I loved the pool set up! my children loved it.

I didn’t like that breakfast was another charge. however not a huge deal.

whole purpose of booking was for the heated pool that in fact was broken , check in took forever only one person working line was long and the beds were very hard rooms small and no trash liners were put in the trash cans / also everything was over priced . will not ever stay here again.

While the hotel, amenities, and location were all excellent, the staff set this hotel apart. Every interaction we had with staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, was all friendly and personable, and they went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. My family and I will certainly be back at this hotel when we are in the Forth Worth area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was comfortable and loved the fireplace. Location was good and close to places we wanted to see.

Having a pet area was a plus. Great friendly staff.

Hallway temperature leading to the rooms and or lobby was pretty warm and humid. but due to fluctuations in temps outside this was understandable.
