast
Such a beautiful house and area in historic Swansboro. Great eateries and cute boutiques just steps from the front door. *pro tip- candy shop downtown is a must for the kids and adults too. Ice-cream was delish 😋 also less than 10 min from Hammockbeach state park and the ferry to bear island is a total secret treasure. House had tons of the essentials. We didn't need to bring anything other than food and toiletries. A/C worked great as well.

Charming Cottage
My husband and I stayed in this charming cottage for four nights. It is in a perfect location and the decor is what I would call beachy shabby chic. Very fitting for the area. Our stay was very enjoyable!

Great location. Quiet except for guns firing on the Camp Lejeune ranges.
Great except for lack of basic household items like dish soap, Kleenex, bathroom soap or bath wash. Just things you would expect to be provided. Otherwise I would stay here again knowing that I had to bring those items with me.

Charming Cottage in Historic Swansboro
It was a lovely Thanksgiving getaway for my husband and me! The house is quite comfortable, well stocked with what you need, and charmingly decorated. It’s in a great location very near to shops and restaurants, but on a quiet street. We had excellent communication with the property manager and everything was as promised. The cottage sleeps four but has ample outside space for up to 8 if you have visitors over. I would definitely go back for another visit!

Lovely Swansboro Cottage
We had a great stay in this cottage in Swansboro over Christmas. The house is historic with beautiful hardwood floors. It has a main area open layout and a double master suite bedroom arrangement. Huge yard on a quiet street. Swansboro is a charming little town on the inland waterway with great shops and restaurants and close to Emerald Isle beaches. You will really enjoy your stay, Lisa was very communicative and easy to work with. We will be back!

Wonderful experience!
Original hardwood floors and ten foot ceilings greet you as you enter this charming home. Beautifully decorated, just moments from historic Swansboro and all it has to offer. It has everything from rocking chairs on the front porch to relax and read as well as a fully stocked kitchen should you want to enjoy a home-cooked meal. This home has the character of a home built in the 30’s but has every modern convenience! Will definitely stay here again while visiting our son!

Lisa was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond for us. The only time I was unhappy was when I had to say goodbye. 😢.

A wonderful home and great experience.
Lisa was lovely to work with. She communicated easily and quickly, and was generous and helpful. The home itself was wonderful. Clean and very well appointed. We stayed for two weeks and loved it. The beds were comfortable, the linen was nice, the kitchen is more than stocked for cooking needs, and everything worked well. The location is also great - quiet but in walking distance to all that historic Swansboro has to offer. And as an added bonus the neighbors were friendly. I would highly recommend.

Second stay with a third stay possible in the future
The cottage is comfortable and located within a very short walking distance from the waterfront. Lisa, the property manager, is very attentive. This year when we had internet speed issues upon check-in, she responded to our emails immediately and came over to troubleshoot the situation.

Nice coastal country 2 BR cottage in downtown Swansboro. Was perfect for hosting our adult kids coming back home for Christmas when our own home was still storm damaged. Lisa had excellent communications and the house was nicely equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with our two children and were very happy with the place. It is perfect for four people. The home is lovely and walking distance to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. There is a nice front porch for shade and back deck for sun. Swansboro is a charming town. Highly recommend this rental.
