My husband and I have stayed in this hotel several times for weekend get-a-way at the coast. This time we had some issues as the property was not up to the standards we normally experienced at this motel. First, only one elevator worked and it made annoying sounds when the doors open and closed. Second we noticed our room had not been cleaned when we returned around 4 PM Saturday. I called to the front desk and the lady apolagized but there was nothing she could because the housekeeping staff left the hotel for the day. Third, we found what looked like ice cream stains on the carpet in the stairwell. Last found that not all channel HBO etc worked on TV had limited channels options. My husband called to front desk and the front desk lady offered us to move to another room in the same floor. We did it. We expect better experince next time.

Our stay here was a one night. Very enjoyable, and relaxing. We had a good nights rest, awesome breakfast buffet. They put a lot of thought into every little detail which made it feel comfortable. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back.

We needed a dog friendly place to stay during our beach trip. Although the hotel is expensive, it did allow us to bring our dog along and he loved his trip to the beach.

Easy to find. Close to local restaurants. Good parking. Rooms are a little outdated, stains on chairs and rugs. Chairs outside patio were broken. Lobby clean. Loved the hot coffee water and cookies! Jewel welcomed us in. She was very sweet and accommodating. Breakfast was good first morning. Young girl was very nice. Had everything filled and hot. 2nd morning, we came down same time as day before 9:30. No oatmeal, all cleaned up. Potatoes and sausage gone. No cinnamon roll waffle batter, all toppings were cleaned up. We asked the older gentleman who was working there where everything was. He stated he only made 2 cups of oatmeal because he threw the rest away the day before. He was not there the day before the young girl was. 9:45 he took the coffee and hot water away. 4 people came down right after us looking for food also and asked why things were cleaned up before 10:00! We were there 2 years prior and liked it. Wasn’t as nice this time!
