We hit a bit of a bump with check in process, but Richards daughter was able to remedy. He was great at checking in during the week and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. Would def. stay here again - it’s a great location between the beach and bay and restaurants. Thanks again Richard!

Once again we had a fantastic family vacation! Rich’s house is perfect for our family and he always responds to questions/concerns in a timely manner. We will certainly be back again next year!!

We have been vacationing as a family of 4 (plus 2 small dogs) on LBI for over 10 years, and have always struggled to find rentals that are pet-friendly but not in a ‘crappy’ condition.... well this house was fantastic —- although it is on a somewhat busy corner (watch out for the turning traffic from Central Ave.), inside the house is very comfortable and remarkably quiet - central air is a huge plus, and the 2 bathrooms are very clean and nice. Landlord was very nice to deal with and we had a great time and would definitely rent again. Chris B.

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation to LBI. Richard was a wonderful host and communicated with us in a timely manner as needed. The house was welcoming, spacious and clean! We will certainly be returning next summer.
