Parking was good. Staff was friendly. Nice to have housekeeping services

Breakfast was average. Paper thin bacon. Biscuits were hard. Gravy was runny. No regular milk for the cereal. Light in bathroom flickered

Very clean. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Little cafe/bar downstairs. Good breakfast options and Starbucks coffee.

Little hard to find it amongst the big Mall-like area. Once there everything was fine.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and it was a very quiet and peaceful hotel, which is what I needed. Also, I enjoyed the many options for breakfast. Spot on!!

What I didn’t like was when I got there, I was given a room for someone else! Receive the key to go in the room and someone was in there sleeping! I felt very uneasy after that, what if my daughter and I would have gotten hurt ? When went to the front desk to tell the lady what happened, she was just as shock as me! We was given another room, I wasn’t pleased at all! It was very Loud and it was for someone who is handicapped! I was offered a free snack, that don’t change the fact the whole situation could have ended baldy

The receptionist when we checked in on Saturday afternoon, December 16, was EXCEPTIONALLY nice. She was welcoming and made sure that we were all set before we went up to our rooms. FANTASTIC ~ I did not catch her name, I am sorry to say.

Location

A/c and heater did not work properly. TV did not work. The smoke alarm had tape on it. Not sure if it worked or not. Paster/wall paper was cracking everywhere. It appeared to be an older hotel.

Room was modern and well designed. Good access to major roads and amenities. Breakfast was as expected, nothing fancy but adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Bed was a little to firm for our tastes but still slept well.

Property was nice, modern and in a good location. My family and I felt safe while there.

The 3rd floor where we stayed was unbearably hot like the air conditioning wasn’t even on. I honestly believe there were motion detectors connected to wall thermostat that led you to believe you could control it but we noticed when we left the room the temperature climbed to an uncomfortable level. It did the same thing at night when we were sleeping. We almost left a day early due to this. Granted, the temperature was in the triple digits but our room always got cooler upon entering the room and waking in the night to get up and use the bathroom.

BOOKING still has not REFUNDED me as Fairfield said it could be! And no one will contact me back!
