"Sea Anemone" Beautiful and Spacious, Great for Large Groups, Amazing Pool Area!
Dieses geräumige, zweistöckige Stadthaus ist ideal für große Familien oder Gruppen. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und 1 Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche befinden sich im 1. Stock. Die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer befinden sich im 2. Stock. Eines der Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, während das andere über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Doppelbett verfügt. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Bereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Queen-Size-Bett aus Memoryschaum. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen und Essen brauchen. Der Poolbereich verfügt über einen Kinder-Spritzschutz und einen größeren Pool. Um den Poolbereich stehen BBq-Boxen und -Tische zur Verfügung. Dieser Ort ist nur 3 - 5 Minuten Fahrt vom Strand und der Schlitterbahn entfernt. Einige Restaurants und andere Geschäfte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen (nur auf der anderen Seite des Zauns um den Poolbereich). Dies ist eine End-Gerät mit extra Fenster und 2 reservierte Parkplätze und zusätzliche Gäste vor Ort direkt vor Ihrer Haustür. Flachbildfernseher befinden sich in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer. Internet und Kabel sind vorhanden.

Family of 30, homes were close together property was very clean and homes were super nice. Pool was super nice and clean as well.

We really liked the property, and the owners were so helpful when we needed to change dates etc. we spoke to her personally and she was warm and welcoming. We were very appreciative that we were able to make the changes needed and liked the location. The home was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall our stay was very good. However there was one thing that made me question the cleanliness of the location. When we first arrived to the house all of the small children took off their shoes and played with each other for about an hour. Their feet were black with dirt from running around in the floor barefoot. It made me wonder if the floors were so dirty what else was. Hopefully it was just the floor other than that everything else was nice.

Summer Fun at its finest
This was a great property for our family stay. Great location from beach access with 5 minute drive. Splash pool was a hit as well. Beds were comfortable. We absolutely would repeat our stay again.

The place was decent but missing a few items and not the best upkeep. Beds weren't the most comfortable and TV remotes were not all working. Overall, decent stay but didn't feel like it offered value for money.

Vacay with my family
From booking our stay back in January to today July 24th being our last day this home was comfy home away from home. Randy was great with getting information about the check in/out process the week prior to our stay, as well as when we arrived we couldn't get the wifi to connect and Randy called as soon as he was free to do so and got us linked. The property was super home-y and was within a short drive to alot of local tourist attractions. The Selena museum was everything I hoped it to be, the Texas State aquarium was a blast for the whole family. Thank you Randy for an amazing stay.

Wonderful
Check in was easy. Everything we needed was in the home. Super cute decor and plenty of space for 5 adults and five kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wifi was great. The water pressure was amazing. Close to everything! Randy was super responsive when I sent messages. We truly felt at home and everyone had a blast. Thank you guys so much!

It’s all about location and this property is perfect due to how close to the beach it is. If I had one con it would be that the dumpsters need a more robust pickup schedule during peak season.

Nice condo with comfy beds and good A/c. The pool was heated on the day we checked in which was nice. Good pool and playground for kids. Right down the street from the beach. Would definitely book again.

amazing trip & rental!!
My group and I really enjoyed staying at Randy's listing. The booking and check in process was super easy & we had no problem reaching Randy for help. The area has a 6ft adult pool thats not pictured and that area was super chill and relaxing to hang out at after the beach. The place could have used some trash bags but good thing we brought our own. Everything else was clean and ready when we got there. Great rental that accomodates a large group, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Pleasantly surprised that the house was more spacious than it seemed from the pictures. Had a wonderful time at the beach, only a short drive from this property. There wasn’t enough toilet paper or trash bags, luckily we brought some with us.

Family or Friends Getaway
This was the perfect house for our family get together of 5 adults to play games, relax on multiple beaches all within 10 minutes of the house then come back and cool off in a great pool we almost always had to ourselves. Would be great for kids, too.

Very nice place to stay and very centrally located on North Padre.
We stayed at Nemo Cay and had great accommodations. We need a bigger place next year or we would have rented the same unit, but we did find another one at Nemo Cay that has more bedrooms which we will need. We like the area and the cleanliness of it and the nice pool area and the fact that it’s centrally located on North Padre. We had a couple things we needed to get fixed and Randy was quick to come by and take care of them. He was always available in case we needed anything.

Great condo-spacious & close to beach. Good amenities with playground, pool & location.
Enjoyed our stay. We had 8 adults & 2 small children& never felt cramped. The large sectional in the living room was big enough for all of us to relax @ watch tv. Overall great accommodations. Only suggestion would be it could use a deep cleaning. Also saw several small roaches, so pest control is needed. Playground was great for the 19 month old & 2 1/2 year old.
We needed a high chair, which was listed in the description, but Randy brought one quickly when we let him know it wasn’t there.

Great place, but housekeeping not so great
We had a great weekend, the place was nice, and very spacious. Our 1 & 3 year old loved the pool! The beach was a short drive down the road. Outlets for tv weren’t working on arrival, called Randy and he came right over to fix it. He was very friendly. The only bad part was the cleanliness of the place. The kids toys rolled under the couch and when we retrieved it there was tons of dust, crumbs and water bottle caps. Same for under the bed. Hair ties from the last guest left on the nightstand upstairs. The worse part was the roaches. A pizza box stayed out for about an hour when we were watching a movie, and when we opened it there was a roach. They would attack anything left out so we kept our food in our vehicle or fridge. Very disappointing after paying a hefty cleaning fee. Would stay again if they went with a better cleaning crew, and pest control.

Great place. Not crowded with 9 of us. Clean & well stocked. Missed the Kurig coffee maker. Pool crowded & unmanaged but nice after the rowdy crowd left. Owners quick to respond & nice.

Beautiful and very relaxing!!
Randy truly cares about his renters. We had a situation with the original place we were supposed to stay at & he went above & beyond to fix the problem. He went & checked on us, gave us safety tips & informed us of things to do/see around us. The condo was beautiful. We felt right at home and were able to relax on our vacation. Definitely recommend these condos!

North Padre Island Vacation
First time to this area of Texas. Had few extra days prior to a cruise from Galveston for extended family. Perfect location only few hours away from Houston . We loved exploring Padre Island National Seashore and local beach. . We would recommend this unit with nice pool . Family jogged near unit and felt safe . Thanks
