This home has 5 bedrooms and the ability to sleep 14! Plenty of space for everyone!
Waterdance ist eine schöne Halb-Duplex in der Nähe von Lake Dillon in Frisco. Mit 5 Schlafzimmer, 3. 5 Bäder und die Fähigkeit zu 14 Personen in einem 3-Ebene Grundriss schlafen, dieses Gerät gibt wirklich Ihre Familie und Freunde die Möglichkeit, sich auszubreiten und zu ihren eigenen Raum. Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, WLAN-Internetanschluss, Gasgrill auf dem Deck und private Wäschemöglichkeiten. Bettwäsche geht Königin im Schlafzimmer, Königin im zweiten Schlafzimmer, Königin im dritten Schlafzimmer, zwei Zwillinge im vierten Schlafzimmer und zwei Gruppen von zwei Etagenbetten im fünften Schlafzimmer. Eine zusätzliche Königin Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gibt einen privaten, befestigt Garage für 2 Fahrzeuge, so dass in den Morgen Ihr Auto ist warm, trocken und bereit zu gehen. Nach dem Schlagen der Piste den ganzen Tag zu sehen, besuche viele Restaurants und Nachtleben in der Innenstadt von Frisco, einen Katzensprung entfernt.

Everything was very clean upon arrival. More than enough kitchen items for everything that we needed.

The place was clean, updated, and very good for our needs. All beds were comfortable, parking was easy. The place was solid, would book again, 100%.
The downstairs area can be cold, but there is a separate thermostat, so make sure you adjust that if it gets too cold down there.

There are details about the house that could be nicer but their present condition helps keep the price down and did nothing to diminish our family’s enjoyment.

The tvs in the property were terrible quality. And having to stay inside from altitude Illness made it hard. They were from the early 90’s maybe. Picture was terrible.
The cleanliness of sheets were fine but towels were old and possible just dried and folded back, didn’t seem clean.
The carpets are very dated and dirty from age and wear. Picked up, yes but very dated. The worst was the cob webs and general
Dust on the fixtures blinds and doors. A good deep cleaning needs done!!
The space is great, large and spacious enough for all guests to seperate but also gather.
Walks and deck are not taken care of weather wise, so be careful if traveling with older guests.

Overall stay was fine. We stayed in alot due to altitude illnesses.

The location was nice and close to the marina so we were able to walk there. Traffic was bad because of construction. House needs a deep cleaning and it was very sparse on basic essentials- we were short on towels and toilet paper and basic supplies. Beds need an upgrade House is spacious and met our needs in that regard.

This was the perfect property for multiple families we had four adults and five children and everyone was comfortable. Well equipped unit. Would stay here again with friends.

There was 12 of us and we all had plenty of room and a great time. It's around the corner from the Frisco Marina and just a short walk to Main Street.

Big house for big family
Loved this house, had 11 people (4 kids) and everyone slept comfortably. Only thing I wish was that it had a hot tub because the deck looks like it can handle it and the twin bed have the option to turn it into a king bed. Then it would be a 5 star rating. Also need tv's in every room.

Bigger than we imagined!
The unit was easy to get into and it accommodated us nicely. The large kitchen and sunny breakfast table was a highlight. With each floor having its private sitting areas, it's ideal for 3 different families. The unit was clean and well equipped. I recommend this property and would stay there again.
