We took our 1st trip to Kentucky to visit the Ark and Creation Museum and WOW! It was such a pleasure to stay at this residence. The hosts truly paid attention to all the needed details of the home and made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxed. We throughly enjoyed the abundance of sleeping accommodations, towels, linens and fully stocked kitchen. The home was CLEAN -but not so perfect that we felt uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked really well-which was a big relief for those in the party who were not accustomed to the 90 degree weather. We specifically selected this location due to the handicap accessibility-no stairs. So if you have anyone who prefers a 1 level location-this is for you!! Very easy to enter the home and get where you need to be. The location was perfect- 5 minutes to get to Walmart for any necessities and then a short 18 min drive to get to the Ark! We would 100% recommend.

We loved our stay! It was easily accessible with the key pad. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. We were immediately greeted with a homey and comfortable atmosphere. Everything was thought of from plenty of extra pillows and blankets to board games and cookware and a high chair was already out for us. The rooms were really well designed and the beds were all soft and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit area and the children lived playing in the yard and even found a little patch of black raspberries to snack from. The large dining table to spend quality time together as a family playing games and eating meals. Thank you so much for the lovely experience ! Our only cons were that we wish there had been firewood for our fire or a contact point of somewhere we could get some as we had a hard time finding it to make s'mores.

We are a group of friends who love adventure. We wanted to go to The Ark Encounter. We rented this home for the weekend. It was perfect. Comfortable beds. Nice coffee bar. Plenty of room for 7 ladies. Nice patio with a fire pit to spend the evening relaxing. Very close to The Ark. The kitchen was well stocked stocked. Plenty of towells and blankets. A great place to stay.

We traveled to Kentucky for the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Everything was smooth from the arrival to the departure. Great place for three separate families joining in the adventure. Thank you! I will recommend your place for others visiting the area!

I can't say enough good things about our host and stay. They truly cared about our experience, and the prompt communication and attention to detail was incredible. It was an extremely clean and well cared-for home, and we'll definitely be booking with them again in the future!

we have stayed here before, that's why we came back, loved it the first time. Plenty of sleeping room, eating room, needed more room in the livingroom, didn't get to build our fire pit-got it ready but it rained. Went to the Ark and International Race Horse Museum, shopping was close by too. Altogether an awesome adventure and time together

We had a very nice stay at this conveniently located property. Everything we needed was within a few miles of the home. The property owners were easy to work with, and we had a great time connecting with family during Thanksgiving!

This was a great little house for our trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in it by the cleanliness of it and the style of it. It was a cozy house for our crew of 12, and no one had any complaints about the property. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Ark and 40 minutes to the Creation Museum. It was also just a minute or 2 outside of Dry Ridge that had some good restaurant options. One of which was Beans Cafe, a breakfast cafe and bakery that had awesome donuts! The owner was also very fast to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group traveling to this area.

We did a family reunion with my in-laws and visited the ARK. It was nice having Walmart close and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking necessities! Owners were super helpful as well.

Perfect rental for 3 moms and 6 teens. The teens enjoyed the games provided, threw football outside and we enjoyed meals in the dining room. Home was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed the photograph art throughout the home. Beds slept great and home was cozy. We’d stay again and recommend to others.

We enjoyed our cozy stay at this home that we chose for it’s location between the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It will sleep up to12 comfortably but does not have comfortable seating/space for more than 5 if you are spending time just hanging out together in the home. There is outdoor space but we visited on a rainy weekend. Great beds, linens and towels! Large refrigerator but limited counter space if your doing your own cooking. Coffee bar is a nice addition. Very clean and comfortable.

Every year, my six sisters and I, get together for a long weekend of activities, crafts and relaxing. All of my sisters live in MI, I live in GA. We meet halfway between the two. This year we met in Dry Ridge because we wanted to visit the ARK. It was amazing. We had such a great time staying in your home and exploring the area.

This home was clean with ample space for our family! The host thought of all the amenities to make our stay even more perfect! Convenient to the Ark Encounter (a must see) and a short drive to the Cincinnati Zoo!

We had six adults and it fit us just right. Close the the Ark and other interest we had in the area. It's nice to have a kitchen so we can start our day with coffee and a bit to eat.

What a Great place to stay!!! Easy to get to all the places we came to see. Restaurants close by if you are looking for a quick meal or shopping at the same exit if you want to cook (our group did both). We used all 4 bedrooms and both bathrooms, everything very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, nice dinning area and living room seating with a nice tv made everyone happy. The outdoor seating area was used both nights by our group. Would definitely stay again when we come back to the area.

The house was very clean with plenty of space for our group of 9 adults. it was easy to get to and from I-75, minutes from the Ark Encounter. would definitely recommend it for anyone.

Very good location close to Duncan and Walmart. Like 8 minutes from The Ark and 45 minutes from Cinn Zoo and aquarium. We had so much fun. Very clean and cozy simple decor not super fancy but very comfortable and clean.

Quiet town near the ark encounter. Convenient to the interstate for shopping eating out. House was comfortable and clean. The hosts were readily available and easy to work with. We’d stay here again.

This property is so clean and comfortable. It is a pretty drive to get there and the family who owns it are simply wonderful! The beds are extremely comfortable with plenty of room and extra amenities you just don't get other places. It is conveniently located close to the Ark Encounter and a close drive to the Creation museum. It's beautifully decorated. They thought of everything! Plenty of towels and pillows, there's a high chair, plenty of cookware and dishes. There are games and game consoles in the rooms along with DVDs and big tvs. The patio is nice with a pretty view and a fire pit the kids loved. We were 6 adults and 7 children. There was room to for a couple of air mattresses we brought ourselves for the littles. The bedrooms are spacious as well. Patrick and Brittany are kind and communicate quickly and well. You can tell they put a lot of love into making this a comfortable place for families. We would 10/10 recommend staying there and we know we will stay there again if given the opportunity. There were a lot of laughs and joy had in this sweet home. We hope you have them too!

Family weekend getaway with family (11 members ranging in age from 75-6)Ark was just a short and easy drive away (10 minutes). Very clean property. Had all the amenities we were looking for and what was listed in the rental description. Property was well stocked with towels, wash clothes, bath soap, shampoo, and trash bags. Coffee bar/supplies was a nice treat.

Everything we needed was provided and then some! Everything was clean and the house was well maintained. Communication with the owners was great.

We just got back from a short trip to Kentucky to see the Ark and the creation museum. This house was a perfect location for the Ark, and about 20 minutes away from the museum. It was a lovely house, wonderfully stocked, and Absolutely loved the coffee bar! Would definitely recommend this house to anybody coming to the area!
