The backyard area and pool provided much-appreciated sun and relaxation. We enjoyed our stay here.

Clean house in a nice neighborhood in Henderson, NV. The backyard is amazing with a solar-heated swimming pool, putting green and plenty of shade. Love the place.

The location is very convenient to restaurants, casinos, freeway, etc. The house is exactly as pictured. The pool and hot tub were nice and my dogs loved the big yard. The house is clean and the primary bed was comfortable. We only used the one bedroom. We will definitely rent again!

We booked this stay as we were flying in for a weekend Vegas wedding. Location was close enough to the stip so we could enjoy the Vegas action, and just far enough away so we could enjoy some peace and quiet! While it was just my hubby and I, this place would be wonderful for kiddos. I know our 3 were bummed when we showed them pictures and told them they were staying home. Great pool, and outdoor space!! Neil was also superb, and speedy!, in answering any additional questions we had. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone! Hope to stay here again!

We enjoyed every moment . The house was just as described. Inside was perfect for 5 adults. Well stocked with everything you need. Backyard was like an oasis with pool, outdoor cooking and nine hole putting green. Communication with owner was easy, always available to answer any questions. Neighborhood was quiet.

house was great, pool and hot tub nice just a little dirty, dont think the pool vaccum works real good, i cleaned the pool everyday for a few minutes, has nets to clean pool, back yard is big, golf course across street is nice, wish the property was mine

We were visiting family for 6 weeks and cannot say enough about Neil and Sherri, not to mention how much we enjoyed the house and backyard. Very quick to respond to any questions and resolve anything needed (added cable TV), which we appreciated. We had our 2 dogs with and they also enjoyed the beautiful backyard. We would highly recommend and will be back to stay!

This location is by far the best. We've been to Vegas 10 years in a row for conventions and I bring my whole family. This is by far the safest neighborhood! Also a 10/15 min drive and your at the Strip, Fremont Street, or the convention. Pool, rooms, and house was very clean which is super hard for a house that allows pets. (We didn't bring our doggy this time due to having a new born) But when we stayed at this house a few years ago my dog loved how much fenced in backyard they had. Also you have over 300+ food locations to DoorDash or visit so great for foodies! Lastly if i had to nit pick one thing it would be the TV/Cable set up. I suggest bringing your own gaming device or roku to hook up. As the TVs are super weird and can't get a lot of channel. I know going to Vegas the last thing you would think someone would want to do is watch TV. But with us having a newborn this year my wife was stuck at home and can only watch so many rerun episodes of The Biggest Loser, Big Brother, and Survivor LOL! Like I said though. That's me absolutely nit picking one thing if I had to and that one thing will probably impact 5% of you reading this. Other than that I would give this property a 25 star if i could!!

House was not in as amazing shape as we had anticipated but neighborhood was nice and conveniently located for our needs. Pool cover was very dirty and directions to use hot tub were nonexistent. We booked based on pool/Jacuzzi and golf but I’d probably look elsewhere for the money we spent.

We had a great trip. The house was great. My girls played in the warm pool every day. The golf courses in walking distance. The course was in pretty rough shape but the greens were good. I would like to see a new mattress in the master bedroom. I give our stay in five star rating. Neal was awesome to communicate with.

Nice home in a quiet Henderson, Nevada neighborhood. The backyard is amazing: large solar heated pool with fun putting green and plenty of seating.

We enjoyed our stay. The home had all the amenities and conveniences for a family. Lots of seating areas in the home. Pool was great but pool light would not work in the evenings, but it was fine. My only recommendation is the main living room couches need to be deep cleaned as it was very obvious that they have been through a lot.

Neil was super nice in communications! Home is very nice and pool was nice and cool and beds were super comfortable! I would stay here again! Recommendations for future would be to have more kitchen supplies like mixing bowls, casserole dishes and a hand mixer. I loved that we were close to strip and shopping but in a nice quiet neighborhood!

the property was excellent,well maintained and a delight to stay in,the pool and outdoor area were tidy/clean and well kept, and the owner was very easy to contact even on our arrival at midnight, i would recomend this property very highly and will be returning

Neil is a very gracious host. Very fast to respond. We stayed for a month in the winter. The house was well stocked upon arrival. The back yard was ideal as we spent most of our days outside. The house is centrally located with easy access to everything Vegas has to offer. We would stay here again.

Overall house was great, had to buy rinse agent for dishwasher as the dishes weren't coming clean and the blinds could be replaced but that was the only negatives and only IF I had to dock for something. The house is conveniently located to virtually anything you’d want to do. The house was clean and comfortable, however, the interior is dark. There is no lighting in the living room (where the non-working slot machines are located, and the other rooms (except the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room) had minimal lighting. Upon check in, one bathroom sink was inoperable and the swimming pool was very green and sorely in need of treatment. Apparently, the owner’s pool service company had stopped coming to the home without notifying the owner. The owner responded promptly via email re those problems and he arrived a few days later to resolve them. This took several visits to the house, most without advance notice, although that was to the backyard and garage only. The owner also showed up unexpectedly to store items in the garage. To his credit, he unilaterally issued us a generous refund for the inconvenience. The backyard is spacious and, as depicted in the photos, contains lots of seating, mini golf, a built in barbecue, and a pool. This is an expensive rental compared to others in the area, but we did enjoy our 15 day stay at the property. One side note….the rental contract requires you to not only replenish all paper goods used during your stay, but also to sweep and vacuum the property and clean the bathrooms before vacating, despite a cleaning fee charged.
