We have stayed in several condo buildings in the area and this unit was our favorite! Just beautiful and classy! Perfectly located by Florabama and close to the parking garage.

This is a nicely appointed unit with just a few issues. The floors were white tile and very dirty. I don’t think they’ve been mopped in quite a while. My grandaughter’s feet were black the first night we arrived from just running around in the unit a while. The sink in the master bath was almost stopped up—very slow running. Each bath also has only one sink—an odd design choice and somewhat inconvenient. And the bed in the second king room was extremely uncomfortable—an old springs type mattress. Being on the second floor, the unit looks directly out on the large patio where people grill and eat and hang out. So you’re right in the middle of things, but condo rules are strict about quiet after 10 pm so it was ok. The Flora Bama is right next door and their music is definitely audible in the unit when it’s playing. Maybe the online listing should include info about the unit location. If you’re looking for a party, you’ll find it here! Parking was very convenient in the onsite deck and folks at the front desk were very helpful.

This property was perfectly placed!! The 2nd floor is our favorite. Close to parking, close to stairs, close to the elevator if needed! I can’t compliment the decor and design enough! The beds were a dream! The beach access, the beautiful pool, the scrumptious restaurants within walking distance are perfect! Drinks from the Flora-Bama beach bar…so convenient and yummy! I never stay at the same condo from year to year, but this one might change that!!

EVERYTHING WAS DECORATED NICE. THE ONLY BAD THING WAS THE BEDS WERE SO HARD. BRING A MATTRESS TOPPER WITH YOU BUT IT WAS STILL SO WORTH IT. VERY CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING. COVERED PARKING. IT WAS WONDERFUL.

We had a great stay. It was a little chaotic at first only because we have not stayed here before and did not know the check in procedures. It seems I gave a copy of my DL about 4 times and the parking passes were very confusing. We purcheased online only to have to give all the information again once we got there. The property was beautiful and staff wer awesome. My elderly mom wanted to sit in a chair at the pool (rather than a lounge chair) and the staff was very accommodating. I'd love to rent here again. _

We stayed in this exact condo in July 2022 and July 2023. It is one of our favorites. Walking distance to flora bama and we never had to ride elevator to get to the beach because it is only on the second floor. We still had a wonderful view of ocean from the balcony as well. The only thing I noticed from two years stay is the mattresses must have been replaced in two rooms and were not comfortable as the year before. I like soft beds and they were hard. This is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. It even smells so clean when you walk in to check in. Check in process is so simple and any needs are just a text away.

First off, the location was fantastic, quick to the beach, quick to your car in the garage, etc... A few things that I think the owner could do to make the stay a bit more enjoyable is to put some sort of blackout curtains in the master bedroom as it gets bright around 6:30am, also keep some plastic cups and basic seasonings in the cabinets, just one less thing to have to buy.
I would recommend bringing a sound machine for the master bedroom as the beach/pool/grill area get fairly loud until around midnight-1am. I asked the front desk if they could break up the 20+ teenage boys who were cussing/fighting/etc.. and they said we would have to call the police as it's a public beach. Not the condo owners' fault but bring a sound machine and you'll sleep through any such disturbance.
Beds were extremely comfortable, the Florabama is about 20 steps away from the parking garage so it's easy to go listen to the band and have a few beverages in the evening. The water was the clearest I've ever seen it. One last thing that was frustrating was the chair service on the beach. It was about $120 (4 days of an umbrella and two lounge chairs) a fair price for not having to bring our own to the beach. On day 1 we were in row 2 on the beach and I asked if we'd get moved up to the front row should people leave throughout the week, and he said it all depends on how much you tip. Kinda sucked. Plenty of room to bring your own tent and stuff, I believe we will do that next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Checking in and getting the parking passes was easy. Unit was very clean and I really appreciated how each of the 3 bedrooms had nice big beds so we didn't have to force an adult in a twin or bunk bed. Nice big balcony. Great location too! We walked back and forth to and from FloraBama MANY times! I didn't realize the parking passes were $60/each but that was probably my fault for just not reading beforehand. Will definitely stay again!

I had to pay 120.00 for two parking passes for the three bedroom condo. My sister rented a two bedroom and she got two passes included with her rental. Not happy at all with that situation.

Perfect family property
We had an amazing time! Perfect for our big family, plenty of beds and even a roll away bed and air mattress. Very clean and kitchen was stocked ! Had one hiccup, the bunk room got a little warm but we reached out to management and they delivered a fan that day! 5 stars!

Awesome family vacation
This condo is located directly on the beach. The balcony overlooks the ocean with a perfect view. It is located on the second floor and I’ve never stayed somewhere where the parking garage was in such a great spot. We parked and literally walked up the ramp right to our condo door. I would stay here again for sure. ❤️

Great location, very clean
Perfect spot to rent a boat during the day, and just walk next door for the best entertainment on the Gulf Coast at Flora Bama. Great time had by all!

Vacation getaway
Enjoyed our stay would recommend having a regular blender. Did have some type of blender that made individual drinks like a ninja type/bullet blender. Other then that we had some issues with toilet not flushing 2 times and dishwasher leaking. Management was responsive to these issues.

The wooden shelf is beautiful but not toddler friendly baby girl head her head on the corner just glad it wasn't her eye

Great condo
We really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix X. It was very clean, had lots of bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. The beds were very comfortable. Future guests should bring extra dish towels and scissors. Sofa was super comfy!

Exceeded expectations
It was a great experience for our first family vacation. Check-in was a breeze. Condo was everything I expected it to be and then some from the pictures I saw. Didn’t have one issue and would recommend to anyone going forward. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully we will be able to book the same condo. Spacious, beautiful scenery, easy access to bottom floor and parking garage. All amenities worked as they should.

Beach Vacation with a View
We had a great vacation! The condo was very comfortable and the view was wonderful! My only complaint is that the key code was changed early and just as we were in the process of getting all of our stuff out of the condo. The early key code change was really an issue in getting our stuff out of the condo on time.

Great Property, interesting staff
The property itself was fantastic. It was very clean and spacious and easily slept six people. However, you also have to buy parking passes to stay at this place and for two cars it added some unexpected costs. The cleaning staff was banging on our door at 8 AM when checkout was at 10 and they stood right outside our door knocking every couple of minutes to see if we had left.

1st time in Perdido Key area
The property was as pictured. Hurricane Sally recovery is still occurring. We understood at the time of booking, this was only in the outdoor pool area, and we knew because of Covid-19, other indoor areas were restricted. We did not know that the HOA was entering the unit unannounced at 7:45 AM with contractors to do work inside the unit. After several attempts to coordinate with HOA and insurance adjusters arriving on their whim, we requested a change. Alabama Getaway Vacations (AGV) went above and beyond to relocate us on short notice. 5 stars to AGV and their 24/7 staff.

Beautiful beach, great location
We had a great stay, the condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated. All three bedrooms are very comfortable and so is the living area. The pool is being completely redone right now and it is right below the condo, it looks like this project could take awhile but there is an indoor pool. We would stay here again!
