We had a great time staying at this unit. The place was so clean when we arrived. They had everything you needed to start your vacation off right. I’d love to rent this unit again for our future vacations. There was enough room for everyone! The AC had a hard time keeping up. It was very hot when we went so when you opened the big beautiful sliding glass door the hot air came rushing in. Nothing we could really do about it though. The front desk was very accommodating with the parking. It’s says only 3 parking passes but we were able to purchase the 5 passes we needed.

This was a perfect place to have a girls vacation! The condo was spacious for the 7 of us! Teens shared a room and each mom got their own room. Had most everything we needed to make dinners at home and if there wasn’t something, Michael had it brought to us! This condo is right on the water but close to little shops and restaurants that you could even walk to. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I would suggest it.

Upon arrival it was easy to check in and get our parking pass. We had a fantastic end unit with amazing views! Unit was clean found a few stains but nothing I couldn’t handle cleaning on my own. Unit was spacious for our family of 5, kids each had own bedroom and bed and bathroom, just like at home. Unit was as described and lots of seating! Would absolutely stay again!!

Overall very good. Only problem was cleanness in the kitchen. All dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The dishwasher was broken but fixed on Tuesday all and all a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

We were a family of 15. This condo was perfect for us. Elevators were fast never had to wait. Pools were perfect, I would suggest making the outside pool heated during some months. Had everything we needed! We will be back

This condo was very spacious however, it was dirty upon arrival. I know it’s on the beach. I understand that however, it was way too much sand on the floors and even in the beds. Also, we encountered the fire alarm in our condo going off at 10:30 PM. It was a nightmare for us. However, the fire department came and cleared us to return to our room at midnight when I spoke to the property manager, Michael, he was very rude and told me that I was stupid for opening a patio door. Well, isn’t that what patio doors are for he insulted me personally to the level I will never return to this condo for vacation again. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great place to stay. Online pictures reflected Unit 2101 very well. This space accommodated our group of eight perfectly. Elevators had very minimal wait times. Great access to the beach, parasailing, jet skiing, restaurants and the Hang Out. Uber services were faster on a holiday week than we expected. Due to the size of our group and restaurant wait times we elected to eat in more often than going out. Kitchen provided all that we needed. I would suggest better pots and pans. The three bathrooms were perfect for our group. I would highly recommend this unit to any large group expecting all the comforts of home. Great accommodations!

We stayed at this same property a year ago and found it not as well equipped this year. We were missing 2 pillow cases and there were no kitchen towels and no dish soap. The kitchen seemed to be in a bit of disarray as the pans and cooking bowls were just thrown in cupboards. Again, the location is awesome.

We love to stay at this property. The two zero entry pools are perfect for the small grandchildren. They particularly love the heated indoor pool. Also, easy access to the beach.
This unit was wonderful and decorated nicely. We had a great stay and we would definitely stay here again. However, just a couple of things needs to be updated. First one is the dryer desperately needs some work or even replacing. Each load of laundry took at least three cycles and sometimes four to get the items dry. Also, the kitchen could really use some new pans and cookie sheets. The ones there have seen better days. Oh and the balcony is so nice to spend some time on. We really enjoyed hanging out on it watching the stingrays and dolphins. Some even got to see a turtle. A great time was had by all!!!

It was a great location. Was a bit disappointed that you didn't cover the cost, of at least toilet paper. People spend a lot of money and then you have to run around for toilet paper and coffee filters. I am sure you thru the coffee filters away we purchased. Also, the fridge had broken shelves on the door. And the headboards were not attached.

Family of 8 adults and 3 small children staying for one week. The layout and space of the condo was a good fit for our group. The complex is very nice and the beachfront is gorgeous. Unfortunately the rest is not so great. First of all, the condo was very dirty. We needed to sweep and wipe out cupboards before we even brought our stuff in. There was food in the couch cushions and under furniture was very dirty. We also did not realize we were suppose to bring our own beach towels so we had to go out and buy them. The kitchen is very poorly equipped as far as pots and pans, dish towels and dish rags. We purchased a decent frying pan and dish towels and cloths. Several lights were burned out and the property manager and maintainence came up to replace those. The manager did return our cleaning fee when we showed him how dirty it was. I would rent from the condo again, but not from Phoenix rentals.

Overall the condo was great but I was very surprised to find out we had to pay $55 per vehicle to park. I’ve been coming to Gulf Shores years and in all those years I have never had to pay to park. With how expensive the condo was to rent and then a parking fee on top of that, I felt nickel and dimed. The condo was very nice and not dirty, but could use a good deep cleaning. Dust under the table legs, dust in the cabinets. It really needs a good deep cleaning. Found dirty dishes in the cabinets, but that’s not uncommon in these condos because the dishwashers aren’t the greatest. Still, overall loved the stay and our family had a wonderful time and made lots of lasting memories.

Good parking,good washer/dryer, great views, beds were very, very comfortable, no waiting on elevators. Owner wasn't very helpful before arriving on answering questions.

Rental was great, very quick and friendly check in and nice staff there.We had a great experience on our vacation, the only one thing we would do different which is to book a lower floor. We were on the 21st floor which was pretty high for us, but, we did choose it so that one is on us.As far as the condo that we rented, it was great, we had 3 families (10 persons) in the unit and at no time did we fell we were in each others way. The only thing I would tell the owner is to invest in an adult sized broom and good dustpan, the only broom we could find looked like it was part of a dollar store set you would buy a child and the dustpan was broken, on a beach vacation with four kids this is a a must.

First, this is not our first time with VRBO in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. First, this condo complex, Phoenix Gulf Shores, was top notch! Security, cleanliness, location, everything about the complex was over the top nice as compared to the other 4-5 places we have stayed in over the past 4-5 years. Then, the condo itself. OMG!!!! This was hands down the finest place we have ever stayed. Again, security, cleanliness, amenities everything was exactly what we thought (hoped) it would be. We will definitely make every effort to stay in this same space next year. Thanks for a wonderful weeks stay!

Overall, the property is great. Grandkids loved the water slide! The only downfall is that for a condo that sleeps 14, there were not enough cooking and baking pans to accomodate cooking a meal for all of us. The dishwasher did not clean very well but could be the operators.....lol.
