Leaving. Room wasn't up to par.

Room obviously wasn't ready as the AC was non-functioning when we arrived. The room was sweltering hot. We notified the point of contact for the room immediately and was advised they were sending a repairman. They also offered us another room, which was described as a 5-minute walk. The repairman arrived and tried to fix the AC unit. When he couldn't, we offered that he take his time and fix it while we would be out for dinner. We returned to the room 2.5 hours later and the AC unit was still non-serviceable. No one notified us that they couldn't fix it. We used the fan provided but the room was still too hot to sleep. We opened the window which let mosquitos in that bit us all night. It was a dreadful experience. Changing rooms, while a nice gesture, didn't work for us as we already parked 10 minutes away and had to drag our luggage from the nearest parking lot across cobblestone streets. We were informed a Customer Service Rep would contact us to discuss our negative experience, but after more than 10 days they have never contacted us. Avoid this place. Not worth the hassle. The room also needs a serious deep cleaning as the odor upon entry is nauseating.

The concept is more akin to Airbnb, rather than a hotel. The room was stylish, clean, airy, perfectly located and easy to access. We had problems with the access code working and called the 24hr number and a solution was found immediately. The staff couldn’t be faulted.

Some of the tech in the room was a little too clever for its own good and the AC didn’t really work. We opted for the breakfast and were very disappointed with the quality. There are so many local cafes, in hindsight we should have just used these.

The location is super great. The suit was very clean and comfort. The staff is great .

Porte d’entrée de la suite peu rassurante car la serrure ne s’enfonçait pas complètement, on a failli se blesser gravement avec le cale porte manquant, et la vis apparente, des projections de produit nettoyant n’étaient pas bien essuyées dans les wc, literie bof bof

Le studio est absolument splendide est très spacieux ! Le bain à bouillonnement est génial et très confortable La localisation en coeur de presqu'île est très appréciable également.

...du coup on remarque les petits défauts : ampoule du hall qui clignote, douche qui s'écoule mal. Et le petit dej aurait pu être plus équilibré : j'aurait préféré un sandwich de moins, et pain/confiture/viennoiserie en plus. Mais rien de bien grave au final

Un emplacement idéal, un service de réservation au top ! La petite cheminée est un petit plus qui amène son petit effet . Nous avons aimé le miroir au plafond.

Ce type de prestation et le look totalement Black de la chambre demande une prestation de ménage impeccable et ce n'était pas le cas .
