We had 6 of us stay in August- the inside of the home was great. Comfortable beds, clean- they supplied so much we werent expecting- laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, toys- kitchen is very well stocked with kids in mind. Our kids loved all the toys.. little tricky to find the door, but once we did, everything was simple. We chose to walk to the parks, from door to gate was about 18 min.. we wpuld def stay again!!

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was just walking distance from Downtown Disney and both parks. Highly recommended!

Great location, walking distance to Disneyland. Very helpful to have a full kitchen, we hosted a few breakfasts with family who live nearby. Lots of room, we were 4 adults a 5 yr old and a 5 month old. Appreciated the washer and dryer. The 5 year old liked the pool. So happy with our decision to choose this property.

There were 6 people in our party. Unfortunately, there were not enough mugs for 6 people. Only 5 chairs in the dining room (the 6th was broken and left in the garage but there were folding chairs in the garage that we were able to use). No vacuum or cleaning supplies. The fire pit propane tank was empty when we arrived and the TV in the living room did not work. You will hear the fireworks from Disneyland every night from inside the house. There is a reason that there are no good pictures of the showers. The shower in the master is tiny and both showerheads are roughly five feet high.
It is a little over a mile to the park entrance which was very convenient.

Perfect for families and distance to Disney saved on parking. Would love to stay again. We stayed for two weeks and we had everything that we needed being away from home.

This property was in an amazing location, 7 min walk to downtown Disney. The complex itself is a bit of a labyrinth. Finding your parking spot/garage/unit was a bit confusing but once you get familiarized with the complex it’s a lot easier to navigate.
Pros- The units themselves are great for families. This one had a master with king + ensuite and 2 bedrooms with single over double with trundles. There’s 1.5 other bathrooms. There’s a crib, playpen, high chair and a few double strollers. Every room has a tv. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need. The garage has beach chairs, sand toys + coolers. The unit has everything you could need for your stay.
Cons- comparatively to the pictures the unit could use a little TLC. The walls are fairly scuffed up, the area rugs + throw pillows could use a refresh, the patio area wasn’t swept + had 3ft weeds, bathroom upstairs has some water damage, paint? in the showers is peeling off + the unit smells a little musty. The portable fans in the bedrooms were full of dust + hair. If you’re over 5’8” you will have to crouch down to shower and use the light switches as they are very low.(great for kids though!) The outlets are also hit or miss, sometimes they work sometimes they don’t or the charging block just falls out. The kitchen could use some reusable containers + a set of knives that actually can cut. Outdoor cameras are a little weird + Funtierland is very strict on it’s/Anaheims rules.
Would stay in this complex again!

The location was great for us. We walked to the tram to save our feet extra steps. We came back from Disneyland around 4 and made our own meals most evenings. The comfortable king sized bed was a bonus and everyone slept well on all the mattresses. There were plenty of extra pillows and bedding as well as bath and beach towels. Nothing fancy but everything was functional. I wish the area overall wasn't so expensive to stay but proximity = $$. In this unit, the shower and tub in the bathrooms need an upgrade. I contacted management to come clean the tub/shower as they were overlooked and they responded quickly. There were enough pots and pans for our needs as well as icepacks in the freezer to keep our lunches cold. There was only pepper, ground coffee, and one other spice in the cupboard and nothing in the fridge so be prepared to buy everything you need to cook. Other units that our families rented from different property management/companies had a lot of spices and extras left to use for cooking and quite a few other fun decor and details. The pool area was ok - it was too cold for us adults to swim but the kids were brave. The hot tub was over-treated during our stay and stripped the color from a few bathing suits and left the kids itchy. Even though the area is packed with units, we weren't bothered by noises from others - yes there was a dog barking at times during the day but we were hardly there. Overall, it was a good experience.

Our group was 3 kids/ 3 adults. April 14-20, 2024. The weather was mild during our stay, so we did not need the AC.
This is an older condo complex and the exteriors of the buildings are getting run down. However the property was tidy.
The interior of the unit could use some touch up here and there. But the furniture was decent and kitchen appliances were newer. The kitchen and linens were well stocked. Despite being older, the unit was very CLEAN!
Communication for check in was good. A couple maintenance issues we had: A leak under the kitchen sink, We couldn't find the remote that turned on the master bedroom light- lightbulb was burnt out, and there were not enough hangers in the closets for 6 people. But those were remedied the next day after we called. (you need to call during the day- they don't answer at night)
Bedside lamps in the kids rooms would be a useful addition.
We understand the need for quiet time hours outdoors in the patio area, but we thought the restriction to even go outside on the patio in the evening- which had security cameras- was a bit much.
The pool area is very nice, but unheated. There is an in-ground spa that was toasty warm.
I think its at least a15 min walk (not 10) to the DL tram- and that's not using the crosswalk, which is a ways down the street.
This condo is probably the closest rental property to Disneyland, no lie. We would stay here again. Close, clean and reasonable price were the most important features for us.

The property is older in a condo like setting. You are a little over a mile to the entrance of Disneyland. The neighbor across from the master bedroom has a dog that they put outside that barks for hours even during quiet hours. Not enough towels. Also no real AC set at 72 degrees and can’t go lower and it gets hot when condo is locked up. There are tiny fans which one does not work. Two rooms are very small. There are Nat bugs everywhere. Overall it is cheaper than the Hotels for a large group but there are sacrifices. Also bring slippers cause you will need them on the hard wood floors since no shoes can be worn in the condo.

Very clean facility/rental. Private parking very close and remote worked perfectly. Decent size for RAV4. 2nd parking open and close. Excellent location close to entrance. Facility well maintained. We very much enjoyed this rental. We will return and come right back to this rental location if available. Thank you for maintaining such an exellent rental. ❤️

The place was perfectly clean, had everything we needed, and is probably as close as you can get to the parks. We walked and saved a ton on parking. Communication was quick and helpful. There's a whole app specific to the place that has everything you could possibly want to know. It was awesome.

This listing was just perfect for our Disney vacation! The location is unbeatable (10 minute walk to the Disney parking garage tram that takes you right to the Disney entrance). The unit is a bit dated but that didn't matter because we didn't spend a lot of time there. Communication with the owner/manager was easy and accessible. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Disney parks.

We were there for Disneyland with family so picked this place over a hotel for additional flexibility and it worked out well. The host/manager Shari is very responsive and the instructions were extremely clear. They sent multiple reminders ahead of the stay that made things clear and stress free. The best way to go to Disney is via Uber/Lyft.
The only downside is that the place is old and age shows.

We have a great stay at Funtierland. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend the property to anyone looking to have a vacation at Disney.

BUYER BEWARE. What a nightmare. We arrived after 4 PM to check in. The condos were run down, and the unit we were staying at looked nothing like the photos online. The side of the condo directly to the right of the front door was covered in rotting siding. The welcome mat was moldy, and the door keypad didn’t work. We tried several times to get in the unit without success. We then called the Funtierland number and waited on the phone while they tried to reset the keypad. They tried several times to no avail. As we attempted to get into the unit, we became aware of a buzzing noise and turned and saw THOUSANDS of bees emerging from the rotting siding. They swarmed around the door, the property, and everywhere within the vicinity of the unit. My child is terrified of bees, and given that we didn’t want to stay in a bee hive, I told the representative on the phone that we could not stay at the property as it was rotting, infested, and unfit for our stay. She could not have cared less and asked me if I wanted the property manager to contact me. Yes, I did. But I only received several generic text messages asking me to rate the property. Shari reached out to me the next day claiming that they had done everything right on their end and it wasn’t “their fault” that we weren’t able to get into the condo and the “code worked fine” on their end. She claims they were not aware of the “bee situation” (you mean the HIVE IN THE WALL OF THE BUILDING?!) and would not be issuing a refund.

Overall, the property worked for our needs. The proximity to the backside entrance to Disneyland was great, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen served us well. We did not use or even view the pool or the garage so cannot speak to those amenities. The property was dated, the showers were very old and it was difficult to find in the dark (we arrived later in the evening) but for the little time we were there, it served us well. I believe the entire complex is attempting to be renovated and updated based on other units having fresh siding and painting but this particular unit/building in Aug of 2023 had not yet been updated.

So I’m not the guy who normally makes a big deal out of something or talks down a business. However, in this instance I think a word of caution should be provided.
This residence is big and it’s convenient for its proximity to Disneyland.
However past that point it is hard to find a lot of great things to say.
1. Star Wars bedroom AC is non existent. The boy sweat it out each night. No matter how many other vents we closed
2. The bathrooms are incredibly dated. Tub was so old that I couldn’t determine whether it was old or dirty. For that reason I showered the boy rather than sticking him in the tub.
3. I had to rewash the dishes after pulling out 3 straight greasy forks.
4. The noise rule is poor considering the other guys dog barked all day and into the night. Next door was loud way past 10 half the time.
5. The camera on the patio is a little unsettling.
6. First night truck parked in our spot when I called I got the feeling they felt I was being ridiculous of my want for my parking spot. The garage barely fit the rental. Kids had to get out before I parked it in the garage. Only did that one night.
7. The final for me was the cockroach on the deck while I tried to enjoy a drink before 10. For clarity I do understand that’s over 50% of the US has some form of roach lurking
I might not be so tough on this place if the photos didn’t over sell it and the price wasn’t as high as it was.I’m not saying don’t stay. I’m just saying be aware.

The property was very convenient for our family and allowed us to walk to Disneyland and California Adventures. The community pool was great for our free day and the stroller allowed us to haul the kids and snacks to the theme parks. I would definitely return for our next trip to Disneyland.

It was even closer than we thought it was. The walk was so easy! We took a break in the evening each day to swim and make dinner and then went back to the parks. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely recommend staying here to all our friends and family. Thank you and we will be back!

The rental was a little small for our group of 4 adults and 4 children, but comfortable. Clean, but could use a refresh. The onsite host was very responsive. Very convenient for our short visit to Anaheim for a gymnastics tournament at the Anaheim Convention Center and a weekend at Disney.

First it was a easy convieniant location to disneyland for us. This was clean on the inside, the outside needs a lot of work. I do think that they could paint the house to be more disney like. I will say using a block of wood on the downstairs side door is not a good security system. The dryer take about 3 times of running to dry clothes because the hose in the back is kinked. They were very responsive to text messaging and willing to cooperate. The ice maker in the fridge makes very little ice. The garage was nice and fit my jeep grand wagoneer.

Second time renting this unit for family reunion at Disneyland. Comfortable, quiet, enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the grandkids. Short walk to downtown Disney, restaurants, shopping and both parks. Close to SNA airport, 20 minute LYFT or Uber ride to condo.

We loved the location of this property. Traveling with 2 teenagers the walk to and from Disney was super easy. Hint, once in Downtown Disney take the monorail into Tomorrow Land to cut walk and lineups at main gate.
We loved the pool. Kitchen was well stocked although more than 3 coffee mugs would have been helpful.
Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice and cool.
Would absolutely stay here again!
