Willkommen in unserem komplett renovierten Ferienhaus mit 80 Meter Seeufer, das ganzjährig geöffnet ist! Unser Ferienhaus hat so viel zu bieten. Wetter Sie kommen für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub, einen Angelausflug oder einen Familienurlaub, dieses Ferienhaus ist Ihre Antwort! Gelegen in der malerischen Stadt Mayville in Whitney Bay. Dieses Gebiet ist bekannt für sein reichhaltiges Angeln, eines der besten Angelgebiete am See.
Unser Ferienhaus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock und ein komplett eingerichtetes Loft im zweiten Stock, das im März 2018 gerade renoviert wurde. Ein Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett (für 2) und das andere Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten (für 4 Personen). Das Schöne daran ist, dass unser Ferienhaus das Potenzial hat, 3 zusätzliche Personen im Dachgeschoss (ohne Tür) mit 3 Betten zu schlafen. Das Loft ist ein sehr funktionaler Raum für zusätzliche Gäste. Das Ferienhaus bietet Platz für bis zu 9!
Es gibt eine voll funktionsfähige Küche und einen Esstisch für 8-9 Personen. Eine schöne abgeschirmte Veranda mit Korbmöbeln und einem runden Spieltisch mit einem perfekten Blick auf den See. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Deck mit einer schönen Sitzgelegenheit und einem Gasgrill, der mit Propan ausgestattet ist, so dass Versammlungen im Freien möglich sind und der schöne Garten, der zu einem langen Dock führt (saisonal), genutzt wird. Vergessen Sie nicht, Holz zu sich zu nehmen, während Sie den großen Garten genießen. Machen Sie es sich auf den Adirondack-Stühlen gemütlich, die unseren Feuerring umgeben.

Gerne können Sie Ihr Boot auch während Ihres Aufenthalts an unserem privaten Steg befestigen. (Juni - Mitte Oktober) Die Wassertiefe um unser Dock ist mindestens 4'-5 'hoch, sodass das Anlegen Ihres Bootes kein Problem darstellt. Hast du kein eigenes Boot? Keine Sorgen machen! Rund um den See gibt es viele Bootsverleihmöglichkeiten. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch einen einfachen Bootsanleger Zugang um die Ecke kostenlos.
Wir sind nur 10 Minuten von der süßen Stadt Mayville, die fast alles hat, was Sie brauchen würden. Eine 10 Minuten Fahrt (5 Minuten mit dem Boot) nach Bemus Point und nur ein paar Minuten Fahrt zum Chautauqua Institute. Es gibt wenig, was Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes vermissen werden! We spent 4 nights at this lovely cottage over Labor Day. Every year we look for a base of operations while we visit family and this was ideal for us.
Peaceful lake views, tastefully decorated with both a screened in porch and an outdoor deck. We made use of the fire pit each evening and were treated to Fireworks over the lake one evening.i would highly recommend to any family looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet lake setting.

We rented the house for us and our grown kids and spouses. We also brought the grand pups. Everything was perfect. The house has everything we needed with plenty of room. My husband and son said the fishing was great and the dogs loved watching the geese from the dock. Five ⭐️’s!

We absolutely loved this amazing property to celebrate the 4th of July weekend! This cottage truly had everything we were looking for, lake frontage, dock, fire pit, screened in porch, and privacy. You can tell the owners put a lot of love into redesigning this place to make it feel like a home away from home! Thanks for letting us stay there!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Chatauqua while staying at this quaint property. It’s very conveniently located to the Institution and Bemis Point. We used the dock with our Boat and the launch ramp was just a mile away. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Such a charming lake cottage located in a very quiet peaceful area. We really enjoyed the beautiful view of the bay with the assortment of water birds and even bald eagles gliding over the water. The fishermen had lots of fun catching nice bass right from the dock. We had both sunshine and cool rain and really appreciated the screened porch area. The cottage is decorated with a true relaxing lake vibe and enough room for everyone to gather together. Karen was very helpful with any questions we had! We sure hope to visit again!

Hello Karen, we enjoyed our stay at your clean and beautiful cottage! The weather was bad for fishing, but the use of the dock and lake were perfect! I particularly liked all the small shelving and small ottomans everywhere! Very clean property, nice location.

Beautiful spot on the lake!!! It was quiet and Just as listed! Every where you turned there was a shelf or hook to put something! Great place to fish ! Gpa taught his grandsons how to fish right from the dock🤗!!!! There was plenty of places to sit whether inside on the porch or deck ! Would love to return!!!! TY

My husband, pup, and I loved our stay in this little cabin! It is tucked away in a very quiet area on the lake, about 15 minutes from the nearest grocery store. It was very quiet and private, perfect for a little getaway!

Enjoyed stay at lake house and visiting small towns. Everything is accurate with photos of property. Host communicated promptly. You can tell home owner maintains property and spent money on upgrades such as bathroom. It was great to have full kitchen and laundry too.

The days spent at the cottage were relaxing and enjoyble. Unfortunately the weather was rainy and chilly but we still enjoyed the days at the cottage. The accomadations were clean and comfortable for our family. Enjoyed sitting at the dock watching the water fowl and boats. Would stay there again! Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

Would definitely stay here again. Short drive to Bemus Point or Mayville. Kitchen had everything we needed. Flat lawn great for badminton, corn hole, etc. Communication with owner was easy and straightforward. Only downside to this property is that it is not closer to our home in Philly ;-).

Location great! House clean. Owners response time and recommendations perfect! We rented a pontoon and spent most of our time on the water which was beautiful. Hope to visit the area again.
